JR and Sarah are the best when it comes to all around service! Although they re busy, availability is better than most in the area. Sarah s a great presence at the desk and the quality of JR s work speaks in volumes when you get your vehicle back.Continue to have our family get inspections there and thank you, JR, for taking care of my 250!

I had a great experience with this shop! They were quick to get my vehicle in and quick to repair. This was the first mechanics that I have used that confirmed apts via text. The self service after hours key drop was amazing! Well lit, secure, and reassuring with well labeled bags that you put your keys in. Thank you!

Very good I called them to get my brakesfixed and they took me in the same day.They called me after they checked out what needed to be done and phoned me with a price before they stated the workThey did a great job in a timely manor.So glad I went to them . Any further work I need on my car I will bring to them.

Choosing a new auto garage can be intimidating! I chose LaFlammes based on another friends recommendation. I am so glad I did! Easy after hours drop off, clear communication, no gimmicks and extremely fair pricing. I brought my own parts for a frozen caliper and that was no problem. He easily could have told me I needed additional service (pads, etc) but assured me all was well. Great service. I will be back (when needed!).

This is a family owned shop that rivals any national franchise. Our family is new to the area and we recently had to have several things done to a vehicle. I stepped into an Auto Zone and asked the young man behind the counter if he could recommend a place to have my brakes replaced , without hesitation he said go to La Flamme s and see JR. First impression, the shop is not in an area where one would think of for a comercial property it s almost tucked into a nice neighbor-hood , the place is clean , cars are orderly parked outside some I assumed waiting to be serviced, they have a key drop box outside their small office.. with instructions just in case you have to drop off your car after hours, I met JR early one morning , without an appointment just as a walk-in customer. I explained what I needed done .. he was very professional and took the time to stop working on a vehicle and talk to me and tend to me as if I was a previous old customer with a major problem and of course it wasn t.. we made arrangements for the car to be left that day and he managed to get the work done within a very reasonable time . I ve since had other work done and dealt with his wife Sarah who has also been very professional and always answered and returned phone calls immediately or within a timely manner just like or better than any national franchise.. I m so glad our family found a shop run with integrity and professionalism , I ll be a returning costumer . DC.

Had a great experience here. Rear brakes were needed and the price was very reasonable. Staff was friendly and job was completed quickly and ahead of promised time.

Was my first time going to LaFlammes. Also my first time using synthetic oil. I like it very much as the owners were pleasant to work with and did a good job at a reasonable price. I'll go back when needed.

What a great trustworthy family run business. They are located where the old Traskos auto used to be. I was told by a local chain garage that my car needed an alignment and new brakes after getting new tires put on. The quote was so high, I declined and brought my car to LaFlamme s Auto in Westfield, MA. I was not disappointed! They knew about my quote, so they could have easily sold me new brakes at a cheaper rate. But instead, they told me I had plenty of life left on brakes and it was not needed saving me a lot of money. I also really appreciate how they use the latest technology for booking, reminding and paying for service. They can handle all this the old school way as someone usually answers the phone during business hours. Such a great feeling finding a shop I can trust. What a sweet family!

I have known the owner, JR and his co worker Chris for years through the family. Once I found out they had opened up shop, I knew where I would be bringing my car from now on. I called JR the day before we were leaving for a funeral in Eastern Ma, with a car battery problem. They were able to fit me in and replace my battery the same day. I had a cracked manifold on my 2013 Equinox and took it to LaFlammes. The the customer service at this garage was amazing! The owner is honest, efficient, and services affordable. I received phone call updates as the mechanics worked to fix the problem. The owner took the time to explain the problem in laymen terms, and he repaired my car in a timely manner. I highly recommend this garage.

This shop is amazing and affordable. JR is very honest and friendly and explained everything he was doing in a way that was very easy to understand. I received a text reminder for my appointment and when my car was ready. I also received a text with a link to my detailed bill that I could pay right away. These guys are awesome!!! They worked on my Jaguar and my RV and did an outstanding job on both. They have modern tools to help you remember your appointments.JR is as honest as the day is long. Very thankful for Trasko's - They have always dealt honestly, done good car repairs that I don't have to worry about, and helped me make the most of my old car. Our family has been taking our cars there for about ten years and I trust them and recommend them.

They clearly care about their customers. They give honest opinions and advice on every repair. I had a leaking head gasket, and instead of tearing apart the engine for thousands of dollars like the dealership recommended, they told me the same seal could be done with simple product that cost under $20. I really trust Trasko Garage after my many interactions with them, and they are always the first place I go with my car repairs.

This is my go-to garage when I want a candid, honest report on what I need for repairs, with a fair price and no up-sells. They are efficient, so you know you won''t be sitting for long without your car. They are especially great with older cars, and won't judge you because you really, really, like your "clunker".

My truck ran rough, i took it there, they changed the gas filter. I went to get tires after and found the problem was seized brakes dragging....howd that get missed? Prior, a car i loved, they told me was junk and unfixable so i sold it. The kid id sold it to fixed it and i wound up buying it back. Usually you get 3 strikes, but thats it for me going there!
