I had a great experience buying my new Nissan Rogue at Route 9 Nissan. The sales team was friendly and knowledgeable, and they didn't pressure me. They offered me a nice test drive with my international driver licence.Tony, Kyle, Eric, Samir and Calvin are sales stars for helping us and kindness. Eric helped at every step of buying and even getting insurance for my new car.The financing process was also a breeze by means of touchable screen and electronic pen on the table!They offered 9 APR with 36 months installments. I would definitely recommend Route 9 Nissan to anyone looking to buy a new car in New England area.

My experience with Eric Taylor as my saleperson was amazing. After a long stressful day at other dealerships he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy. He worked with the dealership to get me the best vehicle and deal that exceeded all other dealerships. It was freezing out after closing and Eric on his own went out and started transferring my belongings from my truck into my new car and was extremely helpful. The next day my insurance agent notified me she needed to receive the paper work that day as she was going on vacation, Eric called me as soon as he got my message and sent everything over to my agent and assured me everything would be handled and it was. He provided exceptional service introducing me to the service department and answering messages after hours with vehicle questions. He encouraged me to contact him with any questions and scheduling and that he would take care of it. Eric was amazing and I can not recommend him enough!

I had a great experience with Fifi, in purchasing a car, after my Altima got totaled. Not only was she fun to work with, she put ease in helping the process going smoothly, between the settlement being delayed, and making sure the registration was finalized before picking the car up. She truly went above, and beyond, to make it happen.I had started the process with Eric, and due to circumstances out of his control, we couldn't finish the process. He was just as nice, and informative, during my first visit to the dealership.Justin, made the finance process easy, and we had a great conversation during that time.Mary, in service...sweet as pie. She made sure that I had her contact info, for service.They have a fantastic team at this dealership. I'll certainly be sure to make the rounds to say hello to everyone, whenever I'm in for service.Thank you, everyone!

We stopped by Rte 9 Nissan and the experience did not disappoint! We were greeted by Fifi and she quickly was able to assess our needs. There was a sense of ease in working with her- zero pressure! Such a great experience and we walked ( well drove away- yes, same day)away with an affordable, fairly priced NEW car!! If you are in the market for a new or used car, be sure to stop by and ask to see FiFi!

Our salesman Erik made the experience pleasant, informative and a seamless transaction considering our busy schedule. Couldn't have been happier. The manager Mark also helped answer my questions on the phone and paired me with the proper salesman to find me what I was looking for. Great service and experience, I highly recommend.

I had bad experiences at other Nissan service centers in the past but Mary was great from the first moment she started helping me get my SUV fixed until I picked it up.She was in touch the whole way and explained everything that was happening. I felt like someone cared about my experience.

Just purchased a preowned Nissan Pathfinder with a specific package on it that Route 9 Nissan had in stock. I have purchased 5+ vehicles in my history of driving and this was honestly the best experience I have ever had. We walked in at 4pm and were helped by Sam who is amazing, friendly knowledgeable, goes above and beyond and so easy to talk to. Test drove the exact vehicle we wanted and were able to make a deal within an hour. Pricing was awesome. Justin the finance manager was great very knowledgeable and walked us through everything from start to finish electronic everything to sign. Kyle and Tony were awesome as well. I would recommended them to anyone in the market for a new car! Would purchase from them again and again in the future!

I had a great experience buying my first car at Route 9 Nissan. Everyone there was truly kind and helpful. An especially big shout out to Eric for walking me through everything and taking the time to help me get the best insurance quote that he could. I could tell he truly wanted to help me out and go out of his way to do so. Awesome team at Route 9 Nissan!

I just purchased a new vehicle with the help of Eric Taylor and he was extremely helpful and patient. I went in there with a number in mind and he made it work with the best possible outcome exceeding our prior deals. He was very communicative and helpful in the process and explanations. He was honest and straight forward and willing to accommodate us in anyway. It was freezing cold out after closing hours and on his own went out of his way to assist us in transferring our belongings from our old vehicle into our new one. He offered us food and drinks during our time there. He made a very long stressful day at other dealerships turn into a fast, easy, and efficient process scoring us a brand new vehicle beating every other dealership and half the interest rate than all the other dealerships provided. I can't recommend Eric enough and I will definitely be working with him on any future purchases!

I had a great experience purchasing a new Nissan Rogue from Route 9 Nissan recently. Samir is the salesperson who helped me with test drive and the purchase, he is very friendly, professional and patient. He helped me got a great deal on the car I wanted. The purchasing process(finance and document signing) is smooth and quick, I could drive the car home in just about an hours (I choose to pick up the car the next day though). Highly recommend Samir/Route 9 Nissan.

I recently went in for routine service at Route 9 Nissan - an oil change and an alignment. I made my appointment over the phone and asked the agent to confirm the last time I had these services done (4-7mo ago, respectively). Since I had the lifetime alignment plan, I asked how many times I was allowed an alignment per year - they said two. When I took my car in for service, I also added a tire rotation for $25. The car work was done satisfactorily and on time, but what stood out was my interaction with the people there. Twice, I thought I was going to have a hassle with them and twice they exceeded my expectations in customer service. When I went to check in, the front desk agent told me that my last alignment was 7mo ago and the alignments were only once a year. When I explained the conversation I had when I made the appointment, the desk agent simply said OK and entered it into the system. No hassle. When I went to check out, the front desk agent said that I owed $25 for the tire rotation. When I mentioned that due to a previous service I also had a $50 voucher on my account (and would be happy to show the e-mail confirmation of it), he said that he didn't see it on my account, but that I was all set and he would make a note in my account for me. Again, no hassle. This is not the kind of service that I have experienced at other places, and I am so happy that I don't have to worry about it here!

Sam the salesman was incredible! He showed me everything I needed to see on the 2023 Rogue SV and made me feel so comfortable. If you're planning on buying a Nissan, go to route 9 and ask for Sam :)

I loved buying my new car!I wanted something very specific and they found it within minutes. I wanted pay less a month and they saved me money!! I highly recommend this place! Salespeople are very professional and efficient. Fifi Haji was the salesperson that helped me and Tony (manager); they were both pleasant to deal with. I went with a specific price in mind for my trade in and for the car I want to purchase and ended up leaving this place happy and content. They made the numbers work for me. The transaction was straightforward and quick. Went home same day with my new Roque. I believed I had a decent deal. There wasn t any rude remarks and/or uncalled for comments during the bargaining. Both parties were respectful towards each other during the process. Fifi was quick and also knowledgeable. I highly recommend doing business with them.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Calvin. Amazing experience, I was greeted by Tony ( Sales Manager ) who was very friendly. He checked in multiple times during the process. Justin in the finance department was very quick and efficient. I spent less than 2 hours in total. I highly recommend them and I'll use them for my next purchase. Thanks guys !

I am very grateful for the patience of Fifi, Kyle and Justin, no one lost control with me, they were very professional, I am a very complicated and indecisive buyer, at the last minute I wanted to change the model of my 2024 Nissan Frontier truck, for one with better features and everyone with a lot of patience managed to make me happy, it is a truck that I will have for many years and I wanted to be happy with what I got, an excellent group that maintained the patience and professionalism all of a difficult buyer

Roy Chahwan was very helpful when I bought my first car in September. Not only was he patient in the overall process but he made sure to be flexible so that all my questions were answered. I would definitely recommend Roy to others. I was under a time crunch to purchase my car and Roy was very detailed in his explanation of what was involved with the features and price. He made me feel valued as a customer and still follows up to see how everything is going with the new car.

I didn't have the best experience at route 9 nissan. I ran through a few problems when buying my car. The car delivery was not timely. It took almost two weeks and on the day scheduled the car was not ready. It had to be cleaned and a dent had to be fixed. On the day of pick up the car had to get the inspection sticker redone because of a battery reset and I was told they would reimburse me for a new inspection after a number of miles and they would reimburse me which they didn't. The car didnt come with floor mats when I asked about it they said "the car is sold as is". The staff is friendly but costumer service could be a lot better.

This is a great crew! A relaxed and friendly environment made it easy. Tony made me a great deal on a great Rogue, Eric handled all the details, delivered the vehicle in spotless condition and has been available to answer my questions about the many high tech features, and finance guy (forget his name) got me the best loan available. By far the best dealer experience I had while looking around.
