Purchased a 2015 Scion tc over the weekend and had a great experience so far! Victor was so helpful and was able to get me closer to my price range after unexpectedly needing to replace my car, and even gave me his personal number to reach out whenever I needed help. I left an item on my old car that I traded in and he helped me on his day off to track it down and get it! Also was able to get me help when a headlight went off on the Scion I just purchased. Much better experience here than what I ve had at other dealerships, so I would recommend prestige to family and friends looking for a new car!

Went to Prestige in Westport to look at a Ram pickup. Was introduced to Victor as my sales representative. Victor made my buying experience very easy. He worked with us to get what we felt was a fair deal He is a very knowledgeable and professional car salesman. I highly recommend going to see Victor if you are in need of a vehicle. We will definitely be going back there in the future.

Adrian was very helpful in my process of financing for the first time. He explained everything to me and got me the best deal possible. Leslie was great also she went over everything and made sure I knew the details of what I was signing. Overall good experience. And I m very happy with my new car.

The treatment I received was exceptional and outstanding Eric and Bowen were great.I came in to trade my truck for something smaller and they listened to everything I wanted and the budget I had and worked with me until we got to where I needed to be.I would strongly advice anyone looking a new vehicle to go see them they will not steer you wrong.

400 miles the engine light on! Thanks for do my live more sad.P0021 indicates that the Engine Control Module (ECM) senses that the position of the intake camshaft on the bank two side of the engine is more advanced than what the ECM has set it to be.

Had a great experience with Prestige Auto Mart, they helped me out with financing a vehicle for the first time and after picking the vehicle was out within less then 2 hours. Victor Vieira is definitely the man to see, absolutely made it a painless process and helped me get the best possible deal and also got me the loan through a Bank instead so I could get a better interest rate. Also made sure to ask me what number "I" would feel comfortable paying a month. Thank you again for everything and all your help Victor you are the man!

Really quick and clean process. Came in to look at a truck on Friday, came away with it on Tuesday. Absolutely no problems with the paperwork or anything, they were really flexible with the financing, and helped me with the things I didn't understand. Mr. Sandler was amazing and made my first time buying a vehicle so quick and easy.

Adrian and Leslie were awesome! We were able to come up with a plan of action for me to secure a 2020 Jeep Wrangler I love my car! AND was able to drive it off the lot as the paperwork was being completed because I really needed a vehicle. You definitely want to do business here! If all the employees are busy, you re definitely going to want to wait(it s worth it). I m not sure if this is a family owned business but it definitely feels like one. I have a 15 year old and plan on going back.

I do not recommend this dealership. I called ahead to schedule an appointment for the car i was interested in and verified that it was on the lot. An hour later when i arrived, they said it was at their auction lot and arent able to get it in but for a refundable deposit, they can grab it for me. Well a $100 deposit later, we decided the car was not for us, so we asked for the money back, they said sure no problem. 5 weeks later all my calls and inquires are being ignored with no refund anywhere.

Went on 12-30-23 looking for a car after a bad experience on my local Honda dealer. Jerry Sandler showed me a few options that could meet my expectations and needs. I had to unexpectedly purchase a vehicle two days before Thanksgiving 2023 and decided to visit Prestige Auto of Westport due to their large selection and close proximity to me.Tony Martins was excellent and listened to my needs and thankfully he was able to find me a vehicle to suit my needs. I was able to drive home the same day in a new vehicle. If you're in need of a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend visiting Tony for his exceptional service and attention to his customer's needs.

Prestige really takes care of its customers! They might own Olive Garden on the account they treat you like Family I totaled my car that I just got from them a few months ago and now they re working with me to get another car as quick as they can and even trying to make sure that the insurance company pays me a little more than what they offered so far, I ll update with my new car when I get it with the photo!!!!

Bought a 2016 explorer back in July and two months in had to spend over 3k in which a car they told me that has been serviced and in good condition. They fixed it and one month later had steering problems. Took it a different mechanic and had to spend another 3k on the same things they replaced. Wouldn't waste my time again buying from here. Go to a dealership who actually service there vehicles before selling

IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A SHADY, DISHONEST, DEALERSHIP LOOK NO FURTHER!! It's been nothing but frustration and stress since I bought my 2019 Nissan Sentra for 20k in December. I hope writing this will save at least one person from going thru what I've endured!! I called Joe 3 days in a row to address the issues, but he won't return my calls. Yet they claim to treat you like family? I feel bad for their family. So far, it's looking like I'll have to contact the BBB and Attorneys General to assist me, or at least to file a complaint, because Prestige just doesn't care.My car came with an oil leak, damaged air cabin filter, and needed an alignment and two front tires as they were nearly bald, all of which they said they would fix/replace. (Be sure to have your own mechanic look at the vehicle before you sign anything!!) And have them write the issues on the "we owe" paperwork.I had to jump thru so many hoops to even get an appt to fix these issues(they dodge you til the warranty is up).Then sure enough..THEY DIDN'T EVEN DO THE ALIGNMENT OR FIX THE SOLENOID VALVE LEAK.They just wiped down where it was leaking from and pretended there is no leak. So now I'm left paying for an alignment and oil leak out of my own pocket on a 20k$ vehicle! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.I'm in health care and need my vehicle to be safe and reliable so I can transport residents, yet here I am spending my own time and money to get this fixed.

Victor helped us throughout the car buying process, he was professional and answered all the questions we had. He took our considerations into account and tried to get as close to our price range as possible. We went to Prestige because my husband bought a car there years ago and had a good experience, and thankfully the quality of service continued through the companies growth.

Since they have no record of me , I ll add context to my one star review. I have time today.Weird they don t have record of me since im still getting calls a week later asking if I m interested in the car, or any of the other 300 SUV s.Basically a giant waste of time working with them. Made an appointment to check out a car listed in East Providence. Call and they say it s wholesale, I ll have to go up to Westport since they only do wholesale up there. Fine, I m coming from Warwick, I ll drive the extra 30 minutes.I get to the shop, it s an hour before they finally locate the car, an it s another 30 minutes away, which they wanted me to drive up with the salesperson. I waited the first hour because i had drive far but that was the last straw.I voice my frustration and the manager explains only 25% of people keep their appointments. And they ll have the car here asap. Call center is a different company and they re paid every appointment so they don t care .Another guy comes over, try s to play the tough guy, you re not serious about buying a car or else you ll go Just the worst experience possible. Will never even consider then moving forward.

Came in to Prestige Auto to get in a new ride. My daily driver quit on me and I hadn't many options until Vitor met us at the front door ready to help. Vitor helped me every step of the way including educating me on certain vehicles I wasn't aware about. Hands down this was the best, welcoming, and entertained sale I've ever been apart of. Will recommend 100%!! Thank you Vitor and the guys at Prestige! I found the vehicle I needed but also one that I truly wanted!!

This is the 3rd vehicle I purchased here and continue to be extremely happy with the establishment. I needed a van for my multimedia business and these guys made it happen again. These guys really work with you as long as you are willing to sit down and put all the cards on the table to help yourself also! When I was there today finishing my paperwork this couple had walked in and I over heard the conversation the sales guy and the manager were trying so hard to help these folks but these folks were either under the influence or just simply had no manners they started to yell at these guys just for trying to help and do their job. Guys this place is great they will help you where no one else will but you javelin to understand its not a drive through you need to be honest and you need to spend the time required to see what can be done to help you!
