My wife and I saved money by using your repair shop and so far we are very satisfied. The mirror functions that we have tried so far are working and we will let you know if we have any issues with heating functions or anything else. I really wanted to write this review because we were impressed with the ease of this process and can't believe how CLEAN the car was when we picked it up. The car was shining inside and out and we would love to know how you got the interior windows so clean. Can you share your secret??? Thank you for A+ service

It was agood experience the car took a little long but I know that's how it is now. They did nice job everything is working correctly and they cleaned and detailed the car and wheels but left the roof dirty with pine tar drippings.

As always, the best service, the best treatment, respectful and responsible. Always paying attention to the little details . They were quick in working on the car. If my car needs any kind of paint repair, I won't think twice about taking it here. SIMPLY THE BEST.

The car was made here after the accident on insurance. There are a lot of problems with communication and work, paint stains, etc. It was even worse later. Six months later, the hub bearing hummed. At the dealership, they found that the rack was bent, alignment was not done, tires on the left side, front and rear (the impact was on the right, so the wheels remained) erased from the outside. In other words, alignment was not even checked, otherwise they would have seen that there was a problem, and after checking, they would have found a bent shock absorber strut. Very bad. I don't recommend it.

I had two doors and a bumper replaced by Father and Sons collision center in West Springfield and let me tell you they run a tight ship. Tom was extremely outgoing, friendly, and attentive. He was able to processes two separate claims at the same time, detail my car, and finish the repairs 4 days ahead of schedule!! Top quality work, my car has never looked better! Pics for attention.I recently had my car fixed by Carstar Collision. They were super professional and managed to get my car in ASAP. Kevin and Rich were easy to work with and i was not disappointed. My car looks absolutely phenomenal. They were even nice enough to touch up a few spots on my car and i greatly appreciate it. I had an accident repair done here. Though it took awhile for parts, the service my Jody the manager was phenomenal. She came after hours to meet me to pick up my car.

Service and communication was excellent and the repairs were done on time.My repair was an insurance claim however, I feel that the work done and the price charged was much less than I thought and I would have likely paid for the repair in cash if it was not covered by insurance.

Tina is very unprofessional and screamed at my daughter and I multiple times! Had my car in their shop for 2 months and the car was handed to me with no fix. Asked for a refund and it s been months. Called again to follow up and she screamed again and hung up.

I went to Fathers & Sons Collision Center due to a recent car accident, and the service was excellent throughout the process. They explained the process, worked with my insurance company when necessary, kept me informed as the work was being completed, and finished the repairs in a very timely manner. And, perhaps most importantly, the work product is exceptional. I've included before and after photos below. While I hope to not need their services again, if I do, I will definitely work with Kevin and Frank at Fathers & Sons Collision Center.

Great Service, along with great work. Zero issues working with Tom and his crew. Tom went above and beyond working with us exploring multiple options to fix a deep scratch in the driver door. I just recently brought in my SUV to Collision on December 27, 2023. My SUV was sideswiped on the passenger side and unfortunately the driver of the accident left the scene. However, I did do what I had to do and file a police report and of course my SUV had damage on the whole right side. When contacting my insurance, I explain what had happened and no less told them where my SUV had to go to get fixed to make sure that I get Manufacture parts. Having under 20,000 miles on my SUV I want to make sure Aftermarket parts are not on there. Bringing my SUV in to Carstar Collision I was greeted by Kerrie. She is always takes my call when I have to bring my SUV in for service. Aubrie the woman who took care of my SUV. She made sure that everything that was put on was manufactured through Volkswagon, including a new rear door. I was surprised that it needed that, but she explained the reason why. She was very thorough and made sure that everything that had to be done was done. Although parts have been taking a little bit longer than Anticipated with the market, she always delivered.The only issue I had is after I picked it up, being someplace else my battery on my key fob died. I was devastated, but then I rememberer that I have the VW app to unlock my SUV. And once getting into the SUV, always drop your key fob in the console box, it automatically charges your key fob for a few minutes so you could start it. Remember that from working in car sales. I know I had to have one last experience with something not working, that was it and I just brought it to O Reilly s. Had the Battery replaced and then everything was fine.Services: Exhaust, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

The entire staff was wonderful, from Carrie in the office and of course, Frank at the shop. They were patient and explained the process as we waited for a part. My experience at Fathers and Sons collision center was excellent and by far more than I expected. I am very happy with the work and customer service. I highly recommend this shop. Richie and Tom along with the service team were are extremely professional. The work on the vehicle was no doubt quick and impressive when completed. After scratching my Subaru Ascent I did a bit of research online and decided to trust Carstar Fathers & Sons with my vehicle. I was so worried about finding a place that would do a good job given a previous experience with a different company, but boy I am glad I found them.GUYS!!!! They are absolutely amazing!!!!!My car looks better than when I dropped it off. Not only did they do an excellent job with fixing the outside. They also interior detailed my vehicle and buffed out some small scratches I had on my car. They did all this within my budget too!!!! I honestly can't thank Tom and his staff enough. People, if you are looking for a place to get work done on your car, this is the place!! They are all professional and accommodating and you will absolutely not regret your choice. Had a great experience at the collision center. Car was fixed and returned back in a very timely manner especially considering the work took place during the holiday season. Everything was communicated clearly throughout the process and best part was the car was washed and the interior buffed and almost brand new upon delivery. Tom was great to work with.

really was hoping to have a 5 star experience but nope . not only did they take over a month to give me my car back but they also did such a poor job . my door isn t aligned right when it rains water gets in my passenger side strut is blown BAD idk how that even happened when the hit was on the driver side . i m guessing when they took it to align they messed it up or something but now i have problems i didn t have before . so for that alone and the time frame my car was there for i expected my car back the same way but better but it s worst .Service: Body & Trim

CARSTAR Saved the day! I was rear-ended by someone not paying attention on the highway and I was out of luck. Everywhere I called was booked out for weeks. Did some research and found this place booking next week. Matt (head of collision repairs) assisted me the whole way, he was super professional and kind. His team did an amazing job and honestly went above and beyond. My Subaru Legacy never looked so good! Taking a look at the body work outside before picking up my car, I was impressed, but the inside is were they took it a step further. They cleaned her up and made her shine. Had her looking better then the day I picked her up from the dealership. They earned a returning customer. If my baby ever needs work done on her again I know where I'm headed!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My 2017 GTI went in for repairs from an accident on Christmas Eve. The car was in rough shape. Kevin at Fathers and Sons walked me through the whole process of what was going to happen. He made sure our rental process went smoothly also. He kept me up to date with progress and any delays. He was very professional.The best part of the process was when I picked up the car after they were finished. All I can say is WOW!!My car looked brand new again from the inside out. They cleaned up everything on the car including cup holders. The buff job on the paint was beautiful. Incredible attention to detail. So very glad I brought my car there. Thank you!!

This was only the second time that I have been in need of collision repairs since I started purchasing vehicles in 1996 from Fathers & Sons. From my initial contact, both Kevin and Frank were extremely courteous, professional and thorough during the entire process. Repairs were completed in a very timely manner and the result was flawless!! Every detail was addressed and handled properly the first time, including dealing with the insurance company. Truly a painless process!! Thank you for your excellent service.
