These guys are amazing! Anytime I need a part for my car and I'm not sure what the name is they're able to figure out what exactly I need. They are very courteous and go above and beyond to get me the best price.

Even though they have taken the order, they answer the calls and keep the customers inside waiting for hours. The employees are very indifferent. An unhelpful team, and even though it was my priority, they took orders over the phone 3 times while I was waiting, and I waited an extra 40 minutes.

Came out from Westfield area to get two batteries for my husband's Duramax. They were all set and ready to go when I got there. Someone behind the counter brought them out for me & put them in my vehicle. Will be back!

Always have the parts i need and at an amazing price. The staff are very friendly!I called ahead to price check a part, I told him id be down in a bit to pick it up. When i arrived he already had the part ready for me to pick up. Would def. recommend for all your car part needs!

I'm a truck driver and I've delivered loads of batteries and things to them and if they take care of their customers like they do the delivery pop personnel then this place is top notch! I've called for truck-specific directions, been there a little late, and every time they take care of me very pleasantly and respectfully and in this industry, that is a rarity! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK FELLAS!

I went there to buy a Gallon of Prep All.They had it in stock. On the shelf. Nowaiting in line to purchase my item.There is several clerks to help you.If you can't find a product anywhere else.This store most definitely has it.

As soon as I walked into the 945 Main Street location, I had 4 sets of eyes glaring at me. Thanks for the warm welcome? I had purchased two batteries a day before and wanted to swap them out for a higher CCA battery. Since they were "installed" they would not do a swap. I offered to pay a restocking fee. No go. You won't get my business again.

I m going to let you all no what type of people you re dealing with with West SPRINGFIELD auto parts. My company has been selling their batteries for about a year now we have never missed a payment or falling behind in anyway today their driver shows up and says if they are inconvenienced by waiting for payment then they will pull our account even though they are aware that the owner s house has burned down and he is with his family. They said they can t be bothered with this. However We Told them that we can give them our American Express card and they can keep it on file so they are not inconvenienced in anyway. They still decided to pull the batteries and say you will have to call and reschedule us to come back. I ve been in business for a long time My home burn down and my distributor is too inconvenienced to put in our credit card information so that they will have to wait for a check I have never in the last 20 years been treated this poorly heartless and disrespected at any level.Frank DeCaro President FDAS. Unhelpful staff who would rather go back and forth with you than help look for the correct parts needed. Autozone rep was much more helpful

West Side Auto Parts is the cheapest place to buy car parts . Air Filters, Oil Filters . Great Customer service too. I'm going back the next time I need parts.

Easy to get too but a little bit of a pain to get back on 291/91 with a rig. I was loaded within 45 minutes and back on the road.
