Had a nail in my back tire see review for townfair tire. Bought 2 tires on line made appointment at Costco. Got there the tec kirk told me that the front tires I had bought 2 yrs ago from Firestone didn't match the back tires .I had to buy 2 more tires. The guy at the desks name was Carlos. Between kirk and Carlos they ordered my tires and got me in at 11.30 the next day. To change 4 tires only took an hour. I couldn't have gotten better service anywhere else. I hope these 2 employees get recognized for their great customer service

Brought vehicle in for warranty repair of bad stem valve. After job completion supervisor said they were out of the tire sensors for my vehicle but would call when they got them in so as to complete the job. In the meantime had to drive around with the sensor light on.After not hearing called to inquire about if the sensors had come in. Was then told that they did not have the sensors in, could not get the sensors in and would not be completing the work. The only reason I renewed my Costco membership was to be able to have them perform the warranty repair. Pretty much a bait and switch situation.

Excellent, efficient job today. On my last rotation, they found a bent rim. I bought another one and made an appointment to have it swapped. Great job!

Waited 2 hrs for them to install 4 tires. Was told I will be called when it is ready which should be in an hour. Nobody call and I was sitting on the bench. They got busy so I did not bug them thinking they will call like they told me when I gave them the keys. After noticing people after me got their cars, I went to ask if my car is done. The staff checked the box and there were 2 sets of keys and one of them is mine. When I asked why no one called like they told me they would? All he said was "oh, I didn't know it was in there." No apology or compensation for the wasted time. Very unprofessional

Purchased 4 Michelin defender tires for my truck. The install took about an hour as expected. I had one of my wheel sensors rusted and was damaged on removal. They did not have a sensor needed in stock and had to order it. I went back in two weeks and had the sensor installed

I usually do not write reviews but I feel I should this time for others. Having 3 cars, I always do research and search for the quality of tires and the place I could trust. I guess I've been ripped off enough before in other local places. As usually, I went to the shop a couple of weeks ago and talked to one of the staffs (Alex R) who offered a coupon ( wasn't aware) and suggested to come back during tax fee weekend (I was not aware of), which made me save over 100 bucks. It's not all about $$$ but the care and service they are willing to give for the customers. When I brought my car, another staff (Neill) did take care of it as I exactly expected. I noticed some Costco tire centers in other places are reviewed badly and this is in my opinion mainly because of lack of management and service responsibility. This place is different. They are knowledgeable and friendly and also care for and honest to customers, which is the best policy in business.

Trustworthy & helpful folks here. From the frontdesk staff Phil to manager Bill and their technicians, these people truly care about their customers. They found a nail in the tire and fixed it when we came for rotation last time, without any additional charge. I am writing this review while I wait for a new set of tires replaced.

The workers were super nice and helpful when the air pump wouldn t inflate one of my tires. Wouldn t have gotten back on the road without their help!

The tall young guy with the crew cut is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Purchased tires from him second time around he makes the transaction very smooth.I recommend not to go there on weekends. Because it's a madhouse busy busy.Go during the week early.

Had a flat and wanted to get new tires. Earliest appt was Sat pm. Went to Town Fair tire. They said they would fix it for about $10.

Lets be honest, buying tires is not fun. The guys at Costco make the experience bearable! They are so polite, nice and knowledgeable. I didn't feel that I was being manipulated into buying anything I didnt want. Great customer service!

They realy have a problem calling back when rhe car is done, second time changing the tires and they did forget again left the car 10 AM caled around 5:30 couse nobody called me...

Very large selection of new tires but I find them to expensive,for be a cosco. $760 for a set I known are better prices outside.

They have nitrogen air here for my tires which is the only air I can use. They helped me figure out how to add the nitrogen to my tire which was super.
