Shout out to George The big man on campus at icars Westport if you want the car of your dreams, please don t hesitate to stop by and speak to George. He is the most reliable, trustworthy man I have ever met. I ve gotten a beautiful vehicle from him and I cannot be any more thankful these men work their hardest to complete your paperwork and get you into the best vehicle that you , please stop by and take a look around. I m sure you will not be disappointed. Thanks again George and Scott for all your hard work !!!!!

Being a young first time buyer I can t recommend this place enough to anyone who wants to buy a car. The people there are super friendly and they aren t predatory like many other dealers out there and if you have any questions they love helping you understand what you wanna know why things are the way they are. This place is a 10/10 and the deals are great. I personally had Scottie as my sales person and he helped me every step of the way to purchase the car I wanted and he helped me understand everything I needed to know. The sale was quick and smooth with no problems at all. Thank You to everyone at ICarsWestport!!!

Sales manager Scotty was very helpful. I was assisting my daughter with a used vehicle. He made the process a breeze .we negotiated a fair price. Registration,plates,and inspection sticker taken care of. Very pleased with the facility

We bought a ford escape 2018 here and we are very happy with it! We drove from 1.5 hours to find the perfect car and wanted to drive away with it same day we test drived it. ICars offered to take a personal check and deliver the car to us once the check cleared, so we didn't have to take a day off work and take another long drive to pick it up. This just shows great customer service they have and treated us really well. I highly recommend them for your next car!

I recently purchased a Subaru Crosstrek for ICARs and so far I have no complaints. The vehicle runs well and is as pretty as can be.The owners sons were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Scotty helped me with every step and even explained things to me. I would purchase from them again in the future.

What a great place with amazing people. Scotty was by far thee best sales man to work with. I have never had such a smooth sailing process with purchasing a car. He helped with financing and all of the paperwork even helped me with my insurance. Answered all of my questions and really made the situation very comfortable and easy going. I so recommend scotty to help anyone in need of a vehicle. He got me into the car i wanted and even freshly detailed the inside and washed the outside right before i left the lot . If your looking for a vehicle please go in and talk with scotty. I wish i could give 10 stars !!

I just recently bought a 2014 Nissan Altima in excellent condition, low miles and very affordable. Should have made iCars my first stop when shopping for a vehicle with my son. We went ALL over Bristol and Plymouth counties looking for my son's first vehicle. For over a month! We came close to purchasing a couple of times but thank God something went wrong with the vehicles both times before we commited. I saw a vehicle listed on Carfax at iCars when we first started but I believe my son needed to go through the sometimes painful process that purchasing a vehicle can be. As soon as we pulled into iCars (our last stop) we met George and from the start he was helpful and authentic. The whole process with George and Steven and George's son was so pleasant and easy - down to the financing. My son now has the vehicle I first saw when beginning our adventure and we are beyond pleased. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication!!!

Very bad I will never deal with them again they still a parts from my car before they handed me the key and they never respond back kept calling them for more than 4 months and they never respond very bad business especially the owner. They deal with customers very bad.

Take your money elsewhere you will find the car you want without getting scammed. They will try to sell you a car and then be like oh you can give us some money under the table so that your sales tax can be lower while all at the same time making the price of the car higher so you have to pay more & your bill of sale world say that you gave them thousands of dollars less or be sure to get additional paperwork, if something goes wrong, they will try to just give you back jus wants on the receipt they seem really nice. They have some young white kid acting innocent, meanwhile, doing their dirty work, but they all know what they re doing.. won t be surprised if they all go down for fraud soon ... lie after lie cant be trusted

I have purchased many automobiles in my lifetime, both new and used. I started out shopping for new vehicle but with the prices of vehicles now being as high as they are I shopped used. I also learned that many dealerships now will only sell you the vehicle if you finance with them. This was not the case at iCARS. I worked with George who was a pleasure from the start. He has a easy to work with personality. He listened to my concerns with the vehicle. George worked with me on price, contacted me after purchase to ensure I was still happy with the vehicle. I don t believe you will receive this kind of quality at every dealership. You will at iCARS.

I have brought a lot of cars at a lot of places, but ICARS is by far the best place I ve ever brought my BMW at They actually care about there customers. My BMW had a problem and the warranty of one month had passed well they still toook my car to get it fixed and didn t charge me. They went above and beyond cause I rented a car for a couple of weeks they actually reimbursed me some money knowing I was broke paying on the rental being a single mom : I honestly would recommend them to anyone, and they will be my favorite car place fromNow on .. ICARS IS THE THE BEST ITS HONESTLY A 10 starr in my eyes !!!!!

Beware! Gave us some excuse about a bank system being down, Kept our cash deposit for 3 long weeks, screened our calls, and then had the nerve to say it can take another 10 days to complete the bank approval. Sounds like they didn t have the car title!! Picked-up our deposit (check) Iffy place! Be ur own judge..
