Took my Jetta to many different shops who couldn't figure out the issue and still charged money for doing their "work". Took the car to Murphy's Brothers and the car is now running like a dream! Affordable, friendly, professional service! 6 stars!

Who ever the employee was that drove to endanger last thursday 13th almost killing a family on vacation in the north/green st area. This is entirely unacceptable, dash cam footage to follow. I hope you rectify this situation before needing the police. Verrry bad murphy bro vw!!!!! We recorded the whole incident including you racing you car back to murphy bros which was closed and you clearly work there or maybe own it!!!

I finally found a great place for my 2004 Jetta. Mr. Murphy is great at what he does and was able to complete much-needed repairs for my beloved car. The whole team is very courteous.

If I could give more than five stars I would! Murphy Brothers are an amazing bunch. My mother had a golf from them that was great quality and when we recently switched to a Passat they made everything so easy. They detailed it beautifully and helped the transaction go through quickly as we urgently needed an automatic car that I could use vs my mom's prior manual one. This is the kind of family run business that I wish there were many more of!

Christine the Office Manager was Great and helpful. Jamie our Salesman was straight up honest and very helpful.They provide quality pre-owned vehicles.We had a great experience purchasing our Jeep Sahara.

My new car search led me to Murphy Brother's and ended up with a fine experience. It was a joy to see Mike Grisolia there as well. I've been a customer of Mike's since his years at another dealership. I'm happy to know that when my car needs work I have someone as trustworthy as Mike to go to. 5 stars for Mike alone.

Someone brushed my son s Jeep over the weekend while parked in a Boston Street and I went to Murphy Brothers garage and met Jimmy Murphy today. What a nice gentleman! He provided me with excellent advice regarding how to go about the fixes whether it was worthy or not to pass through the insurance or to pay out of pocket...I also met Paul and both were sincere and generous with their expert knowledge and without a compromise they will give me an estimate for the repair. When the conversation was over, I needed to back up the Jeep and leave. The Jeep is my son s car, I barely drive it and while backing up I did not measure it right and I scraped the front left bumper of the Jeep against one of Murphy s cars for sale! OMG! It was not a big clash but enough for both cars paint to need touch ups! I was so distraught/ashamed and Jimmy calmed me down and said: just relax, do not worry and graciously made room for me to get out his lot a different way!Needless to say that I feel totally responsible! How could I do this to such nice helpful people! I came home and my son was super mad at me for making two accidents out of one! I was just trying to help....and this kind of things happen! They are called accidents after all! And sometimes when it rains it pours!Anyway, I am so glad I met the kind and gracious Murphy s! They are super nice! A Weymouth Clumsy

Just purchased a 2005 Jetta from Jamie at Murphy Brothers, (Weymouth location) could not be happier with the decision. From the moment we stepped onto the lot we were treated like family. Jamie went over and above to make sure the vehicle we were purchasing was exactly what we were looking for. We've been to many car dealerships over the past several months looking for a car for our son and none of them came close to Murphy Brothers. If/when were in the market again for a used car, we will definitely be back. Do yourself a favor if you are in the market for a used car, go see them first! Paul and Christine in the office were also super helpful!

I bought a Golf from Murphy Brothers about a year ago. Every time ive had a question or just wanted to check up on something, they were there to provide more than enough. The car runs (and continues to run) better than any other golf that I've driven. If you are looking to buy a used VW, go to Murphy Brothers.

I no longer own a VW but my experiences with Murphy Brothers when I did have one would certainly factor if a VW/Audi is in the finalists for my next car as I know I'll have the best mechanic around for servicing.A map inquiry on nearby Cathay Pacific resulted in me seeing Murphy Brothers on the map and I was compelled to share my very high opinion of them.

I called two days prior and made an appointment for a Wednesday. I was told the hours are 730-530 and to bring it by anytime Wednesday that the service would only take an hour. Upon arriving at 315 I was told by Dave that his technicians leave at 4 (he told me they close at 530) and no way he would do it that day. This is after speaking to Dave days prior. Making an appointment. Being told to come in anytime and open until 530. Dave was very rude and turned me away. I had to go out of my way and leave work early to get there today. Very unprofessional and rude. As being in the service field myself I don't know how they run a business being rude and trying to tell the customer they are wrong. I will NEVER return there for any business or refer anyone else.

I wouldn t leave my Volkswagen with anyone else to get fixed! Paul always does a great job on my vehicle and everything is always done in a timely manner.

BEWARE Murphy Brothers are RUDE and unprofessional. They damaged my car whe I had the alternator changed.Do NOT trust these! Take your car someplace else!

The best staff and always very knowledgeable and professional if you have any VW, Audi, or Porsche that need service, don't take it to the dealerships, this guys know their craft and at a better price.

Rude and unhelpful. Don't even bother, they refuse to diagnose issues without being paid first. Pathetic service considering how many other shops are available in the area.
