I brought my care to Mass Tire for service after an accident they because they did not fix it properly the first time. They were very dishonest and charged me for alignment they never fixed properly at first. They also gave me a Synthetic Oil change I did not ask for and felt compelled to do for $85. When I left the lot my car wheel started to screech and it needed $450 of repairs. I was threatened and lied to many times by the owner. I was also extorted and had my car with held for payment in cash. I've dealt with a lot of dealers and tire shops none like this. I presume they pay for fake Google reviews. The best part is my oil change light came on less than 1,000 miles after they claim to have changed it. After my interaction I would never go near this place again. Kevin and the crew at Mass Tire are amazing. I have had the pleasure to work with them for the past 10 years and they service all my company vehicles and personal vehicles.I have never felt sold or pushed for any service that was not needed (actually talked out of a few services I thought I needed but didn t).Everyone at Mass Tire is extremely friendly, willing to help and always takes a minute to answer a question or take a look .Mass Tire is and will continue to be my Go To auto shop and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for good and honest service.

I had a screw in the right front tire of bmw 320i x drive. I took my car to mass tire and got it fixed in 40 min. They offer very good customer service and technicians are very skillful and knowledgeable. I will come back anytime. I love this place!!

Overall great service. Got a tire patched, sticker done, and new tires aligned here. Mechanics were quick and efficient.

Kevin and his team at Mass Tire are experts at tire repair and replacement. I've purchased several sets of tires here, and have never had any problems. They know which tire to recommend for each type of driving and their mounting and balancing is always spot on. Also, they have a great sense of humor as evidenced by their outside sign.

Been coming here for inspections and tire repair/install work. Very honest, pleasant and easy-going staff. They let you know what's what with no pushing of things you don't need, just so they can make a buck. They'll let you know it's something to watch out for and let you decide when to take care of it. Plenty of explanations of what's going on.Had four new tires installed and alignment done. Found out next day on the highway that it was pulling to the right. They got me in quick and agreed that the alignment was off a bit. Had me verify and locked it in and redid it, no charge. Always appreciate a place that is honest without trying to give you the run-around.

Mass Tire has always been top shelf!!!! The staff and repair team are excellent. A great service for a fair price. Always consistent! Every mechanic I ve gone to has always ripped us off. Mass Tire staff are HONEST. These guys won t tell you things you don t need. They don t over charge and they are fair! They don t just handle tires. Any check engine light or whatever has happened with our 11 year old car, they repaired it quickly and we got our car back usually within an hour or two. I ended up with a flat tire yesterday (the worst). I called mass tire and I dropped off my car that night. Luckily I was able to get air in the tire and drive it up, i live close which is a blessing! I was also in need of an oil change, I left a message asking if they could add it on if they had time. My tire was patched and oil change done by noon the next day! They did let me know that eventually I needed a new battery and to keep in mind my tires were getting thin so to think about replacing down the line but nothing urgent. They were honest and not pushy at all and told me both could wait! Sometimes when I go into a car dealership or repair shop I feel as though they try and take advantage, but not the case here! I thought prices were affordable and communication was great! Mass tire made a not so fun situation much more bearable and I would recommend them highly.Services: Tires, Oil change

I was working in Weymouth, an area I am not familiar with. And I noticed that one of my tires was losing air. It was a race against time to avoid breaking down. So, I called my friend in the area who said "Go to Mass Tire, people in the area really like that place". So, I did just that. And they did not disappoint in the least bit. They saved me. I would have gone through an ordeal that I cannot describe if they hadn't been able to help me. And instead, they got me back on the road within 30 minutes. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I've had work done here before and they were great as they were this time. They were able to get my car in and out on short notice. They kept me informed and let me know about a minor issue that can wait a little bit.

Nothing but great things to say about this group. Kevin worked with me and was able to obtain the cross climate2 tires I wanted. It was worth the trip, even on a donut!They got me in within 48 hours on a busy Friday afternoon--thank you. I live in Metro West but was in the South Shore area for a family activity on a Saturday. When I had some time to kill, I thought about getting my tires on a minivan taken care of. After checking Google reviews, I stopped by Mass Tire & Auto Service. Man, that was such a great experience! Kevin checked my van and confirmed that I only need to have the front two replaced while keeping the back two. Unfortunately, he did not have the right tires in stock because of the odd-ball size of the tire. Here is what the great part came in. He printed out the model of the tires, and suggested me to go to a shop closer to my home for replacement. When I indicated that I would like to get them done on the same day, he offered to call the local shops to check on my behalf. No luck! Then he recommended another tire center closer to my home with the same business philosophy of customer first. Also, under my request, he checked one problem for me but refused to take any payment. Although I did not get the tires replaced on the spot, my heart was full of gratitude for Kevin and his team. This is superb customer service and one of my best experiences of visiting a auto shop. Great job, Kevin!

We have been Mass Tire customers for maybe 30-35 years or so. They have never let us down! These people are by far the best in the business. No one else services our vehicles, and we know that we can depend on the service work to be done properly, on time and at a fair price. Kevin, Dawn, Ava, Derek and crew: thank you for all your dependable service.It helps that I live uphill from them because one winter morning I literally coasted down the hill (couldn t shift) to them. They replaced the slave clutch cylinder by the time I left work.Keep up the good work guys! And thank you all.

I highly recommend this place for any type of automotive repairs. I just moved here to Massachusetts and unfortunately do not have any where to work on my own vehicle. I chose this place based off of the reviews and was not disappointed. I have an Mitsubishi with over 200,000 miles on it and they took care of it as it was a new vehicle. They informed me of everything that was being done to my vehicle and there were no surprises. Not only did they treat me with the utmost professionalism, they offered me a military discount once they found out I was active military. To top it off they send you a postcard thanking you for your business a few days after the service. This is a must for all of your automotive needs.Services: Auto engine tuning, Oil change

Yesterday I walked in to Mass Tire & Auto as a first time customer, today I am a customer for life. Kevin, Derek and the other members of staff were so friendly, professional and extremely honest. I had anticipated spending more than I did, but Kevin gave me different options to choose from and he made me feel valued as a customer. They are so efficient, they under promised and over delivered. I have bought ties from them, had Front end Aligned and had nitrogen put in both my vehicles tires. They are always pleasant, do great work and return my vehicles to me is a found them in a timely manner. He won t go wrong if you go to Mass Tire.

I ve been to Mass Tire a few times now. Today, I dropped my car off to have them check out my brakes. They called me to let me know they were still in good shape and did not need to be serviced. I am so thankful with how honest they were. Any mechanic could easily have taken advantage of me and I am so appreciative that they did not. Would 100% recommend.

I have been going to Mass Tire for over 20 years and they have taken care of my car in a huge way. They are there for you all the way. I have bought 2 of my friends in to have there cars taken care of and they had walked away very pleased. and will continue to go there. I recommend them highly. Have been coming here for years for stickers but started using mass Tires for maintenance past 3 years. I can only say that I have been saving a lot of money coming here instead of the dealers. love being able to schedule ppointents on line as I like to do things at night as they are closed. I had an issue with my Jeep and explained it to Kevin who immediately knew what the problem could be. With a 1200 mile trip coming up, I was hesitant , but I never had any issues since and the pricing was outstanding. I take both vehicles here. Their work is great, awesome pricing and outstanding explanation of issues, with no pressure . Very professional and honest is what keeps me coming back. I highly recommend Mass Tires.

My husband and I use Mass Tire for all of our auto maintenance - routine and emergency - and they are great! Fast, friendly service with clear billing that in many cases can be quoted before any work is completed. Great people to do business with! We highly recommend them to everyone!

I recently dropped off my car to Mass Tire when my check engine light came on. Not only was I able to make an appointment quickly, but I was also able to borrow a loaner car so that my husband and I didn't have to share a car for the day. I received updates on the status of the car throughout the day and was able to pick up the car, completely fixed, the same day. The staff is great at Mass Tire and I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto repair company.

We have a four month old and the heat in our only car stopped working. I called and spoke to Derek, who was so nice and understanding and said we could drop the car off (even though it was late in the day and they were closing soon) that afternoon and they d take a look and get to fixing it first thing in the morning. The car needed two parts replaced and it s not an easy car to deal with. Everyone we spoke with was professional and forthcoming. Our car was returned to us in great condition well within 24 hours. Kevin Walsh is the best !! Brought my truck in at 230 in the afternoon and had it finished by 5. I didn't have an appointment. My truck front bearings where wornout and i was afraid to drive it one more mile. Kevin was straight up front and put his mechanic right on it. Great job !!

Mass Tire is the best mechanic south of Boston! I've been taking my car there over a year now. I won't trust my car with anybody else again. They treat every customer like family. No BS. Fair prices. And great service.
