Outstanding. Worked diligently over several days on my 2010 Ford Focus to solve a weird electronic puzzle concerning what seemed to be a power draw on a new battery (it wasn't). He succeeded. Maintained regular and friendly communication with me throughout. Price was reasonable. Ignore the cranks who have complaints--I recommend him without reservation.

Very pleased with the service. Cost was amazing and honest people. Would definitely go back again and tell others about my experience going there for my first time. Hard to find trustworthy people in this business but they definitely are . Thank you so much no words can really say how much I appreciate you. I can drive my car again. Lee's Diagnostic does great work!! Ahmed, Steve an the mechanics are all so friendly an helpful. I trust the integrity an experience this shop has an get the jobs done right the first time. NO high prices, very honest fees for work being done. .. I bring all my vehicles an trust them completely to this place. Don't think Twice an go somewhere else .. Brought my car to 4 different mechanics none of them help me took it to Lee's he figured it out in less then 2 hrs. There friendly and get it done. I recommend them to anyone who's looking for a great place to take there car. Mines need up being that my key had to be reprogrammed.

Very knowledgeable, professional, and honest. My father had an electrical issue with his truck that several other shops could not resolve. Lee's was able to fix within a day. I have recommended to friends and family

As we all do we never loved to go to mechanics but I tell you one thing going to this guys One thing I know recommendations what needs to be done are honest price is worth it and job always well done. The owner is super nice. His staff is very helpful.

This place is awesome!!!! Took my car to 4 different places and none knew what was wrong with it. They gave me a complete and detailed diagnostics and was able to find the problem. They are very responsible and on point when it comes to there clientes. I would highly recommend to anybody.

**Update** 12/21/18Find somewhere else. This place is by no means the Lee Milex of 5+ years ago.Mr Lee would never let a vehicle leave his shop without his personal "okay", so it never comes back with the same issue. Definitely not the case now a day.Three times with the same issue and I still have to come out of pocket for the tow truck and got no discount on the repeated repair.Although it's the same techs from decades ago... "INTEGRITY", moved away to Florida with Mr Lee.*Update*I had a REAL mechanic WITH NO "State Of The Art Diagnostic Computer" and the following was determined....One bad engine mount!My vehicle was previously at Otto's Milex for a check engine light(CEL). It was ruled a knock sensor by the shops "State Of Art Diagnostic Computer" that comes with a $75 price. The sensor was replaced. CEL was off. $$$ Fast forward a month and CEL turned on again. Back to Otto's Milex...Apparently the knock sensor was bad, and needed replacing again...$$$Annnnd the CEL back on a few weeks later...Now I was having power steering fluid leaks. Back to Otto's Milex.High pressure lines replaced. $$$Six months later, more power steering leaks.... you guessed it, back to Otto's Milex to have the same high pressure lines replaced. $$$One week later same leak.So now my tow truck operator recommends a auto repair shop, after he hears my nightmare $$$ story.My vehicle was taken to Justo's Auto Repair in Springfield. No fancy "State Of The Art Diagnostic Computer", just old school honest mechanics. They found the issue that caused the CEL, the leaking high pressure lines which now caused a leaking rack and pinion....A bad motor mount!The engine flex set off the knock sensor and caused stress on the power steering lines and now the rack and pinion as well.There you have it, thanks Otto!$$$$I hope you read this, and save it for future reference because apparently your "fancy computer" and "Techs" leave something to be desired.Just remember, Karma is real.Again...Justo's Auto Repair,State St.Springfield Ma. PS,Otto, change the business name, you're not worthy.Sorry not sorry.

I was sent there by my mechanic for diagnostics. They quoted me a good price and did extra work. The diagnostics was on point. They saved me from a lot of needless work.
