I got my car diagnosed here. My engine is new and more rare so he wasn t sure exactly what was wrong with it but was extremely helpful otherwise. Super honest and accommodating. The prices are great and customer service is phenomenal. Would recommend.

We recently had our Audi Q5 serviced at Bob s Auto . It was a detailed service recommended by requirements set forth by Audi . Besides the recommended service brakes had to be replaced . Bob took the time to explain what exactly had to be done along with associated costs . Bob did exactly what had to be done , nothing more nothing less . Bob provided photos of the replaced parts side by side comparison to the defective ones . To make a long story short , Bob was an absolute pleasure to do business with . Not only a GREAT mechanic but one with integrity . On top of that he saved me hundreds of dollars compared to what the Audi dealership wanted for the same service . Bob s Auto is highly recommended . Bob s Auto deserves my business and I m sure I will remain a faithful customer .

Bob is very trustworthy and spot on with diagnosing a problem. He gets back to you timely and the pricing is always reasonable. He has excellent customer service ! We recommend him often to family and friends!

I can always trust Bob to do the job right. He takes great pride in his work and never cuts corners. Whenever I have questions about repairs or installations, he gives honest feedback and takes you through every step of the process. I can be confident that he will always use quality parts and the right tools. On top of being a great mechanic, he is also very personable and professional. You will feel that he cares for your car just as much as you do. Peace of mind is worth every penny.

Went to him for the first time for a job that are normal mechanics wouldn't / couldn't do. He was quick and efficient and friendly. Will be taking our Volkswagens to him from now on

This week, I had a unexpected issue with an overtorqued wheel + aftermarket lug bolts. I called most the shops in WS and had no luck before finding out about Bob's. I brought my car over, and he tried a few things before breaking the lugs free. Honestly I'm glad I had this small issue that let me find Bob's. I will definitely be returning in the future for my VW/Audi maintenance needs. Thanks again Bob!

I have been using Bob's Auto to care for my fleet of Volkswagens since approximately 1998. Even when I moved to Kansas I new I could call Bob and Bobby in Massachusetts and get sound advice for my aging Jetta. I used to joke that it would be cheaper for me to fly him out there instead of paying import car service fees in the Midwest. I have always been 100% satisfied with the service here. If your car needs anything, Bob is your guy! Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment, Transmission repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

I've been going to Bob's off and on since I started driving. They are absolutely the best auto repair shop around. I've driven back from NYC and Boston when my car needed work, because I know I can trust what they say. Bob tries to keep your car repair costs low, but he'll also tell you if a cheap repair using an aftermarket part is just going to cause more problems in the long run. No matter how many questions I have, Bob always takes the time to explain even the most complicated problems. Car repairs are never fun, but having a shop you can rely on makes a big difference. I've had other places try to scare me into unnecessary work because they think I won't know any better. I do. If I can drive my car to Bob's, it's always my first choice.

The man knows what he's doing, does it well - expert on Audi and VW (and Porsche I assume but we do not have one yet..) He doesn't overcharge, gives excellent advice to me and the rest of my family that own Audi's or VW's. We have never had a bad experience. Highly recommended.

Hands down one of the best mechanics I've ever dealt with. Bob is patient and perfectly willing to explain all facets of what is wrong with your car--without condescension. He knows the ins and outs of VW's and goes the extra mile to make sure your car is fixed and all problems are solved. Thanks!

Unfortunately, if you decided to own an European car, you will have difficulty finding a proper mechanic. If this guy can't help you, perhaps noone can!

Bob's is great garage. He's very knowledgeable and helpful. He's a straight up kinda guy no BS if he can't do it he'll let you know instead of giving you the run around. Definitely take my car back to him.
