I have never had a bad experience at this Town Fair Tire. For many years we ve been blessed to have great service here and work done well. Today s visit was yet another positive experience. Pete treated me with respect, was knowledgeable, explained the process clearly, explained the product well comparing and contrasting product points, and he didn t try to sell me on things the car didn t need. He was considerate being up front about the sale prices which I appreciated given this terrible economy. In addition, the shop got my car in and out a whole lot faster than I expected given how busy they were!

Great, fast experience. Called and spoke to Cory, Monday afternoon. He was able to get the tires I wanted brought to the store and get me in for an appointment Tuesday morning. In and out in about an hour and a half. Tires were also priced to match competitors so I didn t have to bother with shopping around and price matching.

My husband and I just had our front tires replaced and realigned with the help of Pete and Rad! They both provided excellent customer service. They were kind, completed the service within the expected time frame, and got things taken care of smoothly. Really appreciated the experience and we will definitely be loyal customers from here on out. Thank you guys!

Arrived at town fair tire and was promptly greeted by Jeff. I explained I needed new tires. Jeff was very helpful in selecting tires appropriate for my vehicle. The service department promptly changed my tires and had me back on the road in no time.

I always come here for my Tires ever since I got my first car. Never failed me in prices or hospitality, makes getting your tires changed easy and with zero stress, especially if you get the Assist. Jeff was great he had my tires covered under an existing warranty and was very clear and communicative. The store had my car ready to go much faster than expected. It makes a flat tire a minor inconvenience, especially if your tires are from there in the first place.

Recently went in to get a set of new tires for my car - they were dangerously low and I appreciated how quickly they got me in and back on the road. They even price matched me since their cheapest option wasn t in stock and I was looking for a good value first and foremost.However, after a day of use, the tire sensor came on in my car. I checked, and two of the tires had lost quite a lot of air in just 24 hours. Brought it back in at the next chance, they said they had cracked the sensors when replacing the tires and swapped out for new sensors free of charge. Back on the road, one day later and the light is back on. I check the tires and the back right tire was overfilled by almost 20 psi - I let the air out but the light never came off. Went back to TFT, they said they reset the sensors and checked the pressure gauges again, and that 20 minutes of driving should reset the sensor. I drove for over an hour and my light kept flashing, continued into the next day too. Finally I gave up and went to my usual mechanic, who said the light wasn t reset properly. They also informed me that I was missing 4 lug nuts on my tires, which I had to get replaced.The staff at TFT are kind, work quickly, and they never charged me for all of the extra trips, so I give them that. But after three chances and ending up having to go to a separate mechanic, it s hard to feel great about my last visits here.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff was able to help me right away. Jeff gave me just facts, with no pressure or fast talk to try to sell me more than I was looking for. Professional, quick service. Definitely recommend using them, and plan to come back next time I need tire or alignment work done.

Good prices and fast service. Only thing left grease all over my rims and low pressure light came on 1 mile down road. Went back fixed low pressure but didn't clean rims. Now having issues with rebate. Will never go there again.

Came here to get new tires and alignment. The staff was very professional and polite. They explain to me that they were busy so they scheduled another time for everything to run smoothly. They did a great job fast and priced right! I would definitely recommend! Thank you

Went in with my husband to get new tires, they were down to the wear bars, I had been procrastinating it for a while to save up, and filling one every few days with a slow leak. Checked online prior, economy tires were around 800 with alignment and road hazard, I budgeted around 800-900 figuring tax etc. Cory helped us out, ended up giving us better tires than the economy, and for cheaper too, around 740 bucks total. Always a good day when you spend less than you were expecting. Dad goes here for all his work trucks, and definitely see why. Honestly wouldn't go anywhere else.

Jeff in Westfield store was really great to deal with. Very helpful in selection of tire for my vehicle, went over everything with me and awesome price. Jeff even gave me a deal on road hazard warranty. He was not pushy at all. Very straight up, easy guy to deal with. Tire tech installed tires in a very reasonable time. The new Eldorado tires for my suv have a great tread, ride nice, and quiet. Jeff said they are great tires so I went with them. Thank you very much for the sale and service. Lenny

A young man named Jeff way out of his way to help me with my tire today. About two weeks ago I had picked up a screw which I brought to store 543 to repair. They did and then I had told them that I was in a rush so they plugged my tire and I had to go. I could not find the time to get back until today, all the bays were full and I was on my lunch break, Jeff told me it would be an hour and a half wait. I told him I could not do that and did they have a jack which I could borrow and I would do it myself, well Jeff said yeah we got one I will meet you outside, he then proceeded to do all the work and would not accept any money. You have an outstanding employee in that young man and I appreciate him and your company.SincerelyTim Moran

Cory, our sales associate was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed and explained to us different tires and brands do we could feel confident in our decision on which tires to purchase.Also, comparing the prices at other places that sell tires, we believe that we received a comparable price.

WHAT AN AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.I went to Firestone to fix my flat tire. They said it needs new tire and if I go for it they recommends to consider replacing all 4 tires. I was very disappointed and went to this great place and explained the whole story. Jeff was handled me and solve my issue within 30 minutes with Zero cost. All credit goes to all Town fair tire team. I salute you Guys

These guys did a great job getting me a new set of Eldorado Trail Guide A/T tires that fit my truck and at a great price.... Cory met me at the desk and quickly had a price quote that covered everything and set up appointment. 90 mins as promised the keys were back in my hand and I was out the door rolling again... Cannot do any better than that!!!

I recently brought in a mounted lawn mower tire that had a slow leak but no visible damage. I spoke with Jeff at the Westfield, MA store, and he suggested it may be a bad seal with the rim. He brought it back to their work area and returned 10 minutes later saying he had found a leak at the rim, applied sealant and remounted the tire for free. Thank you, Jeff.My family and I have been using Town Fair Tire for decades and have always found them prompt, courteous, and generous.

Even though we live in West Springfield we had our Jeep towed to Town Fair Tire in Westfield. It was worth it and they were Great! This happened on Christmas Eve afternoon and they kept it safely inside the bay until they could repair it. I told them we had run over a nail that immediately blew our tire flat and that we had to ride it home about a mile on the rim..due to where it happened in last minute Christmas shopping traffic. Town Fair Could have told us that we needed a new rim but they called us back to say they had checked it thoroughly and that the rim was fine..Whew! The service was quick, efficient and the price was great! And this happened on Christmas Eve afternoon! They were Honest (hard to find in any business these days!) Affordable, Professional and Reliable! I highly recommend Town Fair Tire in Westfield!

I visited the Town Fair Tire in Westfield today so I could have my flat tire repaired. I was quickly greeted by Cory. Cory was very patient and took the time to address all of my questions, thoroughly explained all of my options. They plugged the tire in an acceptable period of time and I was on my way.

i went went here to get a set of new tires and cory was very helpful with getting me set up. the guys in the shop were also fast with putting the tires on. i will definitely be coming here again
