Everyone in the shop is excellent! Can t say enough good things; from the customer service, quick and easy to schedule diagnostic, fair prices and trustworthy service. They replaced the heater core in my 05 Rubicon which is a big and complicated job- the turnaround was very quick and they were very responsive. Thank you Mike!

Every person I've come into contact with at Mike's Auto Service has been friendly, patient and informative. Their prices are reasonable and turn-around time is great. I would absolutely recommend Mike's to anyone who asks.

Hands down the best place to go for an inspection. After having an awful experience at another shop, Mike s team were able to point me in the right direction and get my car inspected. Best customer service I have ever experienced at an auto shop!

I have been a customer for about 7 years. My last visit was great I brought my 2013 Ford Mustang GT 5.0 for a noise in the back under the car. Mike and his crew were great to say the least, they found the problem quickly and replaced the sway bar bushings and problem solved. Lastly Mike's Auto and Repair are fair priced and take good care of their customers.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Autozone and Century Auto will test your Alternator for free.Response to owner:I did not ask for an estimate for a battery. I also was told different information than what you have posted here. I was never told that the alternator was charging. I was told that it would not be tested until I paid $250 for a battery - therefore I came and took my car back. I was never told that it was in fact tested. So for that I thank you (if it is true). You may want to have someone who knows what they are talking about communicate to customers as I was misinformed by your front desk. Bad Taste - still wont be back.

Apologies to Mike s Auto. Went off on them found out 3 techs were sick when I brought my car in for exhaust repair. Workers there solid. Just needed car immediately and was told 3 techs called out reacted harshly. Was skeptical but went back and found out many were getting sick. Again apologies to staff. Mikes Auto group techs know what they're doing.

The worst place to find out information about your car the owner is never available to talk to if you have a problem and the employee will try to empty your bank account so everyone can enjoy your visit he just bragged about all he does for you but don't realize that he did things for someone else I would not piss him off he will ask you to leave and not come back that was my experience with this place

Mike's Auto Service continues to be one of the best places I have ever used for my car - equal to the wonderful place I used before where the owner retired and recommended Mike. Great experience! Went to get my car inspected and it was so quick. Took 20 minutes tops, maybe even less, and the staff was all very friendly.

I was headed to Maine unexpectedly and needed my sway bar fixed. Also I needed an oil change. As usual Mike s squeezed me in and took care of everything so I could feel safe on the road. I have always been provided with 5 star service at Mike s and I have been going there since the beginning. I would, and have, recommend to anyone who needs excellent service at great prices.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

I was a regular customer I made this my home auto shop I came in when needed oil changed and yearly sticker other visits were great and nice people, sadly my recent and last appointment i don t know who worked on my vehicle but they caused damages to my hood there was a cap of something stuck between my hood as if the worker was not paying attention and placed it to the side and forgot about it and closed it but it caused a dent in my hood I still have the cap i don t know if it goes to my vehicle I didn t notice it till I got home and parked this was maybe 3 months ago I haven t been back since then :/Service: Oil change

I don t recommend going through car inspection; they pick on the car too much, although the car is old and it s clear that not everything in it works like a new one!!!

Contacted Mike's auto service and repair to try and get my daughter's car air conditioner fixed. I was told by the female associate that she would need to speak with Mike about the repair and she would call me back. Never heard back from them.

I have been going to Mikes for service on my car for well over a year, ever since Gary Rome Hyundai tried to screw me over. Mike was extremely honest with both the service done and prices charged. They try their best to accommodate the limited hours I can go for service. Excellent service, my car was towed to the wrong service shop on a Friday, compliments of AAA. At this point I was unable to get a rental due to the The Weekends. Giving up a day off, the owner, Mike actually started work on my car on Saturday so I wouldn't have to go without a car for so long. That is going above and Beyond! Fantastic job. The shop is dependable, honest, super friendly oh, and trustworthy. Also offer stickers.

Mike s auto service gets five stars every day as far as I m concerned. I live in Connecticut, and I bring all of my vehicles to Mike s. The service is exceptional. The staff is exceptional, very courteous and super friendly. One time in particular Mike ordered me parts for repair, after assessing the situation he decided that some of the parts were not needed. I ve been to other service station and they would have installed them anyways just because they quoted them initially. Mike never installed anything I did not need. I would highly recommend Mike s Auto To anyone and everyone. Just good people,With a lot of knowledge!

Very friendly place. I've been going there to get the MA state inspection done on our two cars for a few years now. After reading reviews from others I decided to give them a try when my car needed to be serviced. Although I had a miscommunication on what day I was supposed to drop off my car they still fit me in and we're very prompt, even despite me telling them that there was no hurry (lack of driving due to COVID work from home).It's great to support a smaller local garage like Mike's compared to going to a big dealership plus you save money on labor costs. It's a win-win.

Mike's Auto Service & Repair was great, they gave us a quote that was very reasonable, and fixed the car when they said they would. They always do fantastic work at great prices and we get our vehicles back clean and running good. I brought my car to Mike's after my radiator leaked a week before Thanksgiving. Mike and his crew did a fantastic job fixing my car in a timely manner! They also found and fixed other broken parts of my car at the same time. I highly recommend Mike's Auto for anything from a car inspection to bigger problems like leaking radiators!

I find Mike has earned my trust through his work on my car. His honesty is very important to me. His attention to detail reflects his professional manner. The front office is user friendly. The service writer is very experienced and helpful. Their work orders/invoices are clear, comprehensive and accurate.

Mikes is one of the best places that I could go to for my car. They are upfront, fair, pleasent, and informative. They are very thorough and on point with their repairs. Mike, Cindy, & the team always go above and beyond! I bring both my cars to these guys all the time. Recently, my car s undercarriage picked up a piece of road debris that wrapped around the rear driveshaft & mangled the pigtail. The cost to fix it was going to be $2,000 or more. Instead, Mike & Cindy took the time to find the exact part by looking at photos, after calling around to other places. Miraculously, they found it & it was only a $250 fix. These guys are always willing to put in the time & effort needed for their customers. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mike s Auto Service & Repair for any of your auto concerns.Just went in for regular maintenance. Mike and his team are quick, communicative, and priced right. I was driving up from New York City heading north for a 10 day camping trip when my car broke down off of highway 91. I was fortunate enough to get in touch with Mike (after calling several places that would not take my car). Mike was extremely friendly as was his whole staff. I was in a tough spot since I needed to get going as soon as possible. Mike took a look at my car and thoroughly explained all the problems he found. He was honest and thoughtful. I was lucky to have found him! I highly recommend him to anyone in the area and my only regret is that I live in Brooklyn! Otherwise I'd use Mikes Auto repair for all my car needs.
