My salesman, Carlos did a meticulous job on handling all of the details involving my purchase of a 2023 Gladiator. He kept me informed every step of the way throughout the buying process. Carlos explained to me in detail every feature of my future vehicle, how to link it up to the Jeep web app, and also explained available warranties and maintenance plans. Both my wife and I feel that we got the best deal possible. Amazing customer service!

When I finally decided on a car, the team at Bertera worked hard to make the process as smooth as possible. Had a great experience with Bertera Dodge. Andrea, Zack and team were very accommodating and took the time to work with me on getting me in the vehicle I desired on the terms I was comfortable with (including trade).One of the better auto-buying experiences I have had. Will continue to keep up with my regular maintenance schedule with them for as long as this level of service continues!

Drove an hour to look at a car that I was told was there. The sales person called me that morning and confirmed it was available. We texted throughout the morning on the status of the car. Once I got there and gave her some of my information it was brought to my attention the car was already sold. They attempted to show me another car (after knowing what I was very specifically looking for) that wasn't remotely close to what I was looking for. They just want to get you into the door.

Extremely please with my experience at Bertera Jeep in Westfield. The process was easy and painless, the sales team was very honest and accommodating. Their lease return was also extremely easy. Overall very very pleased with the experience and will be using them in the future. Thank you Westfield team for such a wonderful experience.

Went to test drive a used vehicle, had made an appointment 48 hrs in advance. I got there and they were a little confused but finally found the reservation and we walked out to the vehicle. It was absolutely disgusting; sticky, windows were dripping wet on the inside and there was an odd smell. I decided to drive it anyway as I had come out for that vehicle. 5 minutes into the test drive a piece of the vehicle came off in the back seat. I turned around and drove it back. Gave them the keys, gave them the broken piece and said I'm not interested to which the salesman, who really hasn't done anything gave me a hard time and suggested that I had wasted his time. I just told him the vehicle was dirty and a piece had fallen off in the test drive and I was not interested have a nice day. Worst experience I've ever had, which is unfortunate cause I liked the vehicle.

So I took my 96 Jeep here on Monday to get three recalls done. I gave them the vin number and everything they needed for the recalls. They said they could have it in the shop by 10 am and have all the recalls done the same day. It s now Tuesday and they are telling me the Jeep isn t done because they can t fix the ECU or program it to the Jeep nor can they get the parts ahead of time like they are supposed too. And at 7 pm Monday night, my Jeep was still sitting outside. Never go there

Saw a Jeep online with very little info but the priced seemed right. I met with a sales rep who gave me the run around after i told him exactly what i wanted. Which they didn't have. I was annoyed at this point because i was there for over 45 mins on my lunch break and was shown several cars that i was not interested in. I call the GM (Lee) to give him feedback in hopes that he would coach his associates with this feedback. I have to say, he was the rudest person I ever met. The guy hung up on me because I hesitated when he asked where i was calling from . I called back and asked why i was hung up on and he said because he thought i was a telemarketer I started to tell him how rude that was and he should not assume but he just over talk me the whole conversation saying how many telemarketers calls he gets daily. Really? No apology? No friendly conversation after? Instead he just over powered the entire conversation i could not get what i wanted to say out..he would just talk right over me. i never got a chance to even give him this feedback because he was so upset that i called him rude. I guess he has a hard time handling feedback? The guy was a total jerk and he was ok with that. So now we shopped else like the several other one star reviewers. We ended up getting a Jeep Rubicon UJL which we got a dealer on. This guy s attitude cost the company $$. Ive had conversations with others that avoid this same dealership for this same exact reason LEE!

After dealing with other dealerships that were less than ideal it was so nice coming to Bertera in Westfield. I had a great experience here finding and buying my jeep Cherokee. I chose to use their finance manager Zach to help me secure a bank loan. He was very knowledgeable, caring and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. I am so happy with my Jeep and highly recommend Bertera in Westfield to anyone looking to buy a car. I will be going back for my next one when the time eventually comes.

Dan in the service department is top notch. Our college age daughter broke down in MA and our vehicle was towed there. He called me immediately, listened, understood how upset I was, and was compassionate. He was able to get the repair done that day. He called with updates and made sure the car would be ready as we arrived from out of state. We are very grateful to him and the customer service he provided. I would very highly recommend this dealer for service. Bertera should be proud to have such a wonderful employee!

I had an excellent experience at Bertera s with buying my dream car, the Dodge Challenger. I worked with Dan Smith and he was very professional, informative and great at communicating. He followed up a few times to make sure I knew what was going on in the process. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for buying a vehicle. I have to praise Dan in the service dept. He is top notch! He takes the time to explain every procedure. I have been with Bertera since 2015 and never had a problem. He is honest and the prices are fair too. Great treatment!! Thank you Dan!!

I dont know how these people sleep at night ..I've been treated badly at other places ripped off but never like these people they got completely over on me especially on what they gave me for trade in and the amount of the jeep I bought..just please do your homework and assume they are lying..please shop them and hard...take your business to a better more well deserving place
