I've been going to this shop for 3 years and can't recommend it enough. They are always very transparent about the repairs they recommend and why. They are super organized with their scheduling, communicate clearly about timelines, and reliably do high quality work. Dan and Rob are knowledgeable and friendly, and I have only ever had positive experiences with DSC.

The staff and mechanics at this shop are top-notch! They explain the repairs in great detail so it's easy to understand. I've brought my truck to DSC 6 or 7 times and I always feel well-treated, informed, and satisfied. Rafa is a master mechanic, he's gone above and beyond with every repair. DSC is the only auto shop I'll ever use! Reasonable prices too!

After trying so many shops, we have found our families new mechanic! This place is great. Honest, polite, quick, reasonably priced and for me, perfect location.My daughter's SUV had a strange sound and the rotor on one wheel looked very odd. Called these guys up, they said to bring it right in, and could try and look at it that afternoon. An hour later we had a detailed estimate, and they noted something else(an oil change & a mass airflow code) we were going to ask them to do an oil change anyway but forgot when dropping it off.Long story short, our daughters brakes were in dire need of replacement. Their quote was detailed and written so I did not need to take notes. Pricing was fair, and the car was done the next afternoon.Needless to say, all of our cars will now be coming here.Services: Brakes, Oil change

I recently had an issue with my vehicle's brakes, which were making a loud grinding noise and posed a safety concern. Frustratingly, my regular dealership couldn't accommodate me for several days, despite being responsible for the problem in the first place. That's when I discovered DSC Auto, and let me tell you, Dan and Rob were an absolute pleasure to work with.Despite their busy schedule, they managed to get my vehicle in the very next morning. As a family of four, having reliable transportation is crucial for us to keep up with our various activities, and Dan fully understood the urgency of the situation. He went above and beyond to help me out.To my surprise, when my mother encountered an issue with her own vehicle, they were able to fit it in the following day as well. This level of availability is not something you often come across, considering how busy they are on a daily basis.Having dealt with numerous auto repair shops in the past, I can confidently say that Dan and Rob at DSC Auto exhibit true craftsmanship, exceptional service, and integrity.They are like having a go-to plumber you can trust, except in the world of auto repairs. It's a huge relief to finally have an auto repair shop that I can rely on without any doubts.I highly recommend DSC Auto for their outstanding work, promptness, and overall commitment to customer satisfaction. They have earned my trust, and I will continue to bring my vehicles to them for all future repairs and maintenance needs.

These guys have saved my life (okay, just my car's life) so many times! They are the best. They have never not done an excellent job!! Good work, reasonable prices.I have an older cat that's run well for many years BECAUSE OF DSC.They are in high demand, so being an existing customer is good for me, they get me in really well. When my parents were in town visiting and had car troubles DSC took car of them.

First experience here was great. They scheduled me next day. Friendly staff. The shop itself looks clean and organized. To me, that s evidence of people who care about the work they do. Communication was excellent and modern. (Text message alerts, e-sign for the estimate, digital pay). They answered the phone right away and all staff was friendly both on the phone and in person. I ll be going back.

My 2009 Audi S5 was leaking oil (from multiple places due to dry rotten seals) and had bag engine mounts, I also needed the front lower control arms replaced. It was a big job, they removed the engine and transmission, replaced all the seals and also the chains with their tensioners (which can cause catastrophic engine failure if they break). It took few weeks to get the car fixed. But they did a very good job, the car now feels brand new. So I want to thank Drew, Robert and Dan for a job well done.

I'm a repeat customer with DSC for everything, from getting my heater core changed to a routine coolant flush. They always do a great job. They are honest and hard-working individuals. They will give you the straight on what's going on with your car. I trust them with my vehicle and you should too. It's hard to find great mechanics these days. They're out there but you gotta do a lot of looking. I drive an hour just to give these guys my business! I tell all my friends about them. What's even better, their prices are extremely fair for the amazing work they do. Thank you for being awesome, DSC!

Think I FINALLY have found My Go-To Garage! They worked with me on cost for front brakes, and offer excellent service/work. They're LEGIT, in terms of what they charge, are the most accurately on-point with Kelly Blue Book's estimates too. Rather than greedily taking advantage of hard-working people who may/may not kniw better & tacking on the cliche extra few hundred that every other place in area does, they work with you. They're Honest about Issues, and Know & Respect their Trade as well as the business Itself.Gladly Recommend them to anyone. Matter of Fact, I'll be going back next week, for tires!Thanks to the Fellas at DSC Auto in Westboro! Appreciate You Guys!

I am a first-time customer at Dan's shop and had a great experience. I suspected my rear brakes needed to be replaced and the guy at Dan's shop confirmed after a test drive. I live fairly close by and he even offered to give me a ride back to my house while my car was getting fixed which was great. The brake cost was very reasonable, I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off in any way, and I was able to get my car back in just a few hours. I would recommend DSC Auto!

I ve been taking my cars to Dan and his team at DSC Auto for the past 3 years and I highly recommend his services! He is very easy get along with, honest and responsive. Prices are very reasonable.He has done all the routine maintenance on our Honda and Lexus for a few years. Most recently he caught a safety issue with a RAV4 that he inspected for us, before we purchased from a local dealer.Great guy, with great service and excellent mechanics! Give DSC a shot.

Worst repair shop I've ever been to. Not only was the work shoddy, but my car had even less parts than when it was brought in. It was missing several bolts, retainer clips, and rubber grommets and what was there was either not tightened or unsecured. I picked up my 10 year old Honda Pilot yesterday after service and some front end work. It rides and drives just like new again. I cannot express enough how much I trust and appreciate Dan and his crew. My wife and I are always very happy with the service there.

Great service! I went in thinking I needed 2 new tires after having been to the dealer for scheduled maintenance. They took a look, then recommend rotating the tires and doing a 4 wheel alignment. I'm always impressed when a business willingly suggests a much lower cost option. They have a new loyal customer because of it.

I ended up coming to DSC because t was the closest shop and I was having sudden problems with my engine. The shop itself is located conveniently in the center of Westborough. Dan helped me out and made it a quick easy process to drop off my car and communicate. When he told me the issues w my car, I felt he was being very honest - most other mechanics I have gone to exaggerate just to make more of a profit. I later decided to go to a dealership thinking they would cover the damage. Dan communicated with me even after I went to the dealership to make sure that the issues were being addressed correctly! The people at the shop are honest, great communicators, and genuinely care about the safety of the car. Definitely a trustworthy place to go!

We brought our 08 Civic in with what I suspected to be an engine mount problem and Dan assessed, confirmed, and repaired it very quickly. He was completely transparent about the issues and kept us updated and even gave my fiancee a ride home so she wouldn't have to pay for a taxi the day she dropped it off. He then let us pick it up after hours the day it was done and charged us much lower than I expected based on looking up the comparable parts and labor for this known Honda Civic issue online. This is by far the best customer service experience I've ever had getting an auto repair done.

We have two vehicles and we have had work done on both. We are beyond thrilled with the results! Dan is knowledgeable, fair priced, and extremely helpful! He waited one night till almost midnight for my husbands car to be towed from Cambridge and then gave him a loaner car to get home. We have not found a car/van issue yet that he could not solve. I highly recommend this shop!

Been to DSC Auto three time and I m very pleased with the work they ve done. First time I had a sudden grinding noise coming from tire and pulled into closest shop, it was DSC and he got it right on the lift found a pebble and didn t charge me. After that I knew they where a fair an honest shop, now every time I call I m able to get my car in the next day, they seem to always have parts in stock, wether brakes,rotors or even my timing belt and then I m able to pick up my car good as new later that day.

I recently had a large brake job done at DSC Auto (front calipers, front and rear rotors, pads, inner and outer tire rods, and some other miscellaneous maintenance/repairs) for my 2005 Subaru Legacy GT. Dan did a phenomenal job and the car brakes better than ever. He was very responsive through phone calls, texts, and e-mails and kept me updated with the repairs. Most importantly, his top-notch work came at a very reasonable price (the dealership quoted me almost double the amount Dan did). If I ever need anything done again, I'm driving straight by the Subaru Dealership and into Dan's shop.

I normally do not write reviews but felt the service I received from Dan warrants recognition. I contacted Dan regarding repairing a 15 year old ML 320. The vehicle sat unused for nearly a year and required substantial repairs to become inspection ready. Dan proceeded to repair the vehicle but encountered numerous set backs during the repair. Each time Dan was able to resolve the issue and move forward. In the end the vehicle passed inspection and Dan charged only a fraction of the cost another repair shop would have requested. He is fair and thorough. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an experienced ethical mechanic.

These guys take care of me very well, they know what they're talking about and doing. I have taken my BMW and Audi here several times for serious repairs and minor!! I recommend anyone to coming here! The owner Dan is extremely kind and is willing to help everyone with anything!

Very quick service, did a good job, didn t rip us off like another place tried to. got a quote on the same car and DSC Auto gave theirs for a thousand less and we had the car back in 2 or 3 days and it was an alright amount of work. Amazing is how I would explain my experience with DSC! Dan went to such an extreme to make things right when a scheduling issue came up. He picked up my vehicle, left me his for the day and was such a professional in getting my work done. I would highly recommend anyone taking their vehicles here for work!

My 18 year olds keep check engine light started flashing. I was an hour away and Rob at DSC fit him in right away and fixed it. As a single mom this made a huge difference in my life. These guys are great. Was looking for a shop that does State Inspections and called. Gentleman I spoke to recommended a shop they send their customers too and tells me to say he sent me. Very cordial, great people skills, and genuinely caring in general. I live far but work in Westborough, and I believe I ve found my mechanic and shop for when I m around work ...

Took the Audi s5 in, diagnosed problem in literally 15 minutes when the Audi dealer couldn't figure it out in 10 days of having my car. Super nice, genuine people who really care for your car. Wish I had them to where I am moving to! Recommended 10000%.

So brought my pilot in for the first time here on a refferal. The dealer i bought my car from (Sonias in Worcester) just cant repair vehicles properly. They sell cars the cars cant repair honestly. They had did a timing belt and didnt replace the tensioners which come in the kit to replace. Basically its just straight being lazy of you have it all apart and dont replace with the parts that come in the kit. Dan and his crew took it in on a tight schedule and got it done in a day. Ive waited a couple weeks to make sure everything is fine and the cars running great. No complaints. Great job guys!

I tried this shop based on reviews I read on Yelp and other online review forums. Dan (the owner) and his staff are smart, kind and honest - my car was fixed with no shock or trauma to me or my checkbook. I am so happy I tried this place, and I will certainly go back any time my cars need service.
