Master glass is fantastic. Incredible customer service. Luciana is beyond incredible and helps with every step along the way. I needed both a new windshield and also front tint. Both came out incredible!! Couldn t be happier with the use of OEM parts. The owner is an incredible guy and definitely knows how to build an incredible brand and business over the past 30 years. My windshield was damaged and it made a large crack on my driver s side windshield. I was informed about Master Glass in Weymouth that their staff is courteous, knowledgeable and the workmanship is great. This business did not disappoint me. I highly recommend Master Glass for their great service, professionalism and the staff was so polite. My experience to replace my windshield was done on time and my windshield looks great. I recently had my windshield replaced on my 1999 Volvo S70 here at Master Auto Glass. I specifically wanted a Pilkington windshield, as they are the original OEM supplier of Volvo windsheilds and are much higher quality than the less expensive Fuyao windsheilds. When I called Master Glass with this request, they delivered on it! Other places I had called said they could only get their hands on aftermarket, and this proved that the other places just wanted to save money. The lady I talked to on the phone was extremely kind and helpful, walking me through the process of dealing with my insurance company. The service was quick, only taking a little over an hour. The installation has held up well, I haven t noticed any leaking at all. I highly recommend Master Glass for your windshield replacement!

I recently had my windshield replaced, and I could not be happier with the service I received from Master Auto Glass. The entire process was seamless and efficient. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and the staff was accommodating with my availability.I was able to request to get an OEM Honda windshield replacement, hassle-free. The new OEM windshield looks flawless, and I can already notice a significant improvement in clarity. I had a missing plastic cover behind a camera in my car [due to poor service previously at Safelite], and the technician immediately notified me of the issue - which I already knew about. I had a crack in my windshield and also water was leaking into my passenger side through the rubber seal in the top right of my windshield. When my fiance sat in the passenger seat when she got up she noticed the whole seat was soaked and we discovered this at night so we couldn't do anything about it right then. And just my luck a blizzard was hitting where I live the next day so I had to get in fixed fast and in a hurry! And that is when I called up Master Glass in a panic and Luciana the manager answered and basically just told me to get there. So when I got there she had a new Mopar glass windshield already waiting to be put into my Dodge Challenger 392 hemi scatpack shaker which I just recently had purchased and saved up for a while to be able to buy my car so I was very nervous but Luciana assured me everything would be ok and not to worry. The worker Julio who put in my new windshield couldn't have done a better job and I came to find out he has a dodge challenger also so that made me feel good cause I knew then he knew how to work on those type of cars and that I was in the right hands.At the end of the day everything went perfect and my car was going to be saved from the blizzard that was starting that night! I dont know what I would have done if I didnt call Master Glass because they were excellent 5 star service and they basically saved my car from getting ruined and did it all in a couple hours. So if you ever have anything wrong with your car and it has to do with glass please do yourself a favor and call Master Glass you won't regret it! I was forced to go to a 3rd party glass company because of insurance and they where all over the place. The window made noises both times they tried fixing . Then I went to Master glass and found out I didn't have to go where my insurance tells me to go to save them money. I went back to my #1 Luciana and Scott are the best. After a stone kicked up on the highway and cracked my windshield, I took it to get it fixed by another business, but that company s newly replaced windshield started to crack within about a week after they installed it. So, after that previous bad experience, I sought out another business for a windshield replacement. Based on the glowing reviews for Master Glass I decided to give them a try. Now I m adding to the glowing reviews! WOW WOW WOW!!! Master Glass is absolutely top-notch in customer service, from the gracious gentleman who scheduled my appointment quickly and seamlessly, to the most helpful insurance representative who took the time to explain to me the claims process, to the 2 repairmen who made the service call and went above and beyond excellent service in not only replacing the windshield so quickly but cleaning out my dusty car to boot! I can t say enough about how great this business is. I absolutely highly recommend Master Glass for their unparalleled, 5 star customer service!

Master Glass in weymouth has to be the number one glass shop around. It's nothing but the best with everyone who works there. I have been going to master glass for 11 years now, and every time I need to call Luciana, it's nothing but a great experience. The techs do an amazing job every time and always leave my vehicle better than they found it. And they ALWAYS back their work. I can truly be grateful that I will never have to look elsewhere when these massachusetts roads break my windshields.

I love this place they've been the best place for repairing my auto glass. I have a 2023 honda HRV when no one else could get the glass til a month later for the windshield. I called here and LULU was the best she worked her magic had the glass the next day. Lulu I love you this is the only place from now on I will be dealing with.

Master Auto Glass is simply the best in the South Shore! Customer service, communication and quality of service is top notch! Lucianna makes glass replacement a breeze and she even got on the phone with my insurance company to insure that everything was done right. First phone call on a Monday, woman was very helpful, collected insurance information and warned because of the rain it may be awhile. Totally understandable. Got a call on Wednesday making sure I was available, and another call when he was 20 minutes out. Awesome communication. Service was complete in under an hour and looks great. I recently had a problem closing the sunroof of my Acura. I sought the assistance of several mechanics and auto body shops and even you tube videos to correct the problem, but to no avail. I took my car to Master Glass in Weymouth, MA and thanks to the wonderful people there, namely Luciana who was unbelievably helpful and David, the technician, the problem was solved in about 45 minutes. A tiny rock was stuck in the glides of the sunroof and David using his common sense and mechanical skills was able to dislodge it. I couldn t believe it! Furthermore, Luciana suggested the service was free, but I couldn t agree to that after spending all day with other shops and dealerships, etc. Luciana finally agreed and charged me a minimal diagnostic fee (as compared to an $1100 tear down estimate from the Acura dealer). My problem was solved! In today s economy where many big business disguise their greed through finely appointed (you pay for) waiting rooms and coffee stations, I could not be more appreciative and thankful for the terrific customer service at Master Glass in Weymouth and the common sense skills of David who saved me thousands of dollars! Acura should be ashamed and Master Glass should be congratulated. Needless to say, I, completely recommend Master Glass to other vehicle owners for their skills and tremendous customer service. Job well done and thank you!5+ Stars!

This is the second time i've had a windshield replaced at Master Glass in Weymouth, and in both instances the experience was exceptional ! These individuals (Luciana, Mackenzie, Sean, etc - excuse any misspelling) remind me that high level customer service, in this ever changing world, is not only still alive and well, but can thrive. The BEST and only BEST windshield repair shop. Very friendly staffs with excellent services. They fixed my windshield cracks, the rubber piece around my windshield without asking, and removed the sticky & stubborn adhesive inside my windshield. I m highly recommended this shop if you need your windshield replacement or other car services. Highly recommend! Genuinely kind staff! My rear window shattered called AAA which referred me to a different company who wouldn't be able to replace the window for 7 days and was expensive. A friend who works for a local dealership as a mechanic recommended Master Auto Glass to me. I called and Lucianna was exceptional and was able to give me a more reasonable price than the other company. She was able to get the glass delivered and installed by 9am the next day so I would be able to get to work. I voiced my concern for driving with the glass being so broken and she gave me 4 different options on how to cover the area to be able to safely drive it to the shop. When I picked up my car each employee I interacted with was very kind and professional. I was given advice to double check the dog hammock to make sure there weren't any small pieces of glass that might have gotten embedded in the fabric even though it looked like all the glass had been cleaned up.Service: Auto rear window replacement

Incredibly kind, honest people who provide timely service done right. I called yesterday needing my windshield replaced and they were able to accommodate me the next day (today!) - had the car done an hour or two after I dropped it off. I almost couldn t believe it. They handled everything - I never even had to get on the phone with my insurance company. I wish I could do all of my vehicle's service here! I had been trying to find someone to repair my rearview mirror for days. The few places that answered their phone were unpleasant and unwilling to help. When I called Master Auto Glass in Weymouth, a professional named Dave told me to come right in. Although I arrived at almost closing time on a Friday, Dave made me feel like he was happy I came in. He took my car in the shop, found a replacement for the bolt I couldn't find, and even vacuumed the floor. While waiting for less than 20 minutes, I overheard the owner explain the insurance claim process to a customer in the most respectful, kind, and honest manner. Luciana at the front desk & I talked Jeep like old friends. Also, the cost was far below what would have been fair. Weeks later, my mirror is like new and I am still grateful for their kindness. This is not just a great business; these are wonderful people. Thank you!

This place is the best in the area! Their customer service is SOOOOOOO good! I called a couple places before calling Masterglass and nobody told me I could use insurance for windshield replacement. However, when i spoke with Luciana with masterglass she informed me immediately and helped me go through the insurance process! The gentlemen here installed my windshield with the quickness as well! Master Auto glass is simply the best. I feel like finally I've found a company that works for ME, the customer, not just some big unfriendly chain. They have done multiple windshields for me and my family in the last year on a couple of our cars, and they did an unbelievable job as always. There is no other shop i would trust my vehicles with. They were extremely friendly and accommodating with my schedule, Luciana and Scott stayed late for me to be able to pick up my truck after hours. I have nothing but praise for this shop! Wasn't sure where to go but I made the perfect choice going to Master Auto Glass. The professionalism wias great all the way around, but what stood out to me the most was the technician Matthew Baez whoNot only was professional and delivered great service but he took upon his own and took his time saving a symbolic sticker(BOSTON STRONG) that means a lot fto me on my windshield which I thought would be gone along with the damaged windshield and not only displayed professionalism but a lot of compassion I would highly recommend this establishment and also Matthew for any service you may need in the future. Thumbs up
