Staff is rude except few and others are always are wrong about the estimate. You just wait wait and wait.I literally waited 1 hour 30 mins for a state inspection when they said it will be done in 30min.I will not recommend doing the service with any other staff.Kevin is great from the service team. Please ask for him. He will get things done in timely manners

I love this dealership I have bought 2 and leased 3 cars from here. The service is incredible and the service area is a really comfortable place to wait for your car to be repaired. Highly recommend if your in the need of a new or used vehicle. There is also a small snack bar for lunch or snacks

Excellent Service Advisor Kevin Camara he is very professional and goes beyond his job to help you. Toyota is very lucky to have him. I'm a repeat customer, and he is very excellent.

Went there for an oil change, the technician spilled oil on my engine, leading to an overwhelming smell of burning oil anytime I turn the vehicle on. Tried to follow up with the service team for several days. Never got a call back. When I call them, they hang up or I am disconnected;the worst customer service of any Toyota dealer I ve been to.Edit: I found out why, they didn t put the oil cap back on and oil spilled all over my engine

Had a remote starter installed here. The next time I went to drive my car, the colors on my dash display are all messed up including the backup camera. I called and said I think a wire must have come loose or something while the remote starter was being installed. They said bring it in and they wouldn t charge me to diagnose the problem and if they determined that it wasn t related to the remote start installation they would let me know before doing any work. When I got there, a guy pushed a few buttons in my display settings and said it does seem like a loose connection. But now they want me to agree that if they run the diagnostic and determine that it s not the result of an error during the remote start installation that I will pay the $120+ diagnostic fee (the one they said would be free on the phone). But literally nothing is stopping them from being dishonest and saying that the problem wasn t caused by the remote start installation. I wasn t the one rummaging around in my electrical a few days ago. That was them. It s pretty obvious who is at fault.Service: Electrical

People are really great to deal with, but taking over an hour to get oil change and tire rotation. Guess my hometown mechanic spoils me. But heck, the service was free with purchase 6 months ago. And I do love my truck!

The service technicians are always extremely professional and polite.The estimations of when the work is done has not been consistent. And I've been here about three times.The work is good and I will continue to come back.

Don't go there if you can, very bad experience and horrible customer serviceI took an appointment to change oil. I arrived on time. I stopped inside the building and walked to the hallway. Stand there for 15 min and no one even ask me " how we can help you" they ignored that I am standing there.I stopped one of the guys and said excuse me and he intrepid me saying " why you don't still next to your car and I will back to you shortly." I waited in my car for other 15 min but no one showed up so I took off. If I was a walk in I would not complain because I know they are busy, but I took an appointment and showed up on time and one even said hi. It is totally lying what they have on there phone message " we are about experience not the car"I hope no one go through these kind of customers service where you feel ignored

Several hours and $250 to do a diagnostic that takes 10 minutes?Yeah. No.Being knowledgeable I was base calculating an expected repair of around $3K. Maybe more.Y'all's loss.P.S.: when you find the seat all the way back please return it to this position so your taller (potential) customers don't destroy their knees getting back into their own trucks.

My husband always takes our vehicle there to get fixed we have a Toyota sienna and whether it s for an oil change to a routine maintenance job something always missing or something always wrong on it, he always have to take it back because it s always something that the mechanic messed up I always ask him not to take it there but he likes to take the vehicle to a Toyota dealership because it s a Toyota vehicle back in December we had a $3000 brake job done on it when it came back to us I was leaking oil and there was no heat on the front passenger side they said we should take it back to get fixed but because we had a death in our family we couldn t take it back until the end of January which they charged us more money to diagnose our Sienna when it s was them who messed it up right now we have to bring our vehicle to a different Toyota mechanic to get it fixed so please don t take your car to Westborough Toyota it s all about money and it s no customer serviceService: Engine repair

I don't like customer service. When I change oil and filter I waiting over 3hours. Also they charged synthetic oil without asking me.
