Satisfaction - 7/10 - it appears that one of my concerns was not addressed. I expected either a new coolant reservoir or an explanation that it tested out ok. I've still got the same reservoir that I'm pretty sure does not hold under pressure, and I don't see that any pressure test was done, nor did the representative mention it.Recommendation - I've been using Firestone for many years. It's not always perfect, but it's always good enough. Most importantly, it's the only place you can go where you can drive in whenever you need to and you'll probably have the car back tomorrow, if not today.

I was the only person in the waiting room and was forgotten. Scheduled a tire replacement and state inspection a week ahead of time. I waited from 4:30pm (I arrived early & checked in for my 5pm appointment) and left around 8pm without complaining or irritating staff during my wait. Was checked in by Robert who was kind, and told me it would be a total of 1.5-2 hours max of a wait. Robert left to go home shortly after this. Another staff member approached me around 6:30pm and wanted me to come back another day because "the state inspection machine was shut down for the day, but I'll do it first thing in the morning". Then, he (who does the state inspections) felt bad and turned the machine on and performed the state exam. Although I appreciate this gentleman's kindness to do the simple job that I scheduled in advance, the work around was annoying and I feel like I became an inconvenience. Anyone else would've approached the counter to figure out why their car hadn't even been touched for 2 hours, but being a nurse and working customer service jobs for years, I didn't want to come across as a "Karen" or annoying by asking when my scheduled car would even be glanced at.Then, when I finally got into my car (8pm), my front tires were not inflated properly. Front driver wheel was hyperinflated to 44 PSI, and Front passenger was underinflated to 22 PSI. Normal for my tires is around 33 PSI. I pointed this out, and the tech said "oh just drive 1/4 mile and it'll be better". It's the same today (although now my car is reading 22 PSI on front driver, and 43 PSI on front passenger tire, so I'm sensing that there is now a new sensor issue). So I spent $1,000+ for it to not be done correctly the first time. I used to recommend this place, but no more.The gentlemen working that night were kind, but appeared lazy and inattentive despite being the only person in the waiting room for 95%+ of the time that I was there.

Alignment wasn't completed, was given a poor excuse about why it was still out. The tech most likely didn't want to take the time to get it right since it was the end of the day. I also asked for my ball joints to be greased, the girl at the front desk gave me hard time about that. At the end of the appointment I checked underneath my vehicle and saw there was still adjustment left in the camber bolts, the tech said they were maxed when they obviously weren't. I also saw my ball joints were not greased and had to buy a grease gun and do it myself.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The manager is a fat, entitled, and incompetent prick who talks down to people. His rudeness and ignorance will be the reason I never bring my car to this Firestone location again. I have had countless good experiences with other employees. Ive only had negative experiences when dealing with this manager in particular. He should learn how to talk to people. Flat out rude and disrespectful. I refuse to be treated and spoken to that way when I m paying for a service. I ll gladly take my car elsewhere from now on.

Stay away from this place if you can! Don't have your vehicle inspected nor repaired here. Don't believe the 5* reviews that they write themselves, or ask their friends/pay people to write.The people are rude, dishonest and incompetent. They will also fail your inspection if a fly pitch on your vehicle and give you a quote for over $1000 to "fix' the problem. Quoted $150 to rewire license plate light, when the problem was fixed with a $3 light bulb from auto zone. They repeatedly find minor issues to fail your inspection, and immediately wants to give you an estimate to fix the issue. It is a conflict of interest to be allowed to do State inspections when you have a garage that does repairs. I will be filing a complaint with the RMV's Vehicle Safety and Compliance Services Department. And don't even bother to leave your AI generated response!

If i could give Negative 10 stars I would!!! So I had a Nail in my passenger front tire, it was a rental that had a ticket for servicing! For that specific nail on that specific tire! Got to the store at 6:45am SHARP on 1/20 and the employee was just miserable. Says the car might take 3 hours blah blah. Alongside his misery, they serviced the car within 45 minutes. Later on that night the BACK drivers side tire suddenly had the tire that the nail STILL had inside that was previously in the front passenger lol hilarious right? So they SWAPPED the tires. When I returned 2 days later asking to speak to a manager, he was as careless as the employees he trained. I explain to him not only what the employee did, but my frustration on how careless about the fact that I m a whole mother of 3 children and currently pregnant he didn t seem to care if his employees actions could have caused an accident from tire slipping due to it randomly losing air. Let s not mention all they truly needed to do was pull the nail and fill it. That s YOUR JOB. Your SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION! But no, they are prideful and unprofessional about how NOT to do their job. The manager insisted to TOP it off that my car was only in the shop for 2 minutes and was never serviced but I MYSELF was waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes SOLID! And the tire was swapped from front to opposite back! The manager had not one care in him! Stay far away if you truly want great service and an actual Repair, this is not the place! As for Firestone, God dnt like ugly, you can lie to a man but you can NEVER fool the man above, KARMA shall reach you!KGoddesss_On instagram!

I've gone to this Firestone multiple times now to fix the same problem over and over. They've supposedly resealed my back tire twice but it still leaks. I had them fix my front tire and that's still going down. Clearly they're more interested in getting cars out rather than actually fixing them.

So today I scheduled an appointment at Firestone for an oil change and wiper placement in West Springfield. When I got there to drop off the car, the clerk at the desk that was there at about 1:30pm told me I had no appointment scheduled and he could not take me in and if I wanted to I could reschedule during the week. I told him I called directly, and the person I spoke to set my appointment. I showed him the email I got confirming my reservation. The clerk was rude and said to me if you know business, you would understand problems happen and people make mistakes . I told him, if you make a mistake you should do everything you can to correct it . I also told him I ve been doing business with this location for years and spent thousands of dollars here , I assured him I would never return to a Firestone location again. I feel disrespected with the attitude he gave as a long-term customer.

I brought my Subaru in there for brake noise. 2 hrs later, comes to see says rear is good but whoever worked on it last froze your calipers. Well that was bertera Subaru. They replaced both calipers, rotors, and and pads. 5 hrs and 45 minutes later, I get the car back, over $1,050. I head home and the whole front end shaking. Can't go over 30mph. I make appointment, 2 days later I bring it in, they said front rotors warped, he said that I had put over 30 miles on the car which was a lie and I use my left foot on the brakes as I drive. I said I don't do that. He didn't believe me. Put new rotors on and said if it shakes again, then replace the brake hoses etc... Well it was shaking bad. So I made appointment for Steve Lewis Subaru. No car for a month. Got towed to find out that Firestone but the wrong size rotors on the car.

I have recently tried to make two online appointment s today being the most recent. When I get a confirmation it is for week later but at the time I requested. When scheduling every hour was available for the day I was looking for, how hard is it for the site to say no appointments available for that day and take away times once booked? So then when calling the store to cancel conformed appointment women manger didn t even offer assistance in rescheduling or ask my name to confirm cancellation. Just plain rude customer service will not be doing business with Firestone again! Wish I could rate it zero stars!

Worst place to bring your car for service special if they break something in your car they are not resposiable you will need to paid and bring your car somewhere else for service and do not even ask or talk to a 30 years experience store manager Dan Hamlet very unprofessional when it come to blame the customer and because we ask after 3hr what was going on. REALLLLLY DAN.

I called to ask about inspections while driving there to see if I was wasting my time and as soon as I said the word inspection they hung up on me. Still came in and they said they are first come first serve. Why didn t they tell me that on the phone!? Go to Mike s Auto Service and Repair instead it s just down the street and they ll always take you.

They advertise that they do state inspections, and I've had them done there in the past. However today it seems like I was lied to when they told me their system was down and that I had to wait until tomorrow to get the inspection done. I went somewhere else same day and got it done without issue. If it's a matter of them not being staffed to provide it, then just say that.

I was all set to write off Firestone as a car repair option, but just happened to have an issue while in the neighborhood of the W Spfld store. I'm glad I stopped and grateful of the immediate service I received

Do have to return..as the tire pressure icon is light on my dashboard..don't need an appointment..can go anytime to have a technician check tire pressure.

Waited two hours after my scheduled appointment time only to be told I had a tire sensor issue (which I already knew). I was then told the part was not in stock and had to wait longer or make a return appointment. I was also charged for the visit. I will never return to Firestone.

My son went for a TNC inspection. He was quoted $50. The state fee is only $15. The business WILL ROB YOU. I highly suggest that you don t do business with them. They tried to get over on a teenager. They truly LACK INTEGRITY!!!Horrible

I went for a simple oil change I get the call my car is all set. I go to get it and it sounds like my engine is going to fall out .they refuse to fix the issue or give my money back I'm out a whole car for a oil change! Do not bring your car to Firestone west Springfield if you want to drive it home .treated very rude called stupid black girl and told to get out by Dan Hamlett this guy should not be representing Firestone. 1 star cuz I had to for comment 0 stars

Customer service is terriable . Just to ask a question you wait alot. The guy at the front desk is always on the computer. Even when the phone rings and im standing right their he talks on the phone. Not reccomended!! Bad service

Very disappointed went there for a safety inspection They told me what was wrong then my mechanic fixed everything that they said was wrong brought it back and they still failed my vehicle and want to charge Me to put it on a lift and tell me what is still wrong with it after I had everything fixed that they told me was wrong with it bunch of rip off artists
