LAZY CROOKS! Multiple terrible experiences here. Went in for an inspection they failed because of the parking break so they said it would be $150 to repair, then they took a closer look and it jumped up to a $1000. So took my car somewhere else. Was just hoping for a simple inspection but it always has to turn into something bigger with these folks.On a previous visit they came up with another break issue that they said would be around $600+ to fix. Took it somewhere else and it was just over $200 to fix.On another routine inspection they had to take a tire off. A few days later I m driving at night and my tire starts to rub. Turns out they didn t tighten my lug nuts all the way and a couple had fallen off.If you value your money and your life don t get your car serviced here. I ve finally learned my lesson. Even the simple stuff will turn into something drastic here!

hondacarpartsdirect.com is an excellent online store for OEM genuine Honda parts. I placed my order on Wednesday night asking them to expedite my order so I can work on my car on the weekend. They truly satisfied my request.... I received all my parts on Sunday morning. I was pleased with the packaging. Lastly, shipment arrived one week earlier than I expected.

I purchased wrong part online, I sent it back unopened in its original package and they wont refund my money, wasted 123$ in the trash, excellent customer service, I will never buy a part from this "company"

I have bought 2 oxygen sensor which was $97 a piece from them and recieved only 1. And when i contact them , they said they have sent me the items and they don't know where its gone and u can make claim on UPS. Poor customer service and didn't even try to resolve the problem. They could ve seen the weight of the item and weight of the package but they are sorry. Disappointed with their customer service and never shop here again .

Don t order unless you know for sure it s the part you need. Their return policy is complete trash. I wasted $130 shopping from them
