Very Rude Staff! Dont Recommend.

I thought this place was great. Until i dropped off an item to be repaired. I told multiple associates there i had a budget i did not want to exceed.after about a month they contact me telling me my equipment is alset. They claimed they came in under budget and gave me a price. Almost 50$ more than a brand new machine would be. Im very upset. Confused, because i have never been in this predicament.

Because of the way a group of people advertise your company at seekonk speedway, they even have children yell n swear at drivers. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Very rude n disorderly out in public advertising this place....

Cub Cadet was picked up by them to be serviced 5-31. I forget the exact day they were supposed to come get it but needless to say it was NOT picked up on the day they said. I called after a couple of days to find out if they forget...It is a busy time of year. They finally came 3 days later. They did say it would take 3-4 weeks to repair and service. After hearing nothing from them for many weeks went in to see what was going with it on 7-06-18 . It was all set ! Paid 283.43 .. They said it would be delivered Monday 7-09-18. Monday came and went no lawn mower no phone call, Tuesday no lawn mower no call. I called at about 5 pm to find out once again what was going on? They said the truck broke down everything got messed up etc. He then said Thursday, I said you promise it will come Thursday? He said yes .Wednesday night they call again to set up delivery? I said Oh I already spoke with someone etc etc. I did express to the gentleman on the phone at that time that someone promised Thursday and it really wasn't very nice that we waited and no one called. He apologized and I said no problem...It was delivered on Thursday. The thing that is mostly bothering me is....on the shipping instructions it says "rude lady becareful and be nice ...must be Thursday" I was never once rude I never raised my voice never swore. I never even had a fresh tone in my voice. We will no longer do business with this company. We will go to Hillside Lawn and Farm repair in Berkley Mass.

Awful. Was told 2-3 weeks for tune up. Took 6 weeks. Kept calling and they would tell me 1 more week for 3 weeks in a row. I know spring time is busy, but don't tell me 2-3 weeks if its going to take 6. Learn how to estimate your workload.

Brought in Toro for maintenance.Was told 2 weeks,waited 5 weeks. Second battery still defect. Doesn't hold charge for starting . I need key ignition because I can't pull the cord. Self paced is not working right. Will not go back.

Suing them in small claims court for a bagger that I ordered over a YEAR AGO. No bagger no refund. $1750. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Terrible experience. For starters, they FORGOT to bring my NEW mower on the day they were picking up the broken one. And then it took a month to get the refund check, which I had to chase down with multiple calls and a visit to their establishment. Ridiculous way to run a business.

Had a wonderful experience here, they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Great selection of from homeowners tractor's to professional zero turns, I will happily be going back for future service!

Very slow service. I had to return several times, however, they were able to diagnose and fix the problem. Item was under warranty.

Bad. They did more ( supposably) than asked for .took over 2 weeks, added 4% for a charge card,and very expensive

Place Blows. They talk to people like they are stupid and charge astronomical prices. I think they forgot that the internet exists and you can shop around. Charged me 4 times the price.

If I could give it less the one star I would was told my lawn more will be picked up before 12 Comes 3 o clock still nobody to pick up lawnmower and nobody could give me a time on when it will get picked up horrible service, waste of a day
