They do great work 12/10. My car looks amazing. BUT their customer service? Not so great. The younger woman with short brown hair is great. It s the older woman who is ridiculously aggressive for no reason. I understand being a woman in a male dominated industry, but how she talks to people is very unnecessary.

This shop is second to none in the area. I ve had TWO of my vehicles come here on separate occasions for rear quarter panel replacements (05 subaru wagon & 15 lexus gs) and both times the fit and finish of everything replaced was near flawless using all oem parts! So if you care about your cars a little to much like me, look no further.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

We had our 2020 Nissan Pathfinder repairedby this shop, they were able to repair parts that others shops told us that they would have to replace for new parts.We paid 50% less and the work was excellent.Great people, great work.Just over booked, takes fews months to get on the schedule, but worth it.

Took my son's BMW front bumper to be match painted and installed with fog lights, the paint job is great but they couldn't install the bumper right and said the fog lights don't fit on the grille.And told me a price when bumper dropped off then a higher price when picked up.And the fog lights are a fit as see on pics.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I just picked up my car from Distinctive Auto Body on State Rd, Westport. Great people, quality work, very fair prices. This is the third time they've done work for me in 6 years.

Absolutely beautiful work! Hit a deer and suffered front end damage. They were professional and very fair with pricing. My car came home prettier than when I bought it. Highly recommended. If you're looking for a car, or need auto body work done, this is the place to go! I have dealt with them multiple times to purchase vehicles, and to have work done, and they are always amazing! Thank you to the owner and staff. Believe me, I have been to the wrong Auto Body shop in my past. Don t gamble on the same thing happening to you. Distinctive is TOP NOTCH. When I needed them recently I knew I could trust them to restore my damaged vehicle to even better than it was before it was damaged. Bring your needs to Distinctive. I was in an almost head-on collision, that swiped the driver's front of my car. Despite my car being an old 2004 Forester, this group treated it like it was a Porsche. Attention to detail, professionalism and overall quality is a 5 star for me - and I never give out 5 stars. - they went above and beyond. I can't thank this business enough. Don't go anywhere else.

Unfortunately I hit a deer one night in the backroads of Dartmouth.. Just picked up my vehicle I have to say the fit and finish is excellent! Hats off to the team at Destinctive Auto. Dealing with Chistine and Erin was a pleasure. They handled all the details with the insurance company with perfection. I was treated with the utmost professionalism as well. My vehicle was washed and vac'd too.A big thank you to Rui and your team. I highly recommend Destictive Auto for your automotive collision repairs!!!

Great work, attention to detail . Dropped off my vehicle , fixed all my issues under budget and cleaned the entire vehicle inside, out and left me touch up paint. Would recommend to anyone who needs auto work done.

Everything went super smooth, the rental are was waiting when I went to drop the car off.They did a wonderful paint job.It look like new.They were very polite and very professionalIn what they were doing. I highly recommend them.

If your looking for a legit shop to do your body work this is the place. They do absolutely amazing, and treat there customers like family. Everything someone is looking for when your having your vehicle fixed. I will recommend these guys time and time again! Awesome work!

Brought my car in to repair some front end damage. Once complete, I reviewed their work and noticed my passenger front seat had a hole in it. Walked back in to explain the issue and they stated they couldn t guarantee the hole wasn t there when I brought it in. They further replied that because it was a leather seat, they wouldn t be able to fix it and would have to order a whole new seat. So, because it would be too much work to correct something they caused...they denied it and wouldn t own up to their mistake. I will never do business with Distinctive Auto Body in Westport ever again and caution anyone else from doing so.

Got my 2016 F250 Superduty back today from Distinctive Auto body!! Rui and Mike and christine and the guy's out back Thanks for an amazing job my truck is perfect !! Bought a 07 classic duramax talked to the owners son to buy the truck and asked him about rust he sent me selective videos to not show rust except one spot barley any i get it home and come to find out underneath 3 of the 4 flares its rusted bad. Just cannot trust people anymore
