I am writing to share that I has a very positive experience with Windmill Cycles recently. My 1999 Kawasaki Nomad 1500 had, sadly, been ignored for a few years you know how life sometimes gets in the way? And you know what happens when motorcycles sit a long time with no love? Long story short, the bike wouldn t start and I was sure it was related to a gummed up carb. From the first conversation, Mike and Dylan were great. Mike described how he would approach the troubleshooting, and his communication was always prompt, detailed, and clear. When his troubleshooting clarified the issues, he shared various options, costs, and relevant considerations. Others may have just replaced the carb and fuel filter with OEM parts and run up a crazy exorbitant bill, but Mike was able to clean and rebuild the carb, and he source a reasonably priced fuel pump which kept the costs reasonable. After the bike was home, Mike reached out not once, but twice over the course of the next month to make sure that everything was working as it should. He stood behind his work, and assured me that if it needed any additional tweaks/adjustments, he d be there. He also outlined some best practices to follow when storing the bike during the winter. Overall, an excellent experience and I would recommend Windmill Cycles without reservation.

This place is awesome! Wish I had gone to these guys when I bought my first bike. Hospitality and knowledge of all things motorcycle was fantastic. I would next hesitate buying another motorcycle from them in the future! Thank you everyone at Windmill cycles I will be back in the future!

I just bought the motorcycle of my dreams from this place. At first I was hesitant to buy something only see online. But when I called I spoke to Dylan. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and cool in every way possible. He answered all my questions, sent me additional photos, did an extra test drive at my request to make sure there was no difficulty finding neutral (there wasn t), helped do some online research to find crash bar options to order and install. And then he delivered the bike to my town 4 hours away in NJ. THE BIKE IS PERFECT and everything he described was accurate. If you see a bike that you want that Windmill Cycles is selling then I urge you to follow up on it. There is no need to be hesitant about the level of service and honesty that this shop offers. I love that it s a family owned business and Dylan also has the same bike as the one I just bought (moto guzzi v7). Highly highly recommended. I give it 8 stars out of 4!

Great experience! Brought in my bike for much needed servicing. It had been a few years regrettably. Michael and Dylan are excellent. Easy to work with and very knowledgeable. They even sourced some hard to find parts. Highly recommend!

Bought a beautiful ZRX 1100 from Windmill cycles. I am out of state and my local dmv was giving me alot of problems because of the paperwork. Mike and the staff at Windmill Cycles stepped up and got all of it sorted out for me. They really do care about their customers and are will to go above and beyond to make sure they are taken care of. I Love the bike, and I highly recommend this dealership.

Amazing service here, Dylan and Michael have been beyond helpful since my initial interest in one of their bikes some time ago. They have both been nothing short of excellent in their communication, professional demeanor, and most importantly in their actual service to my bike. To top it all off, they were extremely helpful in guiding me through the legal hurdles necessary to register my bike after purchasing it here. I d wager it is exceedingly rare to find another place that takes such time and care for even a small customer like myself. They have given me every reason to become a return customer. Overall, to leave this local, family-operated business unnoticed would be a disservice to both yourself and your bike.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! Michael the owner sent me a message on Facebook to purchase a bike I had posted on there for sale. He was very professional in negotiating the price with me. Then he sent his son Dylan less than 12 hours later to come pick the bike up from me. Also a professional! Came with the cash for the bike we did some quick paperwork and he left with the bike in less than 15 minutes ! Like I said if I could give these guys 10 stars I would! Excellent excellent excellent experience! If I m in the bike market again next summer I will definitely be going to see them first!

I own an older Honda Goldwing, that needed tires. My go to place unfortunately closed. I tried Bettencourts Honda in Bridgewater and was shocked to hear my bike was too old for them to work on!!I found windmill Cycle and decided to give them a call. I am so thankful I did. Mike and Dylan are very friendly and helpful. Mike kept me informed of the progress. I recommend giving Windmill a shot,very happy with my bike! Thanks,Mark Walker

Mike and his crew are the best ! Very professional and helpful , went in for a carb clean and rebuild . They came and picked my bike up and got to work. Got my bike back in just a few days , even days later after getting my bike back when I have a question about my bike mike picks up the phone and answers my questions . These are the kind of people I like to do business with . I will continue to bring my motorcycle here for future repairs ! If you want good honest people working on your motorcycle give mike a call !!

Just bought this beautiful bike from Mike. What a refreshing experience very nice, honest, accommodating, Nowadays that s not easy to say . I would strongly recommend them. Bought a lot of vehicles from dealerships but overall this was the best. Thank you Mike for a great experience.

This place is amazing They really care about safety and making sure everything is where it was meant to be, they even checked on me after I had all the services done asking me how my ride home was. My bike rides brand new. They put a new tire on tighten all the mechanical things and much more. I can now ride knowing it would not fall apart. A big thank you for all your help.

Very friendly very helpful and always have my 2008 Suzuki running like new. They offer an affordable pick up option that s super convenient for a motorcycle as dropp off and pick up can be a pain. They even offer a winter storage for your bikes that includes getting it ready in the spring! Awesome family run business!

My experience with this place was online and ordering a bike to be delivered, which they also have a quality partner to do that. My salesman was Mike, who was patient and answered any questions I had. Unlike most Stealerships, this place has actual competitive pricing in the lower ranges. From old used and functional bikes for less than a grand, to old and stylish Harley s for 5K, their low price section is fair and very competitive, and on top of all that they Offer Financing.I d recommend these guys if you are in the local area. By what I ve seen, they look to be a great place to grab a bike, especially if you aren t trying to sell your left kidney to get something to hit the road. Again, shout out to Mike. Answered any questions I had and told me even after I receive the bike I can still ask him questions. Hands down best customer experience I ve had. Can t wait to get my Bike. Y all rock!

I just purchased a used bike from New Hampshire. Rode it for about 20 minutes, stopped to get gas and the bike wouldn't start back up. It seemed to be a battery or stator issue to me and when I talked to Mike he thought the same. So I brought my bike over to them and within 3 days they had gotten back to me that my bike was all set and good to go. I asked if it was a battery or stator issue and he said no to my surprise. Both those were reading the correct amps and voltage so he said they took all the connections apart and cleaned them up and that was it, simple fix!! I was back up and running and haven't had a problem with the bike. Mike also followed up with me about 4 hours after I picked the bike up to make sure everything was running correctly. I've never had anyone ever follow up with me about their service so I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with the service I received. I would recommend Windmill Cycles to anyone that's looking for a quality motorcycle shop!!

This place was always and amazing experience. Loads of motorcycles to choose from as well as many accessories to purchase. Service, sales, and parts department were all a pleasure to deal with and made me feel very comfortable. Iv purchased I believe 4 or so bikes from Windmill Cycles over the years and also worked there some years ago in the parts department that of which was another amazing experience. Definitely a great place! Eric

My experience with this business has been absolutely excellent. They were able to get my antique scooters in right away and got them both working within two weeks. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I'll definitely be doing more business with them. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

I would just like to start by saying how much integrity I feel Mike has shown during my entire transaction with him. Mike went above and beyond several different ways.I truly believe a businesses actions AFTER the sale speak volumes about the business/Owner.Mike was very accommodating when it came to my purchase, you see I live 1.5 hours away from his shop, so after I made the initial drive to him and we came to terms, he was very patient while I transferred funds, he was able to help with all the paperwork via email, he overnighted the title for me so I could start the registration process etc on my end.Here where it gets good. I get a text from Mike that while he was cleaning & detailing the bike for delivery, he noticed the rear tire was a little low on tread and even though it would pass inspection, he "didn't feel right about delivering it like that" so he purchased a new Harley Davidson Factory Michelin Tire (not cheap) for me and offered to install it. A few days later I get another text about "the rear brake-pads being questionable", so while the tire was off, he had his guy install new brakes!! Now mind you, this deal was DONE, ink was dry, title was in my hands, Mike didn't have to do ANY OF THIS!.... Now here is the cherry on top. We had discussed delivery and the weekend it was going to be delivered, his delivery guys van had broken down so what did Mike do? He went and picked up a U-Haul MC Hauler on Mothers Day, loaded the bike in the pouring rain, loaded up his Wife and Son (it is Mothers day and they had dinner plans), drove 1.5 hours in MONSOON rains to deliver the bike to me. Upon arrival, he placed the bike in my garage and he and his wife busted out a bunch of towels and started wiping it down!! They were both dressed to go out for a nice Mothers Day meal and they are literally drying off my new bike for me. From Start to Finish, Mike has shown me nothing but professionalism, integrity and a passion for customer service that he should be VERY proud of.I would HIGHLY recommend Micheal Goes and Windmill Cycles for your next MC purchase. Thank you Micheal it was a pleasure doing business with you.

Micheal is a great owner . He introduced me to his son Dylan so he can take over and he was also amazing . Windmill cycles took care of both my motorcycles and dirt bikes including the bikes being street bike and cruiser . Knowledgeable. Friendly, and you can count on them . Prices are extremely fair and they will do anything to work with you . I take all my bike there and they also offer winter storage for amazing price . Hands down best motorcycle shop around and highly recommended

Remember the times when you spoke directly with a person that performed motorcycle services for you? Windmill Cycles, with the owner Michael and his son Dillon, are for me a throw back to that time when people who operated a business cared about their customers satisfaction and the job not just about the money for some big franchise motorcycle corporation. This business performs multiple services as well as sales. and truly cares about you. I had a motorcycle rear tire replacement. The whole transaction for me was very personal in the way they talked to me and it was my first time meeting them. I could say more, all positive. I recommend you first check out their web site and two if you ride or like cars keep their number handy. Take care and ride safe. Fantastic experience dealing with Windmill Cycles! Since I was located in Texas I was a little nervous buying from a dealer out of state. The experience was BETTER than working with local dealers here in Texas. Bike was delivered at my doorstep and was exactly as described. Mike was quick to respond to all questions and even texted photos of bike as it was being loaded onto truck for delivery. Would highly recommend Windmill Cycles!

Brought my 2005 Suzuki GS 500 F for service due to fuel leaking out of the petcock. It was also badly in need of a full service review. Mike and his team quickly found the cause of the problem and completed a full service of the bike quickly and for a very reasonable price. It runs better than it has in years. Mike is also very professional and communicated with me throughout the process. Highly recommend Windmill for your motorcycle service needs.
