I work in the service industry and, as such, I place a premium on customer experience. From the very first interaction, these folks were fantastic; attentive to detail, responsive and communicative, and easy to work with. While I hope to never need their services again, I'm telling all my friends about Westford Collision. They've definitely earned a customer for life!

They fixed 2 ugly dents for less than $200! I got quotes from 2 other body shops for $3,000, but Westford Collision explained a workaround easier/cheaper way to do the repair. As a bonus, their waiting area is clean and comfortable.

Quality of workmanship is paramount. We've had 2 repairs completed at WC, and we are totally satisfied. You're going to pay the same hourly rate wherever you go, so why not go top class.

It is difficult to add anything that hasn t already been said about the great service at Westford Collision. Based on these reviews I decided to use WC to repair a mishap to my minivan. First impressions are very important and that is one of the many ways they shine. Unlike most other repair/auto body shops they have a friendly, very clean, nicely furnished reception, waiting and office areas. I was greeted by Kim, a smiling young lady, who seemed to genuinely want to help me, this in contrast to many places these days where the attitude is they are doing you a favor just to talk to you. I explained what I needed and she called in Dave who gave me a very detailed estimate plus offered to arrange to have a rental car and any other things that might be needed.Arrangements were made to drop off the minivan on a Tuesday and pick it up on Wednesday. The van was ready as promised and at the estimated price, it was sitting in front of the shop looking like it just came off the dealers showroom floor- a perfect repair job, I couldn't be more pleased.I would highly recommend that anyone needing auto body work done, consider using Westford Collision. You can't find a more professional, honest, friendly, group of people who offer great customer service and do excellent work. They are proud of their work and it shows.

We are very happy with the work that the team at Westford Collision did on our car. They've turned a negative experience into a positive one. Our car looks great, better than before the accident. I worked with James who was extremely professional, sorted through all the details with the insurance company, kept me in the loop on progress, and had the work finished when he said it would be. The receptionist was also super nice each time we spoke. I highly recommend them.

I was referred to Westford Collision by my boss. Though body work is never fun, Scott and his team make the process seamless and stress free. I am SO grateful to have found a trusted company that exceeds expectations EVERY time.I've used them for both personal vehicles and company vehicles for both insurance/ out of pocket jobs, and honestly, both ways are just as easy. They take care of the entire process and clearly lay out the steps you need to take (if any).On top of that, their work is beautiful. Each time we get a vehicle back, it looks like it did when it was purchased from the dealership, if not even better. I don't know how they do it, but man, their team is incredibly talented.This is the best crew around. If you care about getting the job done right, with top notch quality - reach out to Westford Collision. They will take care of all your needs.If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I would.

This place was absolutely amazing. They fix the damage to my car like it never happened. The staff was so amazing and they kept the repair costs down as much as they could. I would definitely go back there again. Also, Scott (one of the employees) give you a really good deal on a rental with the local Hertz office for about $25 a day. Also, Scott was very nice to drive me to the Hertz office using his own personal vehicle. Highly highly recommend.

Such an incredible experience with Westford Collision. As one might expect - the experience of being involved in an auto accident can be frustrating. Selecting a shop, having the car inspected, and communicating with my insurance company - too setting up a car rental, are just a few of the requirements needed to facilitate the repair. Westford Collision was on top of EVERY aspect from start to finish. Every question was answered promptly. The car rental was on time and the working with the insurance company was outstanding... I only have one wish is that Westford Collision would consider renaming their company to Westford Collision Service, as the service they provide is truly top notch....

The crew at WC is top notch. I had a unique request (bringing in a detached pickup bed for paint) and they worked with me to understand exactly what I was looking for. They were able to fit me in the schedule in a reasonable amount of time and were done right when they said they would be.Paint is never cheap, but based on some other quotes they were not trying to rip me off either.The quality of the paint job is impeccable. They went above and beyond. Westford Collision is a secret you want to keep to yourself but it's too good not to share. Would definitely come back for more if I need it.

With a family of six and all driving, we have had our good share of minor to major accidents over the years. 100% of the time, we have counted on Westford Collision. Scott and the team goes beyond the craftsmanship of always making your car look new. Their customer service virtually eliminates all the aggravation of dealing with the insurance companies, adjusters, car rentals, etc. I would highly recommend them for any type of vehicle and/or repair. Keep up the great work!

The service at Westford Collision is unmatched by any other auto body shop I've ever been to. Mr. Varney and his team are honest and hard-working! During and after my visit here, I could really tell that Scott was looking out for me and really cared about his customers in general. I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience with Westford Collision - Scott and his employees really know what they're doing and always do a fantastic job. Flawless repairs and excellent customer service.. would highly recommend!

Scott and his team here at Westford Collision are top notch. I have dealt with many auto body shops in the past and I can say by far that Westford Collision is by far the best auto body collision center I have been too. The quality of the paint job they did was just like the factory finish. I will be going back to them if I ever have an issue in the future! Thank you Scott and the Westford team for a great service and experience!

My car was just a month old when someone rear ended me, I had never been in an accident before so this whole process was new to me. A friend of mine told me to try Westford Collision and I am happy I did. Scott and everyone else I spoke to were extremely nice and took the time to help me. The service was quick and timely and they made sure I had a car to drive while mine was being worked on. You can't see any evidence of where the dent use to be and it was much less expensive than I thought. This is a great, honest shop in Westford that truly cares about the quality of workmanship they give you. Highly recommended!

These guys (and gal) are the best! After getting in a fairly bad accident, I went to WC on a recommendation of a friend. They were great. They fixed my car back up to good as new, did it quicker than I expected and cheaper. And Kim at the front desk was a HUGE help in dealing with the insurance company so that I didn't get screwed! Not to mention they are simply just great people. I hated getting in an accident but meeting these guys help alleviate the massive headache. I've gone back for small fixes and detailed since, and I genuinely look forward to going in there and laughing it up with Scott, Kim and Dave. Great company. Better people!

Scott and crew do such a great job. We were rear ended in my brand new car. He fixed it to better than new! You would never even know the car was hit. He handled the insurance company and he even delivered my car home to me and returned the rental car! Very happy with the whole experience! Thanks!

Due to Thunder lighting, Big pine tree fell down over my garage and damaged the roof also parked new car. I took the car to westford collision and spoke to Scott Varney, He took care and fixed my car like new as it was before. He also discussed with me all the issues very professional way. He delivered the car on time as promised. I will recommend to use Scott's service. He is great.

Was referred to this business from another body shop. From start to finish a very pleasant experience. Entire staff was friendly work was done in a timely manner and no surprises on price. Would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs body work done.

Excellent costumer service. Got it done fast and were extremely pleasant to work with. They took care of everything including consultations with my insurance company. Wonderful people who treat you like their neighbor. I highly recommend their services.

I came here to look at a vehicle they were selling. I didn't buy it because they were honest and told me they didn't think it would meet my needs and showed me the problems it had up front. Can't speak to the quality of work they do (seems like the other reviews are good) but I can tell you they are an honest bunch.

Beware if using insurance. The labor rate they charge is almost double what insurance will reimburse. You'll be left footing the bill.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
