Truly, the best experience I have ever experienced with good mechanics good customer service taken care of you not just because of the money but I actually care for you you these people cared it wasn t about the money they did a free check to my car to make sure everything was perfectly good, and they were honest and everything was good. I couldn t give the most thumbs up I will be referring every single person I know here, the most loyal mechanics company I ve ever worked with or met . Thank you JB for caring and offering care to me as human beings . Thank you sooo much for your hard loyal trustworthy good work . 100 hands down best . Ill always come here and refer everyone. I know here. Thank you for everything you do and you re kind honest work.

As a new resident to the area, I'm glad that my very first car needs landed me me JB Auto CARE; after reading reviews and based off a great initial experience, I now have peace of mind in no longer needing to shop around for a quality auto shop with excellent customer service.My car would not accelerate to highway speeds, and I took advantage of their free estimate. Everyone I interacted with, whether over the phone or in-person, was very courteous - making a point to welcome me and explain the process upfront. Joe remembered me by my first name on my return visit, which was refreshing and unexpected.Although their thorough diagnosis ultimately led to the decision to fully replace my older car, I was happy to return with my partner's vehicle for a state inspection (on a Sunday at that). I'll certainly be taking both of our cars to JB Auto CARE for all of our future needs. Being open 7 days a week is super convenient and great customer service seals the deal. Highly recommend!

I ve actually had 3 of my vehicles serviced at J&B Auto and all experiences have been extremely satisfying. They have provided good customer service, good customer support and interactions throughout the process for each vehicle service. I will definitely continue to get my vehicles serviced there.

I'm impressed with the level of detail they've always offered. They text me pictures of problem areas in my older vehicle and offer solutions. they are transparent with the work they are performing and expected price for the work. the communication provided is appreciated. i will continue to bring my car here for service.

From my initial call to JB Auto Carr in Hingham, MA, and speaking with Christian, I knew I was in good hands. Christian had me come in after my work day, took my concerns, test drove the car, made the determination as to the problem, gave me a estimate after the inspection and confirmation and a print out of the cost. I agreed and within a little more than an hour I was back on the road heading home.Will I return? Absolutely!! Even met the owner himself, Christians father. Job well done gentleman!

The best customer service I have ever experienced at an auto repair place! Kind, respectful, funny and professional. The texts with video and photos of the work was so helpful in understanding the problem. Excellent communication, as they called to explain and answer any questions. A minor problem when I came to pick up the car, fixed quickly and easily. I have already recommended them to frIends and family!

We had a problem with a low tire pressure. Tough to find places open on Sunday. Spoke to Christian at JB auto. He was great said bring it right in. Found a screw in the tire. Fixed it in a short period of time. He was great and professional.

My fianc� and I just recently moved to the area from out of state. We saw nothing but great reviews online for JB Auto Care so we decided to bring both of our vehicles down to them for service and we had great experiences with both vehicles.I used to be an automotive technician. In the past we ve had a lot of frustration with dealerships and felt like we couldn t trust any recommendations they were making. JB Auto Care was a breath of fresh air! Super welcoming, honest and not pushy on anything. We will definitely be using JB Auto Care from here on out!

If you like paying dealer prices, and then some, this place is for you. I went in for rear brakes and a sticker. After they gouged me for $1800 for rear brakes they told me there is a small hole in my muffler and it would be $1200 to replace. $575 for the muffler part alone,I took the car to someone else, total for muffler job, including parts and labor $285.This place feasts on people who know nothing about cars.They even charged me $35 for rags.Then I went back for the sticker because I was rejected. I went in and told them I needed the sticker and I would wait in the car.They said they will cone and get me.30 minutes goes by so I went back in. Different guy, "You didn't register" OK, I talked to a person and told him I needed a sticker, but apparently he didn't register me!!He told me inspections take 1 hour! So now I'm 90 minutes for an inspection, nobody in front of me!!I looked up the muffler part on line, $105, they were charging me $575. The bolts $6, they charged $42, The license plate bulb was 12 cents on line, they charge $20.Oh, they do have are coffee though...Go somewhere else!!!!

One of the best auto shops I ve ever been to! They fixed my 2 flat tires, replaced my battery and aligned my wheels for a decent price! I paid less than I expected, although I think the price for a wheel alignment is a bit pricey (I ve seen lower prices at different auto shops). Staff is very professional and knows their stuff, they will take care of you!

They were awesome. The did the work I needed done asap and helped me prioritize the remaining. Staff were professional knowledgeable and even gave me a ride home. I'm very thankful and will always use them.

Best decision ever to bring my Volvo to JB!From meeting the owner to making sure I knew about the each step in the repair process, Christian and his team were extremely helpful.Christian even took the extra step to drop off my vehicle when it was ready Thank you so much, I am going to be a regular customer and refer my friends!

Joe was extremely helpful when I came in due to tire pressure. They looked the car over and found I needed work to make the car safe. Joe provided great info, updates and amazing customer service. I appreciated them looking over the car even when I came in just for a tire pressure issue.

Second time I have brought my car to JB Auto. They replaced me radiator a few years ago and this trip was for a fog light replacement and overall check since my car hit 100k miles. Quick service and I like that they sent a video update explaining what work they recommended be done and showing me the worn parts (break pads in my case). I really don't have anything negative to say and I will continue brining my car here for service.

I recently moved to the area, and needed to find reasonable and trustworthy car care. I tried JB Auto because I had a coupon for an oil change. I was treated really well, and came away feeling like I had found what I was looking for. I will be using them for routine maintenance, and hopefully won t need them for anything major.

I brought in my 2006 honda ridgeline which is my daily driver to work and picking up my kids and it had a serious death rattle and was in desperate need of tires. The team at JB Auto took a very detailed and accurate analysis of my vehicle and recorded videos and took photos and I was greeted by Eric L. and Jon O. They were very friendly, professional, and no nonsense. They told me everything that needed to be done immediately for safety reasons like my tires and blown CV axle. And also showed me issues that may need to be done in the future but did not merit immediate attention.They took me in almost immediately and my truck was ready in a few short hours. They did an excellent job and my vehicle passed inspection and has been running smoothly and my tires look and feel amazing. Thank you so much Eric L., Jon O., And the Jb Auto team. You guys are life savers.

Went for an oil change and inspection. I was told my wipers streaked and needed new ones to get inspection. New wipers $18. They streak and chatter across the windshield. All 4 tires were 23 pounds . No air put in even though light was on. Skid Plate rattles. I can't be sure the oil was even changed at this point. Never going back and will never recommend. This was a free oil change to make up for 400.00 charge to splice a new trailer light plug that still doesn't work. Never again.

Unfortunately I totaled my car and had it towed to JB auto. They assessed the damage within 5 minutes of the car s arrival and gave it to me straight. They were extremely friendly, great communicators, walked me through the process of getting the car to the junkyard with no hassle. They made a difficult situation a little bit better.

My wife hit a rock or something on 93 Saturday morning. We had her car towed to JB Auto because it was making a terrible noise after the rock scraped the undercarriage. They were able to find a small piece of metal bent and rubbing up against the driveshaft and fixed it. We were able to pick up the vehicle that very same day, and were so kind as to not even charge us for the service! They really exceeded our expectations and my wife was able to drive into work the next day. Thanks JB Auto, we will definitely be using you again and referring our friends and family!

My car was towed here by AAA. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond and were able to fix some other issues that I had been putting off even though I didn t not have an appointment. I would absolutely recommend this place for any auto needs!

I sheared my drive shaft in two. They patched it for a reasonable amount of money, in a reasonable time frame, and as of now the car is running well. They are my mechanics of choice, and I have used them for almost five years exclusively.

My experience at JB Auto Care was undoubtedly one of the best by far. The friendly attendant(I wish i could remember his name) took his time to explain all the ins and outs of what needs to be repaired in order to ensure the car's longevity. He spoke in layman's terms so I could truly understand the urgency in keeping up the car's maintenance for safety reasons. I loved the fact that he took into consideration of my finances.While waiting for the car to be finished I was seated in a clean nicely decorated waiting area. I was checked on repeatedly and offered refreshments and snacks.The JB Auto Care team is fully invested in giving you topnotch service. Do you and your car a favor and bring it in, you won't regret it!

Run away. They are a scam. Charged over $3,000 and didn t actually fix the car. We had to bring it to a real mechanic to be properly repaired. Plus they damaged the paint, and dismantled the backseat and other parts and left them that way. Very shady, lied about everything until we paid and it was too late.

They assessed the vehicle, sent me text pictures of the issues and keep in touch with me all with status. It's a bonus that it's on the bus line, and that they're opened 7 days a week.
