I ve been to Jiffy Lube probably 50 to 100 times in my life and never had a bad experience. This time when I got there on a Monday morning 15 minutes after they opened the was only one guy working. He came out and greeted me happily and went about his work. He was busy and moved with a good attitude through the entire process. I know it s not easy to work alone at a place like this so I m giving this guy a 5 star rating and I ll definitely be going back next time I need an oil change.

Jiffy lube signature oil change = stripped out oil drain plug & crack in the oil pan from over torqued drain plug. Friendly & quick service not always good for your car. I never heard back from customer service regarding my last visit. Drove back home and leaked out 3 quarts of oil in my driveway right after oil change.

Long live your car is thier slogan not if you leave thier facility leaking massive amount of oil caused by thier inexperienced team. More to come on this issue if customer service doesn't call me back soon these guys deserve zero stars. Please people take your car to a perfessional you trust the rumors you hear are true about quick lube joints.

Rear differential fluid swap. 80 bucks that really a good deal. Fast I choose to sit in my vehicle. Friendly workers.

This window replacement was not a routine event due to the age of vehicle. My 1995 Mercury Sable has been in our family since new and the deterioration of the windshield frame due to rust created a challenge for this Safelite team.They reacted professionally and facilitated a solution with WMC, a neighboring body shop, to repair the window frame in time to allow Safelite's windshield installation by the end of the same day.

Stay far away if the female manager is working! It s no longer a game anymore of trying to sucker people, now even if you just want an oil change they refuse service unless you get an air filter .let it be noted I ve been coming here for the last 6 years never any trouble! They stated they didn t have my air filter like they haven t had the 6 years I ve been coming but I tell them I can get one and put it in myself the female manager says well we can t do the oil change without the AIR filter what!??!? They ve done it everytime for the last 6 years And one of the techs state oh must have been a different manager, They said it s policy. All a scam! I told them to not touch my truck and let me leave! Scumbags!

I stopped by for an oil change at 6:25. Both bays were full, but no one in line in front of me. At 6:40, they came out to say sorry we close in 20 minutes and can t squeeze you in. I wish they could have mentioned that a bit sooner. I wouldn t have waited

my first time going to any of the Jiffy Lube locations because I was in need of a quick oil change. Jovi was extremely helpful and transparent on what services I really needed and which ones could wait a bit which made me feel good about the service I was getting, not like they were just trying to tack things on to my bill. Kyler and Jacob worked so quickly to get me in and out and left me feeling very confident in the services I received. I will definitely go back to this location because of Jovi, Jacob and Kyler and the hospitality i received from them, and the top off benefit from Jiffy Lube is another added bonus!

Shane was awesome. Fast, informative, and a delight to do a service with. Explained how everything works and why I needed to do which service. Had a smile on his face the entire time. Was patient and very kind. Will go back again just to have a service done by him he was that nice. Give this man a raise already, he s THAT SMART! Left me there waiting forever, took 4 people to take an oil filter off the car next to me... that should be enough of a joke. I'm assuming "manager" told me my coolant was bad. Did a whole flush when I replaced my water pump btw, no test on their part. Just him trying to sell something. As a mechanic I finally understand why we get a bad image. Never going back

Shane and Roy were total Pros. Very friendly and actually identified and fixed a problem with the car. My power steering really need a flush and change now back to working like new. Great job.

Great place for fast oil change. Professional employees, no pushy add ons. Showed me my horrible air cleaner, changed oil and filter, checked lights and basic and out the door.

Didn't want to go here, had to because of work schedule. Was charged $100 for an oil change my local, more trustworthy garage charges me $50 for. By the time they told me the price they had already started so I couldn't back out. Go to a local garage you trust. Technicians were nice enough, tried to sell me every little thing, but that's to be expected here.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with car service. I went to this location and asked for an oil change. During my oil change I noticed that while the mechanic was changing my oil, there was smoke coming out from under my hood. I asked why that was and was told that it was due to poor coolant levels. I asked him (the mechanic) what can cause poor coolant levels and he began to use car language I did not understand so I called my mother s husband and come to find out the coolant levels were actually fine and they had just spilled coolant as they were checking it, causing smoke to come out from under the hood. He tried to charge me about 350$ for a job I didn t need done. Additionally, while filling my tires today, two months later, I notice that im missing 4 lug nuts, one from each tire. Not only did they try to charge me for a job I didn t need, after speaking to my mothers husband he decided to STEAL ONE LUG NUT FROM EACH TIRE because my mother s husband caught him in a lie while he was trying to scare me into going through with a coolant change I didn t need. I do NOT recommend this location or any jiffy lube location for that matter if this is what they allow. I m disgusted at the fact that this could even happen. DO NOT COME HERE, GO TO A TRUSTED MECHANIC, THIS PLACE HAS THIEVES. If I could give this place 0 stars I would but unfortunately there s no choice.Service: Oil change

Seems a little expensive for oil changes but you do get a quick oil change. The staff here are great and do great work. I had a headlight lens cleaning done here and they look brand new. The additional services offered here are however more reasonably priced than the oil. I do like the option of being able to remain in the car while it is being serviced too.

love this Jiffy lube!! The staff here are skilled and experienced as well as knowledgeable and respectful. I went to the jiffy lube yesterday for an oil change and they recommended a few other things that I can do to help prolong the life span of my vehicle without a bunch of sales pitches and without being pushy!! Also i was REALLY loving the fact i saw not One but TWO female employees working here. One of those women were actually working on the other customers car and i fricken LOVED IT!! Equality AND Quality is what you will get here. Service: Oil change

I usually avoid getting work done on my car by myself and have my family take care of it, but when I went here the staff was VERY helpful, friendly, and efficient. Edit - brought my new jeep there today (07.30.22) great service! Great guys. Fast service. Definitely recommend them now!! Thanks guys!!While the job they did on my car (oil change) was okay I'm unsure what happened because now my air conditioning goes out :( it was fine BEFORE I took it there. I've tried to talk to them about it a few times since but unfortunately getting generic answers....

I was so impressed with the speed and thoroughness of the service I receive. They not only saved me money with coupons but also offered me education about somethings that I needed to be aware of around the maintenance of the car that I was not aware of. Very professional and respectful group of folks. My only complaint was that they provided the service faster than I could complete some work I brought to do with me while they were working on the car. Yet even with that they offered me the space to stay s long as I needed to to complete my other work. Like I said, very impressive!

I went to the jiffy lube few days ago because some kind of animal (I think it was a squirrel) chew the battery and made a big nest in my car. I removed the nest and just asked guys to change the battery but they also found that the squirrel damaged two filters and found lots of seeds and nuts in my car that I did not notice. I am very grateful that they replaced both filters and cleaned my car. They did a really good job!!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Battery

Great employees very welcoming not pushy,I asked to have air filter checked,they did,they said looks brand new and showed it too me. Needed my oil changed quickly and I was in and out FAST with oil changed all fluids topped off tire pressure checked and adjusted. A little pricey for a full size pickup that takes 6qt of oil but like I said staff was great and hey I needed my oil changed quickly and I didn't have the time. Yes a little pricey but I guess you also pay for the convenience.

Both the managers Jacob and dennis did an amazing job! They were all very professional and attended my cars every need even told me about my tires needing some air and doing it for me. They were very fast and professional! Couldn t have been more pleased by the service I have been given looking forward for many more services from them!Service: Oil change

I was taking my family to Maine and wanted an oil change. They took such good care of my car! Rotated tires, cleaned the fuel injectors, I bought a new air filter. My car has over 200,000miles on it, and it drives better now than it did 60,000 miles ago. Thank you

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The entire team (Luis V, Aaron B, Jose V, and Rowan D) was helpful, fast and friendly. The location manager, Luis, did a great job answering my questions as well as talking to me about what they offer to help my car run as long as possible. I ended up also getting my front and rear differential changed.In the end they also helped save me some money with coupons!Great team, incredibly friendly! 10/10 would recommend!!Services: Tires, Oil change
