David Belanger sold us our vehicle. He was not high pressure to buy . What he showed my husband to by was new. He did give us the low percentage rate for new which was excellent. Used was not. The warranty on the Truck 20 years 200,000 miles is fantastic. 2 years service.The finance department women that worked with us could not have been nicer. She is a hard worker that greets you with a smile and wants to make the process easy for the customer. We recommend this dealer.

Do not hesitate to purchase your next car from Nucar Honda of Westford. My experience was top-notch from start to finish.James Carignan secured a hard to find vehicle for me at the right price and was in touch every step of the way.Chad in the finance department was a pleasure to work with, as was Jess from the registry office.Their whole team went above and beyond to make sure my car buying experience was a fun and hassle-free one. I even got a personal thank you from their General Manager Kevin while I was there!Really great people and a beautiful facility. Highly recommended.

We purchased a new vehicle from David Swain. He was a pleasure to deal with. He was honest and listened to our needs and we never felt pressured during the entire process. He was professional and made us feel very comfortable. We also had the pleasure to work with Adele. She was so pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. I recently purchased a new 2024 Honda CRV at Nucar of Westford. The entire team was very easy to work with, they answered all of my questions, and they were fun to be around.I had Ari as my salesman and he was so personable to interact with. I asked him loads of questions, we looked at over a dozen cars, and he helped me find the one that was right for me.After the sale was made, the financing and purchasing staff were also such a joy to work with. Adele in financing is very helpful laying out all of my options and helping me make the car both affordable while also the best for me.Overall, I will send anyone I know in the Boston area who is interested in a Honda to Nucar Westford.

Five stars isn't a high enough rating for Boch (Nucar) Honda West Service Department! After the fiasco I had at the Honda Dealership in Nashua, I called around and found this dealership with availability. They arranged a rental for me, took care of all the recall issues and installed a trailer hitch, transmission cooler and 7 pin trailer wiring. They did a stellar job! They also incorrectly quoted me the job. The quote was for hundreds of dollars less than it should have been and they admitted it and owned it. I was shocked but pleased that they didn't try to pressure me to pay more. Because of this, I will now be a repeat customer. This is the sort of customer service that builds relationships and earns loyalty.Shout out to William, my service adviser. Very friendly and professional. He made this whole service experience a breeze!

This experience, specifically involving an employee named David, has compelled me to reconsider any future engagement with Honda.During my visit, David's conduct was starkly unprofessional and notably discourteous. His manner was not only dismissive but bordered on outright rudeness, showcasing a significant deviation from the customer service excellence expected at a renowned Honda dealership.David's responses to my inquiries about the Honda Pilot were abrupt, demonstrating a blatant disinterest in assisting me or providing the necessary information that a potential buyer would require. This behavior went beyond a mere lack of enthusiasm; it was an active display of impatience and disrespect.Moreover, it was disturbingly clear that David's primary concern seemed to be the potential financial gain from the transaction, rather than the quality of service, the integrity of the product, or ensuring customer satisfaction. This focus on monetary outcomes at the expense of ethical sales practices and genuine customer engagement is deeply troubling and reflects poorly on the dealership and the Honda brand itself.Such conduct is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction and the professionalism of its staff. Customers approaching your dealership should anticipate a level of service reflective of Honda's esteemed reputation characterized by respect, informative engagement, and a genuine desire to fulfill customer needs. We waited a little longer for delivery of the vehicle than originally estimated. Communication could have been a better throughout the process. The sales person was new and it showed a little, however he was very friendly and I think he did his best. The business manager/finance person appeared to become extremely bothered when we didn't purchase the gap insurance and extended warranty. When we took delivery the vehicle, it was nicely prepped and clean.

Checked in for our very first warranty service for our new Honda Passport Elite. Pleasantly greeted at the door and served right away - Thank you Eric! Everything running perfectly. I would highly recommend Boch Honda West, great sales and service. This seems to be the only dealer who gets that people don't like being pressured or taken advantage of, hopefully they stay this way, if they do they have my business for life. Shout out to Pedro, best car sales person I have ever delt with.

My experience was very pleasant specially with Paul Calnan, he is a very nice person helpful, respectful, someone whom you can trust. I haven t had appointment , but Paul accepts me, and I got my car serviced in no time. Nucar Honda deals are always very good. I highly recommend them.

We worked with Zackary, and he was great. We give him 5 stars and the dealership 3.5 stars. Zackary went out of his way to meet us at the dealership on the day we were scheduled to pick up the car, even though he had already worked his full shift that week. He was consistently kind and honest. We were disappointed that the night we were scheduled to come in to sign the final paperwork, we had to wait for a long time, about 2 hours, despite having an appointment.

I had an outstanding experience here. In late 2023, I purchased my first car here, and the staff at Nucar were helpful and accommodating through the whole process. In particular, I appreciated my salesperson, Carlos Perez, for being very upfront about the actual cost of the vehicle--it was an honest and fair price, and there were no surprise fees. He even filled my other car up with gas after a long trip to the dealership!I also appreciated the Service Department, who did excellent work throughout the purchasing process--popping out dents, painting over them, and purchasing & programming a spare key, all at no extra charge. They also deliver on their guarantees--the car I purchased had an unexpected issue on the very last day of the warranty period, and they fixed the problem quickly (shout-out to Iffy Egbuna for his great work) and the cost of repairs was completely covered.Nucar of Westford does great business and honest business--I strongly recommend them.

Got several quotes for a new Odyssey, and they were better than the other offers. Easy to present the offer, and close the deal. Closing the financing took a longer than expected (scheduling/timing), but incredibly happy with the price.

The only problem I had was the fact that the mechanic left oil finger prints on my center consul and on my drivers inside door and a few other locations. Should be removing dirty oily gloves if your entering someone else s property. I like to keep my vehicle clean so it s something that should be addressed to the mechanics working on vehicles.

Staff here were all super kind, very friendly, very helpful. A bit disorganized as far as paperwork and communication goes, but we got a good deal on exactly what we were looking for and for a better price than most other dealerships in the area and with the most transparency of any of the dealerships in the area, so even with that bit of hassle, we had a good experience. Second car we ve bought here and no complaints with the vehicles themselves once we got them home.

Staff is professional and friendly. Not pushy on adding extras or non essentials. I got oil change,tire rotation and opted to change transmission fluid and electronic front end alignment while I was to there. Also the waiting room and coffee is good too!

We purchased a new car recenty at Nucar Honda of Westford. The experience overall was very good. Our salesperson Carlos Perez was extremely helpful throughout the process and I would recommend him to anyone looking to make a purchase. The only negative was a hard sell from a finance person on an extended warranty when we were making final payment, which we repeatedly declined. Overall though our experience was very good.

Shawn the mechanic did such a wonderful job for my sister car! Highly recommend shawn to anyone who needs a trust worthy, kind, and genuine Mechanic. And he does such a wonderful job! Never had issues after his magic mechanic hands were able to fix it.

My service advisor, Iffy is awesome! Upon entering the Service area, he greeted me in a very friendly manner. Throughout the repair process he was very respectful and explained everything thoroughly to me.When my repairs were finished, he took me over to check out where I met Tara, who was also very friendly and great.I began my relationship when NuCar was formerly known as Boch Honda West and have always been happy with my experiences and will continue to be a customer there.

Great place have been servicing my cars since 2015... also got my last two cars from there... nice waiting area, clear service - definitely recommend. 4 out of 5.... there is always place to grow. CARFAX SERVICE for some reason didn't record my last two service visits... also service agents could be a little more detailed in analysis to what's needed for vehicle current state as well as based on timetable....

I have bought multiple Honda vehicles over the years at different dealerships and this is by far the best of all particularly the service department. Bought a new Honda civic sport this past summer. Scheduled a oil change service... RO was open at 730am and still wasn't done by 4pm. Took my car i will get my service done else were. This is second time this happen. I took my pilot there couple weeks ago for diagnosis for something and 2 new tires and a alignment took from 730am to 6pm for 2 tires and a alignment the techs didn't even diagnosis what I needed still got the same issue I went in for. I was put on the back burner while they took other cars.

My service advisor,Amanda,had all my paperwork done in 5 minutes during the check-in process,and a technician came out and drove my car right into the shop and began working on it. I was waiting,so was really impressed with the short amount of time it took her to get the car's repair order completed and ready to get serviced. There's 3 large automatic garage doors,you just pull up to one and it opens and shuts behind you,where they walk up and record the mileage and put a tag on your keys.After supplying the information on what work I had set up an appointment to get done,there's a very well equipped waiting area where you have access to free wi-fi for your laptop or phone to pass the time or get some online work done.There's also wall mounted T.V.s if you want to watch the news or whatever show might be on.I had an oil and filter change done,which included a free inspection checklist for any problems or wear items that may be needed.I also had them mount and balance the 4 snow tires which I brought with me.I arrived at 10AM,and the car was back in the service write up bay at 11:10,where I received the paperwork along with a recommendation that I should replace the cabin filter at my next service. Not only that my car was done so quickly,when I got onto the highway there wasn't any problems with the tires vibrating. The balance job was perfect.

Service advisor Paul was very good.Only problem was my tire pressure is low light came on 10 minutes after I left.When I called the next day they said I would have to come back for them to turn it off, a little inconvenient.

Courteous and helpful staff helped to resolve online appt booking issue. Car was serviced on time with a prompt call to inform it was ready for pick up. Quick drop off and check out made this an easy appt to keep during a hectic busy week.
