The guys at Jiffy Lube are always quick to service my vehicle and are always friendly & respectful! They top off my oil in between oil changes when needed & check and fill my tire pressure no questions asked! And all this without having to wait for weeks for an appointment! I come in when I have time and they take good care of me !

The guys at Jiffy Lube were not only kind, but efficient. I asked for an estimate on how long everything would take and they executed it perfectly. On a strangely tough personal day for me, they seemed to pick up that both timeliness and kindness would go a long way for me intuitively. After I left getting the oil change, I ended up telling 4 people throughout the rest of the day about my incredibly positive experience because it happened to be the literal highlight of my day. Specific shout out to Jorge & Austin! TY!

Hands down one of the best places in West Springfield to get a quick oil change and if you're as lucky as I was today, a impromptu karaoke session! But on a serious note, absolutely amazing service! Everyone, and I mean everyone on staff this morning was amazing! I'm grateful that they are very close to me, but even if they weren't I would still go to this location. If you need a good place to get great service, and be treated like an equal then look no further.

The guys who were working at yr West Springfield location were helpful and friendly. Zach went above and beyond to first get me quote for the work. Then had to get the parts from another location. I went back the next day to have the work done.

The gentlemen at the West Springfield, Massachusetts facility on Memorial Ave were super friendly. They made me feel comfortable immediately, explained everything being done, let me know what was due, needed.I felt so comfortable with the experience I ll be bringing my Moms car to the same location for those exact reasons.

The manager and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They also got me in and out very quickly. They gave me options but didn't oversell. I'll be back again!

Okay this might be one of the most random reviews I have ever left lol, but I am not from around this area and while I made a two hour drive to Springfield, I realized I needed an oil change, like really bad. Luckily I found this place was open early and weren't busy. The guys working there were extremely sweet and understanding of my situation and even cut a piece of plastic hanging under my car for me.. lol. Jorge and I talked while getting my oil change and was very kind overall. Then when I was leaving I tried to reverse out instead of driving forward and I just hope those gentlemen had the pleasure of laughing over that cause I know I sure did. Great crew, and thank you for making me feel comfortable because I usually am not the one who does maintenance on my car, I was really nervous to go by myself to do this :)

DON'T GO HERE - THEY ARE NEGLIGENT! The employees don't pay attention and just mess around the whole time. I wouldn't be surprised if they were high. After asking me if I wanted my air filter changed they put it back into my car BACKWARDS!!!! Because of their negligence, my car broke down in the middle of nowhere in VT leaving me stranded for hours. The car couldn't drive, and just kept stalling out. I ended up spending $150 to have my car towed, then another $150 to rent a trailer to get my car home, then $200 to have a competent mechanic fix the problem. In addition to the big mistake, they also entered my mileage as 154,000 miles instead of 54,000 which prompted them to recommend unnecessary spark plugs for $427- which I declined. That stupid error could have cost someone less knowledgeable a significant amount of unnecessary money. When I told the guy about it he just shrugged and said he would change the mileage next time. Lastly, when I pulled into the bay, I asked for an oil change and tire rotation, but they only did the oil change. I had to pull back in so they could do what they should've done the first time. THESE MISTAKES WERE ALL PREVENTABLE IF THEY JUST PAID ATTENTION! They cost me a lot of money and inconvenience, but could have cost me much more....

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Terrible place to go to for an oil change. Make sure they tell you the price for everything they do because they will overcharge for work you didn't ask for. I would never recommend coming here for any car services.

Fast service, in and out within 20 minutes, probably faster. Reasonable price and was found a coupon which was very cool and unexpected. Very friendly. Will definitely return for my next oil change!

I had such a wonderful experience with this shop. I was traveling from Maine and in the area for an event. I had stopped in for a quick oil change and they noticed a serious repair that needed to be done for safely driving home. Not only did they fix the issue, but Jorge drove me to my event so I didn t miss anything while they were working on it. So impressed!Service: Oil change

Been there twice for an oil change, pretty nice guys, about 100 bucks for full synthetic, I paid $70 extra for a cleaning and filter replacement as well. The guys there are usually helpful, and cool. Just a reminder that if you're not performing work on your own vehicle yourself, you will be "overcharged" obviously because a company needs profit to survive.Service: Oil change

This place is a rip off, paid almost 350 bucks for a oil chance, they were supposed to give me a $35 off never didThey were trying to sell me more things that I need to replace. If you have somewhere else to change oil that s my advice go somewhere else.

I came in for an oil change. The guys got my car right in and started working on it. They were quick and very professional. They changed my oil, flushed the radiator and put new wipers on my vehicle. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. Definitely coming back for my next oil change!!! Oil change was a lot less than what the dealer takes from people. The crew in W. Spfld were nice and honest with their recommendations. sometimes women can be targeted to spend more money but these guys were honest.

The manager Jorge V. is the best! This guys is legit, knows his stuff, very friendly, and is not out to fleece you. He s honest about what you need done and gives you options of what you can do first and what you can hold off on doing. He helped me apply for Snap Finance so I could do all the work I needed done for my vehicle and overall was just very informative and helpful. The staff is also quick, efficient and they have a good culture there. I like the Boston Rd and E Longmeadow Jiffy Lubes, but this one is my favorite! Keep it up guys! Give Jorge a raise!!!
