Flat tire repair maybe. But don't go there for an oil change or any front end work! Went in for an alignment and oil change. Guy said his tire machine couldn't align those tires. Fine I asked him to check out my front end and do an oil change. He says nope front end is fine and took my truck for a beat run. Paid for the oil change and left. 50 miles down the road my front ball joint falls out. I just went to change the oil myself this time and it's mud and the filter is the original filter from the ford dealer. I paid thwse guys 100 bucks and it took them until 1pm with a 10am appointment and they never even did anything to my truck. Stay far away from this place!! I will never go back.

Hogan Tire & Auto is the best! They took such good care of me and my tire. When they could have just told me to get an entirely new tire, they went back to look at it a second time and found a very small portion of a very small staple that had been causing a slow leak for months. An hour abs $40 later I was all set! I ll definitely be back!

I drove to Norwood, Mass from New York recently to visit family. While there I had a flat tire and on the recommendation from my son in law, I made an appointment with Hogan Tire & Auto to inspect the tire and possible repair. Happy to say they were able to repair it and I was able to drive home with no problems. I was very impressed with the employee who greeted me and his very efficient and professional manner. I was also impressed with the facility especially its cleanliness and the nice waiting room. I had a great first time experience with them from the online appt. to the final result and highly recommend them.

These guys really went above and beyond when I got an early morning flat tire. David the manager was very accommodating and was able to order a new tire and have it installed by the end of the day. The waiting for very comfortable and clean. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend! They had a tire that I specifically wanted that no other tire shops had in stock. The employees were also very friendly and professional. They had vast knowledge and taught me new things that day. Sorry I didn't catch their names. They also have a waiting room which has a clean bathroom which is great! They also have WiFi which other customers took advantage of to do their work while they wait. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I'm satisfied with their work so I will be returning and highly recommend them.

Colin was great to deal with on the phone & in person. I hit a curb & tire bulged. I needed a new tire so I called & Colin ordered it prior to coming by. I was in & out in about an hour. This was my second positive experience here.

I was extremely happy and satisfied with my experience. The customer service is great, and their skill, honesty and knowledge is what makes loyal customers. I plan on making Hogan Tire my staple go to place for my auto/tire needs.

These guys have been my main garage for about 2 years. Always great service, and honesty on price and what needs replacing and maintenance. Great prices on tires, and works with you on best deals and financing. Highly suggest for repair and maintenance.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires and a very long daily commute. The Westwood location was extremely accommodating, fitting me into their schedule the morning I called. Although I chose to wait outside, their waiting area and rest room were very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They re always my first choice whenever I have an issue with my tires.

I purchased two 8 ply tires mounted on new rims for my dump trailer from Dave, the store manager. The whole experience was A #1. Dave was professional and courteous while he very quickly located online what I needed and arranged for delivery the next workday. The price was very reasonable and the product came in on time and was ready for me when I returned at the appointed time.They even junked for me my two old tires and rusty rims. Everything matched with the old tires and wheels and I was able to install them without a problem at the job site.I will certainly be going back and recommending them to others.11/23 Just purchased 4 Mickey Thompson, Baja boss, all-terrain tires and had installed on our Rubicon four-door Wrangler., Colin, the Assistant Manager, was very helpful and patient with our questions on the different tire options till we finally settled on this one. The price was less than others I had been quoted, and the service was timely and professional.

This business was referred to me by a good friend as an honest mechanic. I took my mom s car here to be assessed before we sold it and told them to please check it out and see what needed to be repaired. The only thing they told me to fix was the battery which I already knew needed replacement. They had the opportunity to inflate the repair bill significantly but they didn t. They seem to be truly honest mechanics. Very good experience and would highly recommend them.

Had a super great experience at this location. I didn t even have to leave my car when making the appointment. Brian was friendly and educated, he gave me a quote and it was spot on, no surprises! 10/10 highly recommend!

Professional, Knowledgable, and Personable. They are honest with you about what your vehicle needs. I never get the impression that they are trying to oversell you like a dealership does. Also Colin at the front desk is a great guy! He is kind and has patience!

Dave and staff at the Hogan Tire in Westwood were great to work with. I ve been using this location for years and they never disappoint. Timely, efficient and explain everything in great detail. They truly care about their customers and Dave reaches out to your personally to make sure your experience lived up to your expectations. Very classy. Very clean and tidy facility. Service was great. They even disposed of a couple old moped tires for me. They price match if you can find a better deal online.Separate waiting area that was also clean and quiet. Complimentary coffee.Solid place, will travel back for my tire service.

I love Hogan Tire in Westwood! They have the best prices and an awesome team. Dave is so efficient and helpful, and I love getting a follow up text after each appointment to see how the car is running. At most auto shops I feel like I am getting ripped off, but here I feel like I am really taken care of with the lowest price possible. I highly recommend Hogan Tire for exceptional service and competitive prices!

These guys are first rate. I ve dealt with them a bunch of times, on everything from brakes to tires and oil changes. A couple of times they ve told me not to spend money on something which nobody ever does. I ve never had to go back to have anything redone, they re quick, and it costs what they say it will. Strongly recommend them.

I called in and asked for an oil change. They were at max for service scheduled. They gave me an option to drop off for the day and if there was a cancellation they would handle it.They took it in and called me to let me know it was done. They called well before 5 pm and the car was tire turned clean. Greatly appreciated. Sorry foenthe last minute request, thank you for your accommodation.Outstanding service.

I went to Hogan tire on my lunch hour just to get air in my tires. The gentleman there was kind enough to say he would show me how to do it. When he came out he saw that I had a screw in my tire that I didn t even see. They fixed it for me in one hour and I was on my way back to work! The service was excellent. I didn t realize all the services they actually perform. I believe I have just found my new mechanics!!! The price fir the tire fix was very reasonable as well!!

About 2 months ago I had tires mounted and Road Force Balanced . I paid for road force balancing, however no one in the shop actually knew how to operate the balancing machine to road force balance the tires. The tires have a slight vibration, but not bad enough to return. Today, Thursday, December 22, 2022, I got a flat, and I called and was told that the next service appointment was late Tuesday afternoon, to fix a flat. That s 5 days.Maybe that s okay for having brakes done, but a flat is a car down situation and that s well beyond acceptable, not just for me, but for anyone.That s not customer service. It s simply unacceptable. It s a 20 minute job, as the small screw is visible and easily repaired. It doesn t even require a dunk tank, as I tightened the screw and it holds air without any leaking.Incidentally a flat tire repair is never a scheduled job anywhere.Too bad as they are very nice and considerate, but

Collin at the front desk: highly knowledgeable, thorough and easy to talk to. Exactly who you want leading the way. Clean facility. Solid waiting room with desk areas. Very satisfied with the folks at Hogan Tire. My car continues to run beautifully with their assistance.

I Had the best experience here. I popped a tire and needed a very particular replacement in a hurry, most places I called didn t have the tire or would ve taken days to order. Hogan tire was able to get it for me right away and installed quickly the next day as promised. They have great prices, and they even texted me a couple days later to check and see how everything was feeling. The experience was a 10/10 for me!

Brian and Scott were fantastic regarding my pick up and clarifying any issues. In my opinion, they both deserve an extra paid day off. Kudos to Brian and Scott! Dave also had lovely customer care follow up. 11/10, great service and very friendly

Had a tire leak. They were busy so the salesman told me to come back in an hour. I did and they took care of me immediately. Great service. Very pleased
