I purchased a used vehicle here. I had the pleasure of meeting Matthew Labrecque in sales. Matt was fantastic to work with. He made the entire process easy. No pressure at all. My only complaint is, I wish the Service Department did a better job on the delivery of the vehicle. I had to bring the car back one week later for a service and cleaning. This should ve been done before I took ownership of the vehicle. However, my overall experience at Nucar Honda of Westford was great.

I had my 2010 CRV towed to dealer 2/3/23 to have a key made, tire stem valve repaired. I also added an annual inspection since it was coming due. When I picked up the car on 2/6 everything was done to satisfaction with excellent communication during the process, except it didn t pass the emissions inspection, which the tech surmised was due to me having recently jumped the car to start it. He said come back within 60 days and it should be fine. When I came in today to have it cleared the tech told me that it didn t pass on the basis of a safety violation. I have a cracked rear brake light with red tape over it. It passed the original inspection on 2/4, as well as every year for the past 5 years but this inspector failed it. The repair would have been over 500$. When I questioned why they redid the entire inspection he said because it was past 60 days. Knowing February was a short month it didn t add up. My receipt for the work was dated 2/6/23 but I was told the inspection date had been the day I dropped it off 2/4/23. The tech attitude was dismissive and he felt I should be pleased that I wasn t being charged for the inspection. The inspector also put a red sticker on the vehicle meaning I can be picked up any time for driving with a safety violation. Amanda, who was the service writer that took my information, was knowledgeable, polite, and quickly had me written up so the technician could bring my car into the shop,which was important, as I was waiting,and had an eye exam to get to afterwards. They gave me a great on 4 tires,and the balance came out perfect. No vibrations and smooth on the highway. I was very happy with the entire process, and made it to my eye exam with time to spare.Service: Tires

Bosc Honda is a nice place to stop by for Honda needs. Nonetheless, for my ac issue covered in warranty they were unable to do the repair and get it worked out with the Honda insurance. They turned down the repair and I went to another Honda dealer who not just did the repair but also coordinated with the insurance company to take care of all formalities in less than 3.5 hours. In another instance the advisors asked me to buy the new tires in about 15k miles and I denied as the branded tires run for about 40k miles (with decent tread left on them). I did went to another authorized Honda dealer and they suggested me to run the tires for another 12k Miles before getting new ones. I m little disappointed with the advisors and services they try to up-sell to customers for services.

I recently purchased a new car from this dealership. As this was only my second time buying a car I went in thinking I could take the car home same day as I live 45 minutes away. They told me I was unable to take it home same day because they needed to do paperwork and clean the car and it would be ready in two days, no problem. For several other reasons I wasn t able to pick up until Saturday, fine. I drive home and under later inspection realize my car was not cleaned as promised, there was a white residue over the seatbelts and surfaces along with trash in pockets as well as under the seats, I even find a child s shoe. I reached out to the dealership to get my car cleaned and they played hooky with me for weeks. Morale of the story, I won t go back and wouldn t suggest the place to anyone.And that s not even getting started them trying to harass me into the warranty

I m very disappointed in ur service my outside mirror melted I took out the extra warranty with Boch Honda and u would not honor it I m very disappointment in the way Boch has responded to. Took my car they are in April for inspection sticker ,left with a three?Did not receive an inspection report?Is my inspection sticker even legit?I have been told falsifying registration documents is a five year felony!Service: Auto emissions testing

I won't bring my Honda to this dealership for service anymore. Brought my other non-Honda car for MA State inspection. After 1.5 hours of waiting, I was told that one of the fog lights was out and would not pass inspection. IIRC, my car will display a message if the light is out and I didn't see it (although I am not 100% sure for fog light). When I asked about checking the fog light myself, they told me that they already replaced it, without my authorization. Then I was charged $20 for a freaking light bulb. They even pretend to do me a favor by not charging me the labor because they didn't get my authorization. In addition, they charged me another 3% for using a credit card without telling me.

FYI ! they charge 3% on top of the bill for using a credit card,did not know this until I paid the bill,Surprise.Had fluid changes done,and a sensor.I did not mind paying bill,until the 3%.I ask them to see why doors were not locking.They told me they would have to order the door switch,I said ok.Came back changed switch,doors still do not lock.Checked again this time multiplex unit $749.00 plus 3%.At this point I am not believing it.I will never go back.Service: Electrical
