These guys are awesome! They helped me get a set of new tires and even were able to help me get a discount that I didn t think was going to work. I also appreciated them not trying to upsell me and they were very honest and knowledgeable.

My partner and I were on a road trip and driving through the area on a late Friday afternoon when our car started making a horrible screeching noise. We called a few shops that were close to closing and Monro was the only one that offered to take us in. They were able to rapidly diagnose and fix the problem, saving our trip!We are so thankful that they took us in. The employees were very nice to us. If we were local they would absolutely be our go-to shop.

I trust this place. I have been bringing my Nissan here for years. They know their stuff, you get detailed explanations and expert opinions. I get my oil changes, breaks done here and have never had an issues afterwards.. They keep my 100k mile Altima running smooth. Great customer service as well, WHAT MORE CAN YOU ASK FOR!

Needed catalytic converter replaced ASAP. Called got a quote, & they were able to get on the job right away. Replaced all four of my catalytic converters, & also all four O2 sensors. Great price, & bring your own part friendly.

This is my go to place for brakes, exhaust or suspension issues. Very good pricing and honest mechanics....they only do what needs to be done and explain things thoroughly. The Manager Eddie is all about fairness and great customer service. Hey nobody likes car repair bills but these guys make it as painless as possible. 5 STARS

Thanks to Yelli and her Team for taking care of my wife's Escape and my Jeep. We both had brakes done in a timely fashion at the best price. She explains what is being done and why, best and worst case scenario for costs, and the time it will take to have the job done safely and efficiently. Thanks Yeli, you are a credit to the Monro biz. Hope everyone got a donut.

The service was ridiculously slow. I made an appointment ahead of time and dropped my van off at noon on a Saturday for an oil change and tire inspection. Was told I would get a call back quickly regarding tires. I had to call them three hours later. He was changing my oil and would look at tires. He calls back 30 mins later. I need tires. I give the go-ahead. He calls back 30 mins later. They don't have my tire size in stock. It is now after 4 and they close at 5. I agree to pick up my van and come back Monday...another noontime appointment. I am waiting in store this time. He didn't call the warehouse for the tires until I walked in and then I proceeded to sit and wait for THREE HOURS for tires. I will not be returning to this location.

Yelitza was a tremendous help today! After bringing my car to a different Monro location 3 times and being given the run around, I am happy with the service I received today at the West Springfield location.

1st time here. I usually get my oil changes done at Nissan dealers but they were booked. I called this place and they did not have any openings but told me they would help me out anyways. I needed an oil change asap being that I was leaving town the next day. These people over all were great! Very friendly, quick and professional. The price was also very reasonable! Thank you Monro in West Springfield!

Great repair shop that has excellent customer service. Fast, efficient and courteous. Eddie is a good guy. He explains the issues about your vehicle very throughly. He always greets you with a smile and makes sure you're a satisfied customer.

As always, the team at West Springfield Monro took great care of me and my car. I went into the shop on a Friday afternoon with concerns about a noise coming from the front end of my vehicle. The team got my car in quickly for an inspection and tire rotation. After the service, my car drove perfectly. Always courteous and professional.

I have been coming here for several years now, service is fast and impeccable. I ve even referred several of my people here. Eddy is my guy, he has always accommodated me from day one. I can t remember a time he hasn t given me real advice when it comes to my car. Thank you man, keep it up and you def have a customer in me.

Super great service! We were from out of state and needed to have our car checked over before a trip. We dropped in on a Saturday morning to see if they had time to look it over and within 10 minutes they checked over the car and didn't charge us anything, despite our insisting. Thank you Monro!

Very friendly staff even the manager was pleasant. I've been going to Monro for years and never had any problems until last week when I had scheduled some simple repairs and my car ended up worse than it ever was. I spent 4 days in and out of the shop even missing work and they couldn't figure at what the problem is. I still have the same result now my car is just parked because its not driveable . I wont take it back there to continue to waste my time plus i don't have any more money to blow to supposedly fix it so now I have to figure out how I'm going to get a new car never thought that this would happen considering my car never had any major issues prior to my last visit to Monroe.

Time on website says they open at 7:30. And it was just updated a day ago. So I went down there sign on door says 7:30. Waited till 7:55 no one showed up

Great place to have any work done. Friendly & knowledgeable staff with very fair pricing. The one thing that I like the most is they never try pressure you into an unnecessary repair, or sell you something after you tell them you're not interested. If they tell you you need something you can trust them, and they will give you a very fair price.....Overall a great place to do business.

Don't go there . I was going there for the last year for oil changes and then i developed an oil leak and they looked at it telling me that it was the O ring leaking so i brought it to a shop my boss told she goes to that is run by an older man maybe late 60s . He looked at it and said "when was the last time you got the oil changed" and i said last week at Monroe's then he says "this oil filter has not been changed in months and it is whats leaking cause its loose" . Isn't that crazy ?They are so nice and polite to your face as they rob you.They also told me my engine mounts needed to be changed and this old man said " no they are fine"DON'T GO THERE THEY ARE CROOKS !

I've been going to this west Springfield site for 2 plus years... The service has been great and I've recommend Eddie and his staff to everyone I know. All my family members and friends go there as well.. I always recommend west Springfield Monro Muffler to my Uber and Lyft costumers... The service is excellent and the Price is alright right.. 5 stars!
