They got my car in quickly for a repair. I appreciated the text info which was detailed and included a couple of photos. This made it easy to do the follow up phone call and start the repair. The shop is clean and neat and the staff friendly and professional. I am pleased with the prompt service and should I need work done in the future, I ll be back! Thanks again

Super friendly, fast, and they explain everything well. I'm no expert, but their pricing seems really fair, and they absolutely did not charge for unnecessary work, which definitely happens elsewhere. If you're lucky, you can even get some love from Squirrel the dog!

Honest people, who do good work. This place came highly recommended to me by the harshest auto critic of all: my blue collar father. He felt very comfortable sending me to Kuhnel, and for good reason. The service was FAST, and they did a really good job. They also brought some of my car s other deficiencies to my attention which I really appreciated. I would definitely go back!Services: Auto exhaust system repair, Auto exhaust system replacement

Our serpentine belt broke today on our way home from a long trip. They were the only place close to us and they didn t disappoint. They serviced us quickly on a busy day! Their dog Max was awesome and definitely helped us calm down from our panic. Will definitely come again for any future fixes.

After taking my car for brake repair at 3 separate businesses, including the dealership, none solved the issue. Kuhnel's finally found a caliper that was hanging up, causing noise, loose braking and wear. As soon as I pulled off the lot I could hear & feel it was done correctly. Kuhnels was recommended by local word of mouth and he is now my mechanic.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I experienced the first situation with my car that wasn t covered under warranty, so I looked for a non-dealer alternative who could work on my foreign car (Farfegbroken). Last minute, I could not get a ride to work and was offered a loaner car, which really saved my day. The entire process, soup to nuts (and bolts) was surprisingly Informative and delightfully easy. I received a full detailed report of the work that needed to be done on my car, I was able to text a response to the person letting them know to go ahead, and I could pick up my car after hours when it was convenient. Can I also mention that they did the work on the day in the time that they said they would? Try to beat that!Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change

A good shop. You pay a little more but you pay for the knowledge and experience and they have both. Well worth it. Returning calls could be better as secretary is very busy and most times when she said she would call back I called back next day to get my answers.

Staff are always helpful.First time I ever stopped by was late in the day with the loudest rattling coming from the back of the car. He kindly had a peak at the car and said as long as I wasn't going at high speeds or over any high bumps I could drive it home. I promptly then brought it back the next day to be looked at all because they took the time and were honest when I first stopped by.I've since been back on two other occasions and everytime the service is quick and well priced. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Best place I have ever taken my car! So I m a female with some knowledge of cars, but every other place I have taken my car I have been bullied and pressured into purchases and made to feel just bad. Kuhnel auto repair is run by great hard working people who genuinely care about their clients and their clients cars. Their prices are fair, they are informative and detail oriented and I never leave unhappy or feeling bad. I will never go anywhere else :) thanks Kuhnel auto repair !!!! 5 of 5 stars!!!

Have been using Kuhnel for all of my vehicle needs in the past couple years. I have never had an issue there and they are beyond professional! Always up front with pricing and detailed reports. I now travel 30 minutes to continue using them because I don't trust my car with anyone else.

Jay has always taken great care of my Suburban and helped me out of a few jams to say the least. The service is professional and always done quickly so I'm rarely left for very long without my vehicle. Office staff is friendly and great with taking calls. From drop off to pick up and the quality of work that is done... I couldn't be happier!
