The team is great! I do not know much about cars and have found that sometimes people take advantage of this, but not them. They do not perform unnecessary services on your car, the prices are fair, and they are very friendly, patient, and understanding. I got my Audi A8L and it was the best decision, the car has been working perfectly. I recommend them to all of my friends! The best!!!

Over the past decade I've bought two cars from Ken and had him repair multiple others. He is honest, talented, cost conscious, and exercises sound judgement -- all qualities in short supply in the auto repair business. I recommend him without hesitation or reservation.

Ken and son do great work! Took my 2007 S6 from limping to flying. They found the impossible parts and got me rolling last year. I have been getting work done on my cars by Ken at Superior Auto for quite a few years now. He was recommended to me by a friend as a good, honest mechanic who knows cars and won t rip you off! I have to say that not only was he correct, but he understated on all fronts! Ken has worked on various vehicles for me and my family over the years a Honda, a Mazda an Infiniti and a couple of Range Rovers. I have never been anything less than extremely satisfied by the service I have received. Ken looks carefully at every problem you bring in. He makes sure he knows what the problem is (and it is often amazing just how fast he knows!), and then tells you clearly exactly what needs to be done. He has never added in unnecessary services or repairs something that a number of other mechanics and dealers have done to me time and again in the past. Ken has saved me a lot of money by finding after-market parts that are at least as good as the original equipment parts AND by not charging me for unnecessary services or parts. The price Ken gives you is the price you pay although there have been a number of times Ken has ended up charging me considerably less than the original estimate because the job was easier than he thought. This has never happened to me with any other mechanic!In short, I recommend Ken and Superior Auto extremely highly. He is incredibly good at what he does, is clear and fair in his pricing and did I mention that he is a great guy, too!Tony H

Bought an Audi from Ken after seeing his listing on Craigslist. Really nice guy and super knowledgeable. Wasn't even sure if I wanted to buy it at first but after arriving at his shop and talking with him a bit, seeing how awesome of a shop he was running (and how clean the car was!), I was completely sold! I don't think there's anybody I'd trust more to buy a car from. Highly recommended!

Ken, Matt and Danny are all fantastic. It's a family run business with no BS. My family has been bringing our cars here for years. Price is fair, clean prompt and focused on the customer. Ken also does restorations, hot rod, race car and one off work. He is also a certified Audi and Mercedes mechanic. Plus where else could you say you have a world record land speed holder work on your car? I would recommend them to anyone.Doug

I found Superior Auto recommended on one of the Audi fan-boy sites while looking for an option to the dealer and Auto Engineering - which although cheaper than the dealer was still rather pricey and not as communicative as I prefer. Ken was a lucky find. He has been great about explaining options before hand and everything has been fixed right the first time. His pricing is more than fair and the atmosphere is very comfortable for people like me that are not mechanically inclined. It is nice to have a place to bring my car where I can feel confident that the work done was necessary and done well. It is a large, modern professional shop, but it is built right where he lives, and he s not likely to invite trouble home by messing with people. I recommend having your next oil change done there to check the place out; I bet you ll start going there for everything. I could say more, but I'll just give you a couple of examples of why I have recommended this shop to friends and family. The screen on my dashboard was unreadable/pixelated. Auto Engineering said the dealer would have to fix it, and the dealer said it would be $2K for the instrument cluster and another $1,500 minimum for the labor. I decided to live without it, but when I mentioned it to Ken, he said that he knew a place that rebuilt them. I gave it a shot and for $500 it s like new. Another time I brought my car in for new tires and asked him to check the brakes etc. while he had it, because I was hearing noise that had me thinking something serious could be wrong. He checked it out and told me the new tires would resolve some of the noise and then explained the breaking system and what to expect to hear. That was months ago and all is well. This shop is a bit out of the way and prefers cash, but in exchange you can feel confident that they know what they are doing and will treat you right.

These guys are amazing and honest! Super knowledgeable and affordable. As a women it s hard to find a mechanic that you can trust. Ken and Danny always make sure you have a clear understanding of what needs to be done. I live in Maine and was visiting friends in the area when I had an issue with the drive shaft in my Cayenne. This is a fairly major issue that I suspected was going to really impact, if not ruin, my mini vacation. Fortunately for me I found and called Superior Auto to assist me with the needed repair. Ken was absolutely great to deal with: knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and I was back on the road in a few hours.....in short I had a great experience there. If I lived in the area there is no doubt that this shop would be my first choice for any car repairs. Even if my car didn't need anything, I would probably just stop by to chat with Ken from time to time, he is a great guy who seems to genuinely care about his customers. If I could give this business more than five stars in this review, I would.

I've been going to Superior Auto Repair for 2 years now with my Jeep Grand Cherokee and have always been impressed with the friendly/professional service and the speedy repairs made to my vehicle. Ken, the owner, has always gone above and beyond when providing service. My sister and other family members also go to Superior Auto for their repairs and have much of the same to say about the service and professionalism. Stopping over, day or night, to either have a quick issue looked at/fixed or to simply drop off a vehicle has never been a problem either.

Ken has been working on my vehicles for over 10 years. In that time I've never walked away disappointed. Numerous times he's saved me both time and money. When the carrier bearing went on my F150 I was shocked to realize you had to replace the entire drive shaft (over $1000 from Ford). Ken worked with me to find an online replacement drive shaft that saved me $500 bucks. The other day I stopped over at 5PM with a leaking coolant system. He quickly realized the hose clamp had broken which he fixed in 5 minutes and sent me on my way - saying "No charge". Best of all he takes care of my wife's car in a manner that keeps her safe, because he fixes what needs to be fixed regardless if that's the reason you brought the vehicle in. In short try Superior Auto Repair you won't regret it!

This Auto place is just one of it's kind. Ken is one of the most efficient and intelligent mechanic ever I have seen. I recommend all foreign car owners (like Benz, Audi, BMW etc.) to visit Superior Auto once and you would be surprised to see the savings in comparison to the dealership.

We ve had a couple issue with our cars recently that our regular mechanic could not figure out. While he is convenient and honest with more difficult repairs we sometimes ned up paying for parts and/or services that do not fix the problem.One was an electrical problem with my Mercedes and the other a problem with the steering on my wife s Lexus. Both times Ken diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it as soon as I could get the car there. Each time I would have saved time and money if I had gone to Superior first.While it is a bit out of the way for us, we have learned our lesson and will take it to Ken first the next time.

Called them up after looking at the ad on craigslist. Guy did not even care to look at the vehicle to give an estimate. Just said, I will charge exactly same price for parts as the dealer, which in my case is 780$ for 8 engine coils quoted by dealer. BMW genuine engine coils (8) cost me 480$... so if these guys are going to charge me 300$+ for the engine coils, not sure how they can say that they don't have overhead and will pass on the savings to customer...Below is what I found on craigslist on their ad :'My new location with no overhead means I can pass the savings on to you'

This repair shop uses old junk parts and tells you they are new. EXTREMELY overpriced. Spent over 8 grand there and a year later all the same parts are being replaced again. Once I realized I was getting taken for I got a second opinion. After checking with two other mechanics, they said the "issues" Superior Auto reported were non-existant. To add to that, when something goes wrong it is always because of "user error" according to Superior Auto. Half the time the lead mechanic's poorly trained, if at all, son will do the "repairs." There is a reason this shop moved from Revere MA. He was exposed for being fraudulent. There is no parking for your car. It will be parked in the mud under sappy trees. I spent 6 hours attempting to remove all the sap that covered my car, even after asking specifically to not park it under the trees. Rude service is a guarantee here! Want to use a credit card for the bill? Nope can't do that. Superior Auto only accepts cash most of the time. Overall, after using this repair shop for over 2 years, I will never go back and advise strongly against anyone thinking about considering it.

The most intelligent and efficient mechanic I've ever met. He and his son do a fantastic job. It would be foolish if you went anywhere else to have your vehicle serviced. Hes a family oriented, respectable, and honest man. I wouldnt bring my car anywhere else.
