I had an urgent need to have a tire replaced and the team managed to find time due to my situation. They ordered the worse case number of tires (due to being an AWD) to get me back on the road soonest, but when I turned up they only needed to fit the one damaged tire. My tire protection plan was automatically applied, which paid for its original purchase. Very grateful for the quick and caring service here. Thanks.

1 Star is too generous. Horse trailer with a flat (new tire) They wouldn t change it or lend us tools so we could put our spare on. Rude guy who didn t want to work or have any common courtesy

They got my car in faster than they expected they'd be able to, examined it and found nothing wrong (in other words, they didn't try to charge me for bogus repairs), replaced my tires, shuttled me to and from the rental car place, and let me work on my laptop for hours in their waiting room! Their service is positively fantastic.

My car was supposed to be ready by 4.I dropped it off the previous night and left the key in the envelope that I filled out. When I arrived after 3:30, I was surprised to see my car still sitting in the front of building with the spare still on it. They hadn t even started yet. When I went in to ask about it, I was questioned as to whether or not I followed the drop off instructions.I had. Supposedly, my key fell or slipped behind something and nobody saw it untilI arrived to pick up my car. Hmmm. The apology came with a few buts and a complaint about taking the heat. That s what happens when you work in the front of the house, Paul. There was a review about Sullivan Tire similar to mine. I should have trusted it and gone elsewhere.

It's always a pleasure to deal with the folks at Sullivan Tire in Westford. The pricing for this job was fair, and the work was completed quickly. Members of staff are friendly, courteous and professional. If they don't know the answer to a question, they can direct you to someone who does.The only other comment I have is to please bring back the courtesy shuttle. It could have saved me over $40 in Uber fares today, as I could not get a ride from a friend during regular work hours.Everything else was perfect ... Thank you!

Drove in from Virginia on a business trip and ran over a peice of shredded truck tire on the highway that did some minor damage to an underbody panel. Stopped in just as they opened at 7:30am to see if they could help me remove the panel. They got me in right away and helped get the car road ready again. Super happy with the service!

Very grouchy guys work there. Came in with a flat tire and first question is do you have an appointment. Guy didn t want to pick his head off his computer to acknowledge me when I came to pick my car. Stood there for 3 minutes without an acknowledgment.Very poor attitudes with guys in the front. I won t be back

I had a very satisfying and pleasant experience with the team at Sullivan Tire in Westford. I arrived unannounced with a nail in my tire and they were able to get my car in despite being short-handed. The damage could not be patched so they installed my spare and got a replacement tire in, which they mounted and balanced on my wheel while I went about life. I was able to return on my schedule and they quickly swapped out the spare with the new tire shod wheel. All for a very competitive price. Thank you.

I can not say enough about the customer service at this location, it feels like I'm walking into a family reunion even the technicians are friendly and they do phenomenal work I will be back

I can only speak for the Westford Store. I have found them to be very professional and accommodating. Being a small Business owner and operator in the Livery business, having a good and reliable mechanic is invaluable. They keep my cars running and as such my business. I can confidently say that they are the best mechanic / tire store I have worked with over the past 3 years. Not the cheapest but definitely worth every penny. I have had Jobs that have scared other shops which they took on with confidence and delivered with excellence. I could say much more but that should suffice.

Not 100% sure about this one. The technician really tried to fix the leak in my work truck tire. I'm sure he did. But I had no idea where the leak was because it was so small. It took about two weeks for my truck to go from pulling slightly to the left, to full-blown flat. I honestly don't think the technician ever found the leak himself because 2 days later, I could see the same tire noticeably flat again. Of course, they didn't mention they're not sure if they fixed the problem. They just charged us, and let us drive away with the "fixed" tire. I get it, it happens. You can't fix everyone's problems. But I can't give them a 5 star rating because of this.

I booked an appointment 7 days in advance and arrived before they even opened just to be early. I was the third drop off for the day and the service was not conducted as promised, I had zero insight into options, and the root problem that I had when I arrived, I still have. In the end, they held my car hostage for 6 hours before even looking at the car, then they (nicely) did a rush repair job. The second I drove off the lot the brakes were still squealing ... horrible.Update: They took my car back and made a fair attempt at solving the problem. They suspected the squealing was coming from a pad they didn't replace. They did some stuff and it was quiet for a while (like 2-3 weeks). It's noisy again, maybe it's just a bad pad?

I was recommended by a near by AutoBody shop and this place did not disappoint. Between here and TownFairTire they had the best price available - about $250 cheaper for the tire rotation, alignment/balancing. Went in for a quote and to schedule an appointment and they got me into the shop right then and there. Can t say that would happen in all cases but it seems like if they can accommodate, they will. I was in and out in an hour. Thank you Sullivan!

I was traveling in the Boston area and my car developed a vibration that worried me. I was recommended Sullivan Tire by a friend who uses them frequently. Ed at Sullivan Tires took my car in and within 1 hour called back with a diagnostic of a separated belt on the front tire. Unfortunately since I was passing through the area and I am on an all wheel drive car with winter tires, I would have had to change 4 tires or find a matching Toyo tire to my set and the winter tires that he quoted would not have been in stock in time for me to travel home. The Sullivan Tires quote for replacement tires was actually the most competitive in the area but he recommended another shop that might have matching winter tires in stock. Ed did not charge me for the diagnosis and gave me an honest recommendation!To make a long story short, I was very impressed with the service I received from Sullivan Tires.

Very disappointed. I have used Sullivan for 10+ years and always been satisfied but not today. I had dropped off four tires and for loose wheels to have the new tires mounted and balanced. Quoted $25 each for a total of $100. Received a call later saying two of the rims were bent and needed straightening and did I want to do that? I said yes without asking how much (shame on me but I was on another call when this one came through so wasn't focused). They never told me the cost would be $175 EACH! Imagine my response when I was presented with a bill for $458 when I picked them up. I could have bought new rims for what they charged me to fix these cheap ones. If you are increasing a customer's bill by this amount that should be stated up front WHEN YOU CALL vs. waiting for them to ask. Lost a loyal customer today...

John and Sullivan Tire Team took great care of my 2019 WRX STI. Went above and beyond, ensuring top quality service was provided. Went there last minute and they still squeezed me in on their busy schedule. If you want top notch service and great customer care, this is the place to go. Horrible service!! I made a appointment last week, for today November 12. I dropped my truck off at 9 am and was told it would be done by 230. I said perfect I need it back by 3. I live 45 mins away. I didn't receive any calls from Sullivan tire all day! Now at 3pm I call and they tell me they were backed up and it wouldnt be done for another hour or longer. I have other appointments today and need my truck back by 3 pm, like I was told by John at the front desk. I would have gone to another tire shop if he would have told me he over booked appointments for today!! I shouldn't have to sit at a tire shop when they have had my truck for 7 hours. They shouldn't try and pack so many appointments in 1 day. I am extremely upset and advise people to not use Sullivan tire in the future!!!!!! There supposed to be the best is customer service. That's a joke!!!!

I have had very good service at Sullivan Tire in Westford, MA. I'll break it down into 3 services I have had done there.1) Yesterday, I had a slow leak on one of my tires. I had medical issues I had to attend to and needed help immediately. It was a Saturday, very busy day for retailers. I went to Sullivan Tire as I purchased my tires there. I told them I had to wait and could they fit me in. They said it may take several hours. They really went out of their way and got me in and out within 1 hour. They found a leaky valve. The price was very reasonable and I was on my way. Thank you! Greatly appreciated.2) I had a full synthetic oil change done several months ago. All went smooth. I had an appointment and was out in about an hour. They also threw in a discount coupon.3) I wanted to purchase snow tires several years ago. I was concerned about the ordeal of having to change over tires twice yearly. I talked with a very knowledgeable rep, and after going over all the options, I found that going with an All-Terrain tire for my SUV was best for me. The rep was up front and honest. In the long run, the best choice for me.Up to this point, Sullivan Tire has met all my needs. Very experienced reps and the work has been professional. Detailed bills explaining all work done is great.Update 12-20-2019Just had another full synthetic oil change. Once again impressed with the quality of Sullivan Tire in Westford, MA. In and out within an hour. Courteous staff. Paperwork explaining all details. Very competitive pricing. Always a coupon to save money. The consistency is what matters. Once again: Great job, Sullivan Tire. Thanks.Update 03-21-2022It's difficult for me to leave my car off for an oil change so I request an early appointment while I wait.I called in on a Monday and you set me up with a 1st early appointment on that Friday. I arrived at 7:45, my car was taken in immediately, and I was out and on my way by 8:30.I'll tell you, that is super service. You folks at Westford always take good care of me and I appreciate it.You are always professional and I can trust the job will be done right.Thanks to all at Sullivan Tire in Westford!Jimm

Great service and great people!!!Had a slow leak in a tire at 10:15 at night.We were up visiting family from NC and had a lot of plans for the next day.Dropped off the key via night owl service.They fixed it within 2 hours that morning and understood the need we had to get up and running. Plans were saved!!! Thanks so much!

This was about a year ago but when I had my tires replaced they broke one of my hub caps, refused to fix it and told me it was my fault. I never plan on coming back and have recommended to all my family and friends to do the same.

Told me one price over the phone. Then, when I took the time to show up early to drop off, gave me another price. Said there s no way someone there gave me that price over the phone. Essentially accused me of lying. I rarely leave reviews, but these guys really forced my hand by accusing me of lying within two minutes of talking to me. The price they gave me in store was higher than anyone else in the area. They won t have to worry about me bothering them again.

i have never encountered any problems with Sullivan Tire and Auto Service. They make sound recommendations and try to work within your budget and don't rip you off.

Thank you to all the guys that helped us on 08/16/2021. We shredded a tire on our fifth wheel far from home (Michigan). We pulled into Sullivan's just before closing time and they still took excellent care of us by replacing all 4 tires and checking our spare with no hesitation.

Untrustworthy, unprofessional. Take my vehicle in and get a quote for new front tires and an alignment check. I'm told that to check the alignment I need a new ball joint. Okay done. Get the vehicle back. Splash guard by the replaced ball joint is cut up, and left that way. The worst is that now the steering wheel shakes, at times uncontrollably. Within 30 minutes of leaving the shop I call to follow up on the shake. The next day it's checked, and I'm told it's bad shocks($300), convenient. I'm supposed to believe the shocks all of a sudden went bad right after your work was done on it? I didn't have these issues prior to dropping it off at this shop, now I do. I declined the shocks and not to my surprise the shaking seems to have stopped after being checked. This was supposed to be a simple in and out to replace two tires and check my alignment. Instead I'm told to spend an addtl $300 on a non-issue, for something that was a mistake made the first time around. Save your trust, time, and money. Go somewhere else. Sullivan Tire had a good deal going of Buy 2, Get 2 tires free. The tires were good quality and installed in a timely manner. However, one of their representatives misquoted me the final price on the phone. While not honoring the original price at the time of checkout, Sullivan Tire has since reached out, apologized for their mistake, and refunded me the difference. They are a good family owned business and I appreciate their responsiveness in fixing their mistake.

I chose Sullivan based on the reviews, not the lowest cost. I thought smaller size compared to BJs, Sears, Town Fair Tire would get me better service. I was scheduled for drop off at 10 and pickup at 4. Instead, I dropped off earlier at 7 (open). The person at the desk in the morning was very unprofessional. I went one hour 15 mins past my scheduled time (45 mins before closing) to pick up and the car was still on the wall ...not ready. More importantly, I did not even receive a courtesy call stating that the car is not ready. They offered to have the tires done while I wait. But, I didn't want a $700 rush job and have to deal with subpar service for the life of the tire.Their online service schedule shows availability everyday. It seems they take all the customers they can and provide best effort service instead of quality service.
