Had a backup camera navigation system installed on my car. Very happy with the ease of the process and how quickly they were able to get it installed. Everything works great and is easy to use. They even fixed my remote start issue.

Do not have them install remote starter in your vehicle. After paying $370.00 to have starter installed in my wife s vehicle for a Christmas present, her driverside and passenger side power locks would not work. The guy argued with me and told me it was not caused from their installation and that they didn t work when I dropped off the car. That was a total lie. After I got the vehicle home realized that the factory alarm was not working either. Finally got the car into the Nissan dealer to get the door locks working and was told that the way the remote starter was installed was causing all the issues. The dealer removed it charged me another $500 plus and now car is the way it was before I had the starter installed. So I am out just about $1,000.00 and have no remote starter in the vehicle. Complete hacks and scam artist that do not stand behind their work.

I bought a viper remote starter from ebay, and had them put it on. They installed it without any problems. I'll definitely consider this my go to.

These guys fixed my Jeep system better than new when no one else could. Jeep Chrysler dealers were totally useless. Thanks Glenn and the guys at Custom Car Sound!

Couple of months ago I went there to install a remote start on my car is starting acting up. my ABS light was turning on and off my traction control on and off randomly check engine light. Can t find out what was going on with my car finding out whoever installed remote start on my car was messing up my car I had to take the remote start out and now my car is running perfect waste of money

Had my Car Link remote starter that had been installed at the Springfield store, in my previous vehicle ( 2018 Toyota 4Runner ). Was reinstalled in my new vehicle ( 2021 Toyota Venza ) at the West Springfield store. Service was incredible as always, Top notch staff. Process was fast and timely, Exactly as promised. Fee was very reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED either store locations. EXCELLENT AS USUAL- 5 STAR SERVICE !!! I would like to Thank Glenn and his Professional staff.

Shame on me - I was ripped off big time. I had them install a remote car starter thinking they were honest and reasonably priced. When I picked up my vehicle I was charged $300.00. $199 for the remote starter and $100 installation. When I performed an internet price check, the system they installed sells for about $150 not $199. I try to support locally owned or franchised businesses and am willing to pay a little more to help during these times but this type of markup is totally wrong.It's my fault for not checking first and not completely understanding what they were installing BEFORE they did it so it's my issue thinking they would be supply a product at reasonable cost with reasonable installation.Never again.

Made an appointment to get in for a diagnosis on my Jeep radio that was glitching.The radio died before I got to the appointmentI went anyways and they were able to replace it at a reasonable price the same day!Definitely recommend them for your radio needs!

I have a New Tacoma with factory remote start, it was lousy, I have taken it back to the Dealer with no avail. Custom Car Sound put in a Viper Remote Start and it works like a charm. It will start my truck from a mile away. The price was great and the service people very professional and courteous.

Brought my car in to upgrade door speakers, and a dvd navigation system, was told they had to order the parts so it would be all set in 6 days, about 2 months later I get a call to drop my car off and get the service, after 6 hours of having my car I was told they needed more parts and couldn't complete the job, about 3 months later I called and asked for my deposit back because I hadn't herd back from the company. smh, good luck people!

I had a stereo swap in my 2012 Sonata a couple years ago from these guys. Everything still works great, however, after shopping around for a similar stereo swap for my new vehicle I realized the quality of work here is questionable at best. I was told it was a $300 upcharge to add the wiring harness for my steering wheel controls - this is a $30 part on Amazon, and the place I ended up deciding to get the service done on my new vehicle INCLUDES this as part of the installation price.After the new system was installed, I found that instead of installing the USB ports flush or hide them, they just drilled holes in my dash by the center console and just left them dangling. The place I got my new vehicle serviced at hid all the USB ports and mounted them flush to the dash.Price comparison between the two places was night and day as well. My new vehicle is getting a newer head unit with better features for around $200 less than I was charged here, and everything is included. No silly upcharge for a $30 part.2 stars because the stereo I had installed still works great, but the quality of service and price was really bad. Out of respect for Custom Car Sound I won't include the name of the other company I used, but I would definitely recommend people shop around and get quotes from other places before going here.

The service tech was nice but the owner not so much. I had a car starter installed in Dec 2010 and was not covered when I came in to have it looked at. They also never mentioned any prices for just looking at the car...and charged me, then proceded to fix it without asking what I wanted to do. Needless to say after it was "fixed" my car wouldn't start and I had to come back not 30 minutes later so they could tell me that they didn't know what was wrong with it and gave me the option of taking it out

Before purchase was treated well. After purchase not so nice. Owner interrupted me constantly when I was explaining what the problems with remote starter system I spent over 400 for was. And then had the nerve to say if I hadn't had such a bad day I wouldn't take my bad mood on him. I am one of the nicest people. Unless they treat me wrong. I can't believe how I was treated. The man gave me attitude and sent one of his employees to work with me. His employee treated me with respect.I would not suggest you purchase anything from them. Go somewhere else.

Im not big on sounds system so i dont know much,so i went here to get a quote of how much a sound system for my truck would cost, and the guy on the front desk was not helpful at all, i was looking to get some information and did not get it. Taking my business alse were.

Although they didn't look busy to me at all. They said they were going to take a long time to fix the problem that's happening with my vehicle. The alarm keeps going off and will not stop. They would not even take a look at it.

Owner was rude to me too. Bought two items on clearance table and wanted to return the next day. The items did not work out as I was hoping and owner lied about the item he sold to me. One item I bought was supposed to be an led beacon but was really just an overpriced cheap strobe beacon. They would not accept the return. Will never go here again!!

Had 10 am appointment, tech showed up 2hrs late!!!!! Sales guy Tells me what part I need n that they have in stock, so I then asked why we where not installing it today n he says he would have to order it, ??? After he just told me he had n stock n then that it would put him to far behind on other customers, after I drove a 45 minute drive to there n sat there for 2hrs waiting on tech n nobody else therefor customers , wtf!!! Then charges me for a 15 min reprogram!!! Shop around first

Great local place to order WeatherTech mats for your vehicles, mine were a special order and they were in, in no time, the salesman even had one of the techs put them in the vehicle for me great service.

It stated they were open until 530, but when we got there they were closed. Called the number and it states they closed at 3PM. They need to update their online hours and because of this lost a customer and money. Oh well. Keep your hours updated..

Got a sat radio for my bike, went back multiple times with questions. They always took the time to answer them and twice soldered connections for me no charge. Couldn't be happier!
