Porsche Westwood exceeded my expectations during my first Porsche purchase. From the start to finish, I was treated with respect and courtesy. Matt Pinto and Lynne were instrumental, guiding me through each step, offering ample time for test drives, and providing a fair trade-in value. Their commitment to customer satisfaction made the entire experience seamless. Highly recommend their service.

Honestly disappointed. I was ready to purchase a Cayenne and emailed the sales consultant we met a year ago. His first reply was within the day. However, two weeks have passed by, and it's been radio silence. Since I did not hear back, I reached out to another local dealership and we accomplished more in 30 minutes than I did with Westwood in two weeks. Within a day, I was able to spec out and purchase a new car from the other dealer. Now, just waiting for it to arrive from Germany.I guess it just wasn't meant to be with Westwood Porsche.

This is the worst dealership to ever do business! They offer nothing to any customer and they are always trying to take advantage. I will never purchase a vehicle at this dealership. I can tell you I ve purchased over 60 high-end vehicles and they will not be on my list Anytime in the future. Just a friendly warning!

Nice and friendly dealership.Michael, the sales manager, is knowledgeable and nice to deal with.They have a pretty good selection of new cars here.The coffee machine, though, adds sugar to any coffee. Needs to be fixed:)

Working with Ron was a wonderful experience. We first met Ron and started exploring the idea of owning a Macan in 2021 I tried several models but I wasn t ready to buy. He made such an impression on us that we knew when we were ready, we wanted to buy from him. Fast forward to March 2024, Ron showed us a Macan GTS with exactly the spec we were looking for.Ron is professional, kind, not at all pushy, extremely knowledgeable, and very flexible. Each time he answered all my questions with a smile. In addition, each member of staff we interacted with at Porsche Westwood were so welcoming, kind, thoughtful and helpful. Due to insurance being delayed on our end, we ended up having to stay there longer than expected. Members of staff who had nothing to do with our sale came up to us, engaged in great conversations and made sure we felt truly at home. I wouldn t hesitate in using Ron and Porsche Weswood for my next purchase. in fact I can t wait!Thank You Ron, Michael, Linda, Nigel, Julianna and Juan. What a brilliant experience!

We had an exceptional experience buying a Cayenne Coupe last week at Porsche Westwood. Our sales rep, John Suh, was a perfect combination of being extremely knowledgeable, articulate, thoughtful, thorough, with such a calm and pleasant demeanor. It was a very enjoyable experience working with him and the other sales professionals there. And needless to say, we are thrilled with our new car!

Was met by Juan... And he helped me purchase the used Acura MDX , I Was scheduled for to take a test drive in. The whole process was a wonderful experience... No sleazy, pushy salesman,Trying to sell you something you don't want. Instead I was met with excellence , which is what they strive for at IRA.

I recently purchased a new-to-me Audi S5 from Porsche Westwood, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the beginning, Juan was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the out-of-state purchase process. He provided me with all the necessary information and even offered to pick me up at the Hertz rental location, which was a nice touch.I drove up to the dealership in the middle of a blizzard, but the staff at Porsche Westwood already detailed the car for me.The handover process the next day was smooth, and everything was in order. I appreciated the attention to detail and the effort the staff put into making my experience a pleasant one.Overall, I highly recommend Porsche Westminster for anyone in the market for a new or used car. Juan and the rest of the staff were professional, helpful, and courteous throughout the entire process. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

Flew in from the Midwest to test drive a used Porsche they had on offer. Jeffrey was straightforward and honest, patiently pointed out the features of the car, allowed me a moment to look things over by myself after the test drive, and just very pleasant to work a deal with.Dealership was super clean, had snacks and beverages, and a nice large window if you wanted to watch the techs work on your car.Finance specialist, Julianne (sp?), was very straightforward and honest as well. Paperwork was super simple and they didn t include a bunch of bogus fees that would force me to walk out. Just a simple $495 document prep fee and nothing else.I m flying back home and they are shipping the car out.The dealership replaced many items in preparation for the CPO designation. Only thing that surprised me was the tires were 10 years old (treadwear fine) and I thought CPO required less than 6-year age.Have no reservation in recommending this dealership.Edit to add: Dealership decided to put 4 brand new tires on before shipping the car out. They also put a bag of Porsche-branded gifts in the frunk. What a pleasant surprise! I'm now a raving fan of theirs and with any future Porsche business will call them first.I decided to have them do an alignment, at my cost, since they put new tires on. They charged $289, which seemed about right for a factory alignment. One of the Chicagoland Porsche dealers quoted me $580, which is outrageous. So, apparently Porsche Westwood has fair pricing for service too.

Sharif is an absolute professional and pleasure to work with.Highly recommend him for handling any kind of service needed. He looks after both of our Porches and always gets our cars back to us as quickly as possible. I trust him completely to be honest with me about the process or any hiccups that may occur. I refuse to go to any other dealership. Lastly, the waiting area has snacks and beverages which always come in handy while I wait.

I called to make a last minute appointment for an oil change. Not only were they able to accommodate me; it was completed much faster than expected. In addition, my car was washed and vacuumed. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and courteous.

I had the worst service with Sharif Campbell as my service advisor at the Porsche of Westwood. His communication was the worst, so unprofessional and rude. Porsche should be hiring the right and professional candidates for their jobs because I have never seen such an awful communication, ignorance, and careless from a service advisor. I had to wait for 4 hours to get a ride back to the dealership and Sharif ignored calling back and when answered, he hung up. That s not a service expected specially when buying a 100k car.

Hit a pothole and blew out a tire far from home (our second one in two days!). Had Taycan towed to Westwood Porsche using Porsche road service on a Sunday night, hoping they would have a replacement tire for Monday. They replaced it and we were on our way that morning. Couldn t be more pleased with the service. Now, if MA could only fix the potholes that quickly.

Very disappointed. I had a 40k service today for my Cayenne. I called a couple weeks ago and was told the service would cost $1575. I visited Westwood Porsche website and tried to schedule a Saturday service which will have 15% off. The service is still listed $1575. At today s visit, the service team wanted to charge me $2449. It ended they withheld the service of spark plug replacement, to manage the cost around $1500. At the end, they took $100 off my bill and even didn t honor the 15% listed on their website. I came home and revisit their website, their 40k service indeed include the spark plug change. It is about &1000 under serviced!!! I have saved all websites screenshots.

Left work early and drove nearly 2 hours to look at a Macan Turbo listed as CPO with no accidents reported. When I get there, the windshield was cracked in half, wasn t CPO yet, all wheels were damaged, 360 cosmetic damage inside and out. Dealership wanted full price for a car that wouldn t even pass inspection. Now I have an 80 minute drive home and half my day has been wasted.

PLEASE READ!! Dont waste your time with these guys. So many incompetent people, but shockingly, these guys don't give a hoot about rectifying their mistakes. Let's face it, we're humans and we all make mistakes. But in a service business, it's all about making things right. For a luxury car dealership to show such lack of concern for customer satisfaction is mind boggling. Additionally, this particular dealership is very stingy with loaners and getting one requires an appointment a minimum of 4 weeks out. If you're looking to purchase from this dealership, just know you will be dealing with this nonsense at some point and just know there are certain things that can only be done at the dealership you buy the car from. So think twice before buying a car here. You'll thank me laterBeen over 2 weeks and they still haven't replied or gotten back to me. In other words, they're all about lip service and NO ACTION.

Went into Porsche Westwood this afternoon as I had some time to kill. Although a couple of employees said hello to me outside, not one person inside actually came up to me to ask if I was all set? Needed any help? Had any questions? Great customer service Porsche Westwood! I expect better!
