Chris, Nick and the rest of the team at Weston Automotive are exceptional to work with. Honest, accurate and friendly there's no amount of detail too small (or too big) they don't have experience or ability to help with. Highly recommend them for everything from regular oil changes or any other car maintenance & repairs!

Repairs have been good, but pricing untenable for me. Last quote of $1200 (or was it 1600? Can't recall at this point) seemed high for repairing a coolant leak. As I mentioned to other folks their reaction without exception was that it was very high. I ended up paying $400 for the repair and am very happy with it. I'm afraid you guys have priced me out and hope I didn't over pay too much for the two repairs you did help me with.

Weston Automotive was able to address my unexpected oil leak quickly and economically and identified some additional issues with my suspension which noticeable improved the performance and safety of my vehicle. They communicated with me promptly and were supportive of my decisions of which issues to address and which to defer.

Since moving up to the Boston area from New York City in 2021, Weston Automotive has been the only place we bring our vehicles for maintenance, service, and repairs. A small family-owned shop, WA offers the best service and the best pricing in expensive MetroWest. Best of all, they are incredibly trustworthy (how many auto repair places can you say that about?) and they treat their customers like family. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Weston Automotive went above and beyond during a very difficult situation trying to get our 2019 vehicle s flashing engine light diagnosed. Even though the news was unfortunate, Nick and his team guided us in the right direction and even prepared an extra copy of the write-up for the Dealership. We ll be back for any future needs!

I brought my truck in to get looked at as I had just purchased it and it had an unfortunate accident . They stated that the transmission coils burst while up in the air on the lift. Then made me pay over $1600 to fix it. They also told me my struts were leaking and my brakes were almost metal on metal. Brought it to another shop who told me my brake pads are practically brand new and there is no leak in the struts. This place lies to you to get money! Do not EVER come here! These people are all liars!! They should be put out of business!

Sometimes you wish that a 6th star were possible. These guys saved me in the most complicated situation. In the middle of the pandemic, when I had nowhere to go to fix a tire as I was driving from Boston to New York, they waited for me when they were about to close, spent an hour fixing my problem (being very resourceful), and then sent me on my way free of charge. One doesn t often find a place where they know what they are doing, go out of their way to find a solution, were extremely friendly, and did not take advantage of my desperate situation. These guys deserve all the business they can get. I mean it.

Wow, I have finally found a first class automotive repair shop that I trust. Their extensive work on my 2012 Range Rover with 130K miles on it has given me assurance that I still have another 100K miles to go. I really like the thoroughness of their diagnostic routines before starting any corrective work. Customer service is A-plus for getting knowledgeable and informative answers. Has been taking care of my 21 year old MB G500 wagon for last 4 years. Car runs very well. Very reasonable maintenance and repair costs. Nick and his team are wonderful people.

Nick and the boys were very helpful. They were direct and honest but still considerate. They followed safety and covid protocols and maintained health conscious setups.Very knowledgeable team and they do guide their customers in correct direction by providing necessary detail and laying out the pros and cons.

They lie for $. Tried to swindle me for $2,000 of unnecessary work. I went to 3 mechanics since and 0/3 know why they recommended so much work. Example, they said I needed a new battery but it is perfectly fine and reads 100%. Same thing with brakes. They need to be exposed for who they are. Do NOT come here. The team at Weston Automotive is great. They are experienced mechanics that you can talk to, they take the time to explain and show you the work they ve done. A completely different and positive experience from the typical car dealer service center.
