I would like to start off saying that Tracey and Jerry made this truck buying expierence the best I have ever had. True professionalism. Walking into the bustling dealership, the smell of new leather and polished metal filled the air. The sales team greeted me warmly, eager to assist without any pressure. They patiently listened to my needs, offering insightful advice and showcasing various models. As we discussed options, they even arranged a test drive, allowing me to feel the power and comfort firsthand. Their transparency and dedication to finding the perfect match made the entire experience truly exceptional.*Good brothers Dodge in South Weymouth will be the only dealership I ever work with from now on. Beyond disappointed and dissatisfied with recent service at Good Bros. and will not return here again. Long time customer with several vehicle purchases and frequent visits for routine maintenance and repairs. Charged almost $600 for our recent visit and told they could find nothing wrong, yet as soon as I picked it up and drove off the lot the problems with the ABS and electronic braking system immediately started flashing on the dash once again. Of course service closes at 5PM so you can t speak to anyone if you pick it up later than that. Upon calling the next day to speak with John he told me they couldn t get the problem to occur and the diagnostic fees charged were appropriate for their work performed. I question if any work was actually done! After doing further research on my own I found there is a known recall and Starcase for the ABS hydraulic control unit (HCU). There were also stored codes in the truck to indicate this was the problem but Good Bros failed to disclose this information and did nothing to try to resolve this problem. Was also charged for a four wheel alignment that was not needed. Tried speaking with management and ownership and received no assistance. If this is how Good Brothers now treats their loyal customers I will not be doing any further business here. Received 100% satisfaction at Best RAM in Plymouth!!

Great Brothers!From the initial phone call, test driving the vehicle, to the purchasing of the vehicle everyone from their team was not pushy or your typical car salesman/woman . Everyone was honest and straight to the point. I bought out of state, pre approved from my bank and they were flexible and easy to work with! Such a quick, easy, painless experience - I would recommend anyone come buy a vehicle from this establishment :)

My purchase at Good Brother's Dodge couldn't have been any better.From the sales person Danny to Jerry Goodthe manager, they made my purchase quick, easy and stress-free.Jack in finance also got me the rate and payment I was looking for. He went over the warranty options and I'm glad he did.When I picked up my truck at the delivery, there was a little mark I wasn't happy about which they took care of right away.I appreciate everything that you did for me, Danny Jerry and Jack!

On Wednesday December 20th my Dodge Dart failed to start due to battery issues. I jump started it and drove to Good Brothers where I was told they were fully booked until after Christmas. Thinking I would have to get a rental car I spoke with John and his team. After a quick check John discovered that one of the techs was waiting for some parts to finish a job and they slotted me in . A little over an hour later I had my car up and running . While not cheap, the cost was lower than I expected. The whole service team was awesome and went above and beyond to get me motoring again. Truly the best 5 Star service I could wish for and I look forward to seeing you for my next service. Michael O'Sullivan

My wife and I are long term customers of Good Brothers Dodge/Ram in Weymouth, MA going back more than 23 years now. Recently I found myself in need of a decent condition, low milage pre owned Ram pickup truck. I went on the websites of two other local Ram dealerships. One had no used vehicles in stock and the other had a few trucks that were too expensive for me. I checked the Good Brothers website. They always have a good selection of new and used Rams in stock. I found one that I liked on their website. I checked the Carfax report on it. The 2021 Ram with the Bighorn package and the trailer towing package on it turned out to be a very clean one owner lease return truck with no problems on it. It had been leased from Good Brothers and had been serviced by them. I contacted Jack Hart of Good Brothers about it. My wife and I made an appointment to see it. We test drove it and we liked it. It checked all my boxes. It is a clean, low milage well maintained truck that has the trailer towing package we need to pull our camper trailer and was available at a price we thought was fair according to Blue Book prices of similarly age and equipped we had researched prior to contacting Good Brothers, We agreed to purchase it. Mr. Hart handled all the arrangements including financing and registration. He arranged to have side steps and a bedliner which I wanted installed prior to delivery as well as handing the purchase of a 4 year Mopar extended warantee. I've worked with Mr. Hart before on prior vehicle purchases at Good Brothers in his capacity as Business Manager but this the first time he has sold me a vehicle. I came back a week later to take delivery of the vehicle. I checked out before I entered the dealership. Everything I had arranged for was on the vehicle including new license plates and a current inspection sticker. Mr, Hart answered some questions I had before I was given the keys to drive it home. Tracey from their staff explained the operation of the four wheel drive on the truck and showed me where the trailer brake controller was and how to operate it. Mr. Hart was very professional and made the buying experience very easy. My wife and I have been Good Brothers customers for many years. We use their service department to service our vehicles. We have always had good service by them and will continue to have our vehicles serviced by them for years to come

Do yourself a favor by not going here, it will save you money, time and energy.The most unprofessional and rude staff.i read few reviews, and i can relate to many of them, they are very raciest, especially Jack is trained to be rude and pathetic, he took and advantage of someone in my family who does not speak/understand english too well and he made him sign contract at 15.25% APR without providing any paperwork, saying its just to book the car and he could cancel it whenever he would like to, i found out the same night, next day morning i call him to cancel the booking and he goes he can not and hangs up, does not call me back or anything, ended up going to the location with the person who got scammed by Jack, he would not talk or provide any paperwork saying, its too late and nothing can be done.

John, Larry, and their service team at Good Brothers are the best around. I've been having my truck serviced there for 10 years - and have never had any issues. They are reasonably priced, and any work performed is completed in a timely manner. Whenever my truck is there for a repair - they call and keep me informed of their progress/what's going on every step of the way which I appreciate greatly. I can't say enough good about them and all of their hard work.

Had a recall addressed. It took forever for the parts to arrive; which they have no control over. Once those arrived they had it done in half a day. I would go back for other services.

Wish I could afford that orange challenger near vet hospital parking lot 2nd to last row. I come just to look at it and wish it was mine. I don't touch it don't wanna get in any trouble. I'm just a dreamer wishing my life away lol lol 40grand that's a house I could never afford that car so if you see a dark haired woman checking out the orange challenger it's me

I bought my Ram last February from Good Brothers Dodge. The process was quick and easy. When I purchased the truck I had the option to have a bed liner installed (Fantastic) and a moonroof installed. I was told it was just like factory and it was all under warrantee. Everything was great until a few months ago when I started to hear a bit of a rattle in the driver side headspace area. I then had a pretty substantial leak on the passenger side head area, which I brought to Good Brother's attention. They initially thought it was a factory install in which they were going to send it to the body shop to have it taken care of, but upon further investigation they instead sent it back to the place they had install the moon roof. The plugged drain was fixed on the passenger side, but the rattle in the drivers side was pushed aside as just "wind noise". The rattle has since gotten worse and I did mention it at my last oil change, but nothing was done about it. I should mention I purchased the extended warrantee on the truck and the moonroof is covered for 3 years.My complaint isn't so much with Good Brothers, but more so with the company that installed the roof. I plan on getting in touch with GB to have the truck sent back to have the head panel checked and ran thru to find the rattle which I suspect is the drain tube.John and Team were helpful whenever I've brought the truck in for maintenance. I just wish a bit more effort was put into finding the issue so I don't have to continue to schedule around dropping the vehicle off and more likely then not, having someone NOT hear the sound I'm talking about. I put 25k miles a year on my vehicles and a constant rattle when the radio is down is extremely frustrating. I hope we find a solution.8/10 for Good Brothers, 7/10 for the Dodge Ram so far.I will update once the situation is looked into.

I recently had my Jeep Cherokee serviced at this dealership, and I'm extremely pleased with the experience. They efficiently handled my oil change and provided me with additional car details that were very helpful. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone in need of car service. Just keep in mind that for any additional services, the car needs to be dropped off for a comprehensive maintenance check. Overall, a great service experience!

From the second I walked in I felt like I was one of the Family. Tim and his younger Brother Jerry run a great business which you can tell is Family orientated. My wife and I were very comfortable throughout the entire process. We love our new Good Brothers Dodge Durango. P.S. Jerry told me to rip on Tim about being younger...lol..Love you guys..

The staff at Good Brothers Dodge Ram in Weymouth were wonderful, very customer focused and friendly. They were able to take my car within the week for a recall related repair, when other dealers were 6 weeks out. The service manager John was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong with my car before I even brought it in! My car was repaired and ready for pick up the same day. I would definitely recommend them for service and would be happy to use them again!

We purchased our vehicle from Good Brothers with an extended warranty. For over a year, we have been saying something is not right with the transmission. It would bump and hesitate shifting gears, but we were always told it was nothing out of the ordinary. Just before the week of July 4th , we brought it in with an engin light and again said the transmission is not right. This time we were told it needed a new battery, a new oil pan, and yes, the transmission needed to be replaced. They replaced the transmission, and we hoped all would be well. Unfortunately, just before we were leaving for vacation, the engin light came back on. I brought it back and was assured it would be fine. Just go on vacation and bring it back on your return. We went on vacation, and the new transmission failed three hours away from home. I called Good Brothers and was told there really was nothing they could do. Have it towed someplace, and I would be responsible for my own transportation home. I had to rent a truck to get home and another vehicle to get back once the repair was complete. Now contrast that with the place I had it towed to in Northhampton Ma. They did the repare, but when the transmission failed a second time, I called Northampton Chrysler, and they could not have been nicer or more helpful. They first made sure we were safe, gave us a car to get back home, and use while we were waiting for our vehicle to be repaired. They communicated with us every step of the way, and when the vehicle was finally ready, it ran great. I only wish they were closer because I would be a Northhampton customer for life.
