Towing services are awesome. The kid came out and towed my car because I had two flat tires. Janice in the office was an absolute gem to deal with. Thank You Malloys! Ypu have a customer for life.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with this tow company last week on Thursday. The staff was extremely confrontational, yelling throughout the interaction and refusing to listen to me. To make matters worse, when my friends left honest reviews about our experience, the company's responses were passive-aggressive. Such behavior reflects poorly on the company's customer service and overall professionalism.

These people are liars and thieves and they will damage your vehicle. Elias towed my vehicle illegally, and then when he returned it my vehicle was damaged. All the employees denied it. When I called the office I was told I would get a call back. Instead they ignored me. My advice is to stay away from the unethical and unprofessional people.

It s the worst company ever - I never seen that much rude people before, they came to tow our car and we saw before they take it and he charged us a lot of money for nothing - and he was yelling at us so badly - that was terrible experience

Great and quick service for Car towing.I live in a building in weymouth and I came home last night to find someone parked in my spot. Called Malloy s and they showed in 15 mins to remove the vehicle! very happy with their serviceService: Car towing

I parked in your lot. No signs visible that said no parking cars will be towed. I came back to my car being put on the tow truck. Put out a sign at least. Was it a profitable day? The guys in the shop said the owner was watching on camera. Watching people park walking away and then towing them. Did you have a nice day?

Malloy s is one of the best. No matter what time day or night. They are available for assistance. I m a trustee member for a building in weymouth. A building with only one spot per unit. A building where no one follows the parking rules and regulations. And Malloys is always on hand to help remove a vehicle from your spot.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I understand that your company has to do their job. But why are you not at my complex towing car(s)from spots that clearly state no parking after midnight. And towing cars that are double parking in spots? No your company NOT, The one time I am discharged from the hospital after having a c-section, and park close to my house so I didn't have to walk a far distance, Your company tows my boyfriend's truck. And when he calls your company the girl answering the phone has to be rude and say we don't care about your personal business. And had to talk to my boyfriend like he was a little kid. The girl answering calls needs to have better phone skills. And not talk to callers the way she does. Just my opinion. And also be at the complex I live at doing their after midnight job.

My car battery died and I had my granddaughter with me. I called Malloy's for a tow. The truck arrived a few minutes after I called and the driver was able to tell me I needed a new battery. After arriving at the shop the women working the desk were very friendly and knowledgeable. Malloy s was able to replace my battery in a hour and I was on my way! I would highly recommend using Malloy s Towing and will definitely giving them my business again.

Highly recommended by coworkers and set up appointment via facebook and then was called by mechanic to confirm what work was to be done- very easy and helpful. I payed over the phone and everything was friendly and simple. Great work and great experience overall, will be back.Note- Malloy's does more than oil changes

Towed a friends car and we went to pick it up on Monday morning at 7:30. No one was there to pick up the car from. The shop was closed and when I called they said no one was available until 9. It is a Monday morning, people need to get to work. There can not be a tow shop that is not available for people to pick up their vehicles. My friend had to wait in the freezing cold for an hour and half to pick up his car.Service: Car towing

Towed my rental car from my apartment even with a letter in the windshield stating I was allowed to park there while my vehicle was in the shop. 2 stars because the shop was close and they didn't damage the vehicle.

I ve known the company owner for years and can vouch for her honesty and worth ethic. You won t be disappointed if you go to Malloy s. This shop is a staple in the local community. During the COVID outbreak, the owner arranged for a tow truck parade to bring smiles to children in the local community. Malloy s cares and gives back.

Great service! Let's face it no one wants to have to have their car towed but if you need it call Malloy's! The staff was helpful and polite from the girl who answered the phone to the guy who came to save me on the side of the road. Thanks for your kindness in a stressful time!

My Car died on the side of the road recently on route 53 in Weymouth and a very nice young man named Ryan pulled over to the side of the road and helped me jump start my car with my 2 young children in the backseat. Within 5 minutes my car got all charged up, I offered him a reward an the refused it, poeple like this give me hope in the world.

Went to Malloy's to have an engine noise fixed on my 2015 Traverse. Talked to Billy mechanic and he said' "he called the Chev dealer and that it may be under warranty. Took car to dealer and they fixed it under warranty just like Billy said. I never knew it was under warranty, Malloy's saved me a bundle and didn't make any money.Just had brakes front brakes done and they work just as expected great getting auto work done there is always sincere and honest.The honesty is why I have been going there for years. You can't beat them for honesty.

The service at Malloy s was fantastic. They towed my car from Braintree and replaced my starter. They were all very respectful and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.

What a helpful place! I was at the Brewery next door and came out to find I had a flat tire. I went over to Malloy's and they helped me get my spare on.

My front bumper got damaged from the over priced tow. ($500) They have a secret deal with the Weymouth Police Department. Whenever something happens they call MALLOYS. Total corruption
