My car was driving funny. I brought it to Midas and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Mike was able to take a look at my car and tell me what was the problem and they even checked all my oils free of charge. I would definitely recommend!!!

This location yields fantastic results. I have had alot of trouble finding a reliable/honest mechanic in the area and i will continue to return to the Westborough Midas. The guys were willing to work with me and did all of my suspension work for a reasonable price. They give great diagnostics with photos of needed repairs and vehicle staus updates. Fantastic price and beats the heck out of dealing with a dealership. Go here if you want quality work done!!!

Highly recommend this Midas. The crew that helped me in multiple occasions have been accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. Will be back here for sure

OZ was very helpful in the entire process. Made sure to throw in multiple coupons I wasn't aware of and was very descriptive about the work preformed. Went in on a Saturday, him and his crew stayed late to get my truck done. They easily could've said we can't finish in time you'll need to come back tomorrow, but made sure the job was done. Definitely returning in the future

Offer a veterans discount, manager told me it applied when I ordered tires. Did not apply when I paid for tires. Also did alignment without me authorization, and tried to sneak on the bill. Distrustful I will not return.

Meineke in Marlboro canceled my appointment 20 minutes before I was scheduled to arrive. Called Midas and they let me in on extremely short notice. They were thorough, fair and communicative for the entire repair process. They even kept the shop open a half hour past closing to get me back on the road same day. Very impressed with their service.

I had a lovely time getting the breaks done this morning. Midas in Westborough was so patient and kind. Oz and Andrew explained everything and made sure I knew where the wheel nut lock was.After sitting for 3.5 hours I had seen many people come and go and they treated everyone fairly and with respect.Service: Brakes

Prices are crazy. $80 to balance tires and additional costs to rotate tires even when they have to remove wheels to balance.$120 for oil change. Plus $10 per quart over (5) which my truck takes (8) quarts.Bid was $239 plus tax.

Always a quality job. Honest, because yes you should be getting regular oil changes and scheduling maintenance. It was better to get that stuff done than end up broke down on the side of the road.

Worst experience ever. I waited 3 hours, when i came outside the technician was on his phone sitting next to my car watching videos, he saw me and then told me that my car was ready, after 3 hours for a dam balance, alignment i paid for but never saw my car into the machine, this is very bad. Tried to contact but never got back. Going to the court tomorrow for open a case against them for sure. My car left this Store worst then i arrived, terrible vibration. Poor Customer Service over the phone as well.AVOID THIS BUSINESS

We were towed here when we got a flat and everybody there took amazing care of us. Friendly and prompt and it was incredibly fast. We didn't even get charged thankfully and very accommodating when we showed up without an appointment. These guys are amazing and I'm so glad they were able to help!Service: TiresService: Tires

I brought my wife s car in to replace the muffler that was covered by warranty. I had to jump through hoops to get it covered having them say I needed multiple other fixes in order to have the warranty, which I later found out through a different mechanic that it simply wasn t true. I HIGHLY encourage and warn anyone thinking of coming to Midas in Westboro to avoid this shop. They are sheisters who are concerned about making money so much to lie in order to do so. Very shady operation. I would give less than 1 star if I could.

I made an appointment same day with the team at Midas to have my brakes done. They were transparent, friendly, and provided excellent services at very reasonable prices. Very satisfied and highly recommend!

I arrived without an appointment because my tire pressure warning light appeared suddenly as I was driving nearby. The manager was welcoming and was able to check the tires and discover the problem and do a tire repair with competence and without delay. The staff is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They inspect your car and tell you what needs immediate attention, what can wait, and how much it will cost before they start working on it. Comfortable waiting area with a restroom available. Highly recommend!

Palmer and the team provide excellent customer service every single time! Palmer especially takes the time to explain any issues going on with my car and breaks it down in a way that is easy to understand. I never feel like I am trying to be sold on a service I do not need. They are honest and fair.

I had to stop by again and as always they give fantastic service and did an amazing jobThe service at this Midas is always on a high level and the manager Palmer does an absolutely incredible job.you need more people like him, I would suggest he would make a great cooperate trainer. Andrew was amazing. We had taken our car to 2 other places that said we needed a new exhaust manifold.. 2000$ plus whole muffler more money. He said we didn t need the manifold and gave us great price for muffler replacement. 800$. Not 2000$That s says honesty to me!Passed inspection!!!!! Yay!!!

Went in after being told by other mechanics that my car had an issue that would cost over $2000 in repairs, and the guys here were honest with me and found it was actually a different issue that was giving me trouble and would cost under $1000. They were all very friendly, Andrew was very helpful, they helped my car with numerous issues in just under 2 hours, and they even replaced one of my headlight bulbs for free

I got a coupon to get a really good oil change offer and decided to give these guys a try. After changing my appointment to 2 hours later last minute which ruined my whole saturday, they showed me tons of things to be done with my car.After consulting with two more mechanics some other places, I came back here to say that I think these guys are just trying to sell you their services, false advertising with scaring you with things could be comfortably neglected. Not the actual example but things were like 'your steering wheel needs a change because you have used it for 5 years and its traction is not as good as the first day'. Are they right? Yes it is not a brand new steering wheel but it will comfortably in service for another 20 years.I could not use the coupon I got by the way because I think it was a way too little bill for them to charge me so they said they don't carry that kind of oil.There is more but I think you got the idea.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Dropped off the car for an oil change and engine check light service. I was surprised by the diagnostic fee. Will see the results.They should post a Midas sign from the back entrance, so it's easy for customers to know which parking lot they are entering into.

HIGHLY recommend this auto shop! Palmer (and Andrew) were so helpful and accommodating for our auto repair need and schedule. The car's suddenly squealing brakes were a bigger problem than we expected. With a tight time frame and warranty to deal with, we could have been 'stuck', but they repaired the problem that needed to be repaired, explaining and showing the issues, not pushing for more expensive options but only what needed to be done to bring the car back to safe operation. Although it took more of their time and didn't benefit them, they dealt with the warranty company on our behalf, which saved us money. Because our college-age daughter would be driving the car on a long trip, we needed to be confident the car was safe to drive, and with the service we received from this shop, out minds were put to ease.Service: Brakes

I want to thank Palmer and his team. Today on my way to work I noticed an issue with my truck. When I got to work I realized I had a caliper stuck. Palmer and his team were able to take the truck in and make the repair before the end of the day. Palmer was up front and honest from beginning to end. Spoke with Palmer on the phone. Friendly telephone appearance to begin with and once I told him the sounds my car was making, he sounded genuinely concerned. I had my rear brakes done and had asked for the emergency brake to be adjusted. It was not so I had to bring the car back in.
