Great experience at Ira Mazda Service Center last week when our Infotainment system needed to be replaced. Nathaniel was wonderful, kept us updated at all times, and in his absence Justin kept in touch with us with updates. Also loved that our car was sparkling clean and vacuumed when we picked it up!

No matter what I come in for the service and attention is always outstanding. Aaron, the service manager is always present, always able to handle even the most difficult conversations in the most professional way. I always feel like Aaron, Alex and the rest of the service team have my back. This is the best service shop! It s because of how hard Aaron and his team work for their customers.

Very professional shop. Video of your car being serviced puts this place over the top. I had a great service advisor and Tech. Service Manager was present at departure to recap everything. 2015 Mazda 6 that I purchased in Feb 2023 could not be in better hands.

SERVICE DEPT. - Went in about an hour before they closed just to see if the tire pressure can be checked and adjusted if needed. Aaron and Derek went above and beyond and accommodated us with the friendliest attitudes we have come across in a long time Found 2 screws in tires, plugged tires, adjusted pressure, washed the vehicle and didn't even hesitate when I asked for help attaching the front license plate holder.Would recommend this service department highly!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Tried to charge me for a cabin air filter tray that they lost.un professional and dishonest service personal . Don't care about service or their customers been going there for years shame on them . Very sorry I wasted my hard earned money on this dealership. Nice new facility filled with workers that don't care about anything just you're cash.They should all be ashamed of themselves working for such a dishonest leadership team, I'd say Mazda would not be impressed by their dealership standards . Everyone should be fired at that location including their sales people.

Had the tire i needed in stock and got it mounted and balanced same day. Price was only 10 bucks more than hogan, tire rack etc.

This place is awful. They've screwed me over in multiple ways during my past few visits, and I will never be coming back. I asked them to check my tires for wear, and they charged me for it but didn't do any checks, and the next week one of my tires blew. During that same visit they billed me for over $600 for a routine check, and when I inquired they dropped it back down to almost $200. Don't recommend this place unless you're trying to get screwed over big time.

This was the worst car dealership I ever went to. We went to buy a pre-owned car. But the salesman was least interested in selling the car. We were dealing with� this person called Harshene. Right from the moment we walked in, we could sense the indifference in the attitude (of everyone). We wasted our time in going all the way there. At the end of it all, when we wanted to discuss the price, he bluntly said they don't negotiate.And I am OK with whatever their policy is, but he didn't seem to care one bit. Not even willing to talk further. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!Wish I could give them 0 stars

Love that they give the first oil change for free after a sale but they I had to wait 1 hour and 30 min for an oil change. I had to go and ask if my car was ready and they said yes its been ready for an hour. They forgot all about me.

Usually don't go to the dealership for service but when I do I go here. Maura, Nick, and Aaron were all very friendly and helpful and made sure I was well taken care of.

Came into look at a few cars. All of the showroom cars were dead and you couldnt open the trunks. They wanted me to wait an hour to look inside the car. Very unprofessional. Would never buy a car there

Almost 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation? Paperwork got misplaced never informed me about the delay so I had to go and check for myself...
