This experience completely beat my expectations. The owner let me use his tape measure to make sure I had a accurate table top . He went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied! The table top fits like a glove ! The glass is nice and thick . 10/10 experience

I showed up at 8:00 am when they opened and explained to them that I needed the window fixed as soon as possible. They said it should be done at 1:00 pm. They called me at 11:30 am to tell me it was done. They were very accommodating, the workmanship was of a high quality and the price for materials and labor were very reasonable. I highly recommend Westfield Glass.

The service techs that came to replace my picture window were so friendly and professional. They cleaned up everything they brought. And even washed my windows that they didn't even have to replace! Great job Westfield glass. These guys that replaced my window definitely love there job.

Just had a very old windshield replaced by Westfield Glass and I am so happy with it! I've had them replace a windshield before for me years ago and the service hasn't changed. Very professional and efficient. Thanks so much!

Horrible: Must be new owners (from years ago) or the labor is not what it used to be as this use to be a great place to do business. The workers can be rude. I brought in a screen that required being re-screened and a corner fixed. I was required to pay in advance. I picked it up some weeks later. They used the cheap fiberglas mesh and the one compromised corner was still flopping and another compromised. The frame was also returned bent.They claimed they would have been required to order the correct parts (1000 pc). Don't tell me you can fix the screen and charge me a high fee if you can't.How is it I can order a single piece on the web? If it were more costly but fixed, I would have been satisfied. They charged me over $34.00 for a very crappy job. I immediately took the screen to another repair shop. The owner shook his head. The new cost is much lower for aluminum screen mesh, straightening of the frame, and repaired two corners with the correct corner materials.......

I had 3 glass shelves made. One didn't fit properly because of my wall and they replaced it with a new one at no charge. Completely professional and courteous, would definitely go back to them!

Needed one pane of a double glazed window replaced. If you bring it in before 9:30am they'll have it ready the same day. Mine was ready by 12:00p.The service was excellent at both drop-off and pickup. Would recommend to anyone.

They are so talented and customer service orientated. Richard has cut mirror to custom fit old frames. Most recently I had glass and mirror pieces cut to restore and 80 year old vanity dresser.

Spoke with Richard on the phone, he could not have been nicer.Said to bring the sash in with broken glass. I told him we were getting rain today, he said he would get on it asap but that it would def be done today. Called me back in less than an hour, window was perfect and back installed.

I have never done a review before but this was inexcusable I had to. So I Brought an old family heirloom mirror in to replace the cracked glass. They asked I leave the glass together in the mirror so they could use it to make the new piece. Not happy with the finished product at all. They lost a flathead screw (that I will never fine a replacement for) and the others were forced back in crooked and most likely now stripped. The backer board was flush with the frame now protrudes out 1/4 . I can feel the mirror sliding around in he frame. It was like the guy doing it didn t care at all. Super sloppy careless workmanship the thing was perfect when I brought it in. Now screwed up and the man inside was no help. He gave every excuse to avoid any blame. Total bs. Don t bring mirrors here if you do Take picture of you stuff before you drop it off for backup to debate when it is messed up after repair. Never going here again. Thanks for the screw job westfield glass.

Needed a window fixed because my husband broke it killing a fly Dropped the window off around 9 am, by not even 2 pm our window was ready and it was very reasonably priced. Will definitely be coming back with any other glass needs.
