After looking for months and months and watching prices on X5's we decided to give them a chance... To our amazement they came within $500 of our offer but shorted us on our 2022 equinox... But they were selling it for what we paid for it the year before... We are still watching to see how long they sit on it and watch the price lowering..Our sales gal - Chelsea and finance gal (forgot your name) - were great!!Went back a week later to get the fine tuning via "The Genius" and Bryan was very good as well.

Had a great experience at BMW of West Springfield! Each time I went there I was greeted by professional and friendly staff. My salesperson Nick Duclos was great. Very knowledgeable, friendly and you could tell cared about our experience. When we picked up the vehicle we met with Bryan Nguyen who brought us thru every inch of the car and made sure we understood all of the features. Overall we're very satisfied and when it comes time for the next one we'll be back.

Purchased a 2019 Nissan Pathfinder in November and LOVE IT. We needed a larger vehicle for our growing family and they helped us tremendously. Thank you so much Naadira and the manger Hector!! They were so helpful and I didn't feel pressured at all to make a decision. They let us take our time with deciding, let us take the vehicle for multiple test drives so we could get a good feel for it. Also a shout out to the financial gal (I can't remember her name I'm so sorry) but she was amazing, super friendly, and made the time of signing paper work, and dealing with the approval so much easier.My family is so comfortable with the extra space! Good prices, terrible customer service for the out of town buyer. Saleswoman wasn't very knowledgeable about car features, didn't touch up minor scratches that she said would be taken care of upon delivery. Unnecessarily prolonged time in receiving plates & registration.

Tony was incredibly helpful during the buying process and we arrived at a great deal for all parties. With me being out of state, he was also helpful during the registration process and worked to arrange a dropoff in my home state to minimize my travel. I would highly recommend BMW of West Springfield and Tony.

Just recently purchased an off brand vehicle and honestly you wouldn t have known it based on my experience. Gezim worked with me through phone calls all week before I drove across the state. He really worked hard to get me the deal. Rachel was very clear and transparent about the remainder of the process. As a cash buyer she could have very easily just left me to deal with all the additional paperwork with the registry and my insurance but didn t.Overall a great experience, can t recommend enough.

I had a fantastic experience with the salesperson CHELSEA at the BMW of West Springfield dealership. She was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and helped me find the perfect car to suit my needs. What made the process even better was their fantastic sense of humor, which made what could have been a stressful experience, much more enjoyable. Her friendly and professional demeanor, combined with their sense of humor, made the entire process a breeze. She was patient, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about their inventory ensuring I made an informed decision.

My wife and I are from out of town and needed tires due to a blow out. We went to W. Springfield BMW and received the best service from Pedro one of the service advisors. He took us right in and his team did great job. I would highly recommend Pedro and this dealership to anyone.

I scheduled an appointment to view a listed used car on Thursday, and unfortunately, the visit did not meet my expectations. Despite having a confirmed appointment, I had to wait for an extended period before being informed that the car had been sold the day before on Wednesday.It would have been greatly appreciated if I had been informed in advance that the car was no longer available before making the trip for the scheduled appointment. This would have saved both time and inconvenience.Additionally, I attempted to reach out to the general manager today to discuss my concerns, but the call has not been returned.I trust that BMW of W. Springfield values its customers and their feedback.

I do not like to leave negative reviews but I don't know what else to do. I purchased a Certified 2021 Alpina B7. The deal was done remotely since I live in PA. The start was fine but once the deal was done it became very difficult to reach anyone. I have left messages for my sales person, sales manager, and general manager but have had no luck. I finally contacted BMW USA and filed a complaint. I am sure the dealership does a nice job in person but as far as online sales I wd be cautious.

Brought my X6 there, Josh the service manager went above and beyond fix the issue without me having to bring it back and we both learned something today about the X6. He was AMAZING and I am so glad that he was there he saved me a trip back therefore not having to waste extra money on gas time out of work or extra mileage! I Truly appreciate him so much.

I was searching for a Ford Explorer St and found one the color and options that I wanted at bmw of w Springfield, I m from NY and never purchased out of state. I did my do diligence on what salesperson was the one to go to but to my surprise that person wasn t there, so the nice lady at the front desk said I will get you someone and I wasn t to happy about not getting the person I wanted but to my surprise I got lucky and got Wendy she is very personable, professional and knows what she is doing. So if you re in the market for a used or new BMW or any other make they might have I would highly recommend going to see Wendy she will definitely take care of your needs and wants. Thank you Wendy for the amazing experience with hassle free purchase of my beautiful new SUV. The sales manager Jason is great as well and I can t forget the finance manager Rachel, thank you all very much for the top notch service.

Purchased a 2022 BMW M8 Gran Coupe Competition from BMW of West Springfield. They had this beauty on the lot with every option I wanted in gorgeous Sakhir Orange/Black interior. Steve in sales is exceptional. I didn't have a car at the time to visit the bank for a cashier's check so he personally drove me there and back to the dealership. While waiting for documents to be ready, he checked back multiple times to make sure my husband and I didn't need anything and were comfortable. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. Overall fantastic service from BMW of West Springfield and I definitely recommend this dealership!

I contacted this dealer after being mistreated by my local BMW dealer. The sales department (Chris Frois) and the general manager (Jerome Ballesteros) treated me with the utmost respect and communicated with me every step of the way. They gave me the best price on my 2018 M3 and assisted me with completing my european delivery experience. I would highly recommend this dealer when shopping for your next BMW. I feel comfortable and at ease when the service department completes scheduled maintenance on my vehicles; they take great care and pride in what they do.

I leased my BMW X3 from the West Springfield dealership and dealt with Rachel. She was amazing and has since been promoted.When my lease was up I decided to buyout my lease and that is when I began working with Nick. He was very professional and easy to work with. He explained the procedure and guided me through the purchasing. Very knowledgeable and stayed on top of making sure my experience went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Nick. This dealership really cares about top customer service and Nick really goes the extra mile for his customers.

I recently bought a car from BMW of West Springfield and wanted to share how happy I am with my salesperson Wendy and the team. Wendy s relaxed, low-pressure approach was unexpected and refreshing. She was really easy to talk to and she quickly answered my questions. We mostly worked thru the process on the phone and via email which I didn t even know was possible. It was incredibly convenient. Everyone involved (Wendy, Rachel, Brian and GM Jason) made the purchase smooth and positive. I m loving my car. Thanks for a great car buying experience.

Just got an X7 yesterday and the experience could not have been any better. Thank you Gezim, Jason and Christian. I live about 2 hours away and we did the whole purchase over the phone and e-mail. I asked them if I could have the car ready to drive home yesterday when I went in because of the distance I had to drive. I was able to bring it home and it is my dream car. Rachael made the financing process simple and Bryan took his time explaining the tech setup and options in the vehicle. Purchased my 2022 BMW X3 overall content with my purchase. I also purchased tire and wheel protection plan. When purchasing this plan a year ago I worked with Rachel Label the finance manager who was overly confident about this plan and gave me information that was false. So make a small story short do no purchase this plan, it is no different if you were to just purchase new tires. Rachel refuses to make phone calls back and very poor with communication, but will sell things to you without having much knowledge only just to make the commission. So don't be like me either do more of your research, people will play you just to make a dollar. Don't waste your time thinking she's explaining that she's here to help you out, because she's not. Purchase the car and don't let the finance manager rob you of your car shopping experience.

Very poor service. Will not answer calls, cannot get a call back when leaving message, will not address ongoing issues even after collecting payment. Good luck getting resolution in first visit. No response even when responding to personal reach-out.Had high hopes of resolution with the reach out from GM. However, appears the organization simply follows the leader in no response to calls. No apparent interest in resolving ongoing issues or taking of payment with no repair. Thankfully, I have options. Expensive lesson.

We had a wonderful experience buying our first BMW with Rachael Label (Business Manager) and Chelsea Stokosa (Client Advisor). We initially came in to test drive an X3 and inquire about the upcoming X1. The test drive was straight forward and upon driving the X3 decided that it was a little bigger than we were looking for, so we started looking at the upcoming X1. Rachael was proactive and sent up the information for the X1, which was not yet available to order and told us if we were interested in ordering both cars, we could ultimately decide which one fit our needs when they were delivered, applying our deposit to the vehicle that we ultimately chose. In discussing the options for the two vehicles, we decided to move forward with an X1 factory order from Germany. Rachael arranged for us to secure the first allocation from the dealership and handed us off to Chelsea to spec and order the car. We ordered the car, put down a deposit, and waited for delivery. The trip through manufacturing and delivery from Europe can be a long one, but delivery took about three months from start to finish, which was pretty good considering this was the first dealership delivered vehicle for the 23 X1 redesign. Once the car arrived, Chelsea was able to work around our schedules to have us test drive the car and finalize the purchase. Paperwork was largely straight forward and we were able to work with our outside lender to secure favorable financing. The dealership was able to arrange for the car to be PPF d and ceramic coated before final delivery and everything was ready to go based on agreed timelines. Our experience with BMW of West Springfield was a good one and we look forward to working with their team in the future, be it for service or additional purchases.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from BMW of West Springfield and had a very smooth experience. It was a fairly long drive for me to to get to the dealership, but the staff was very accommodating and stayed late to help me make an informed decision on a weekday evening. Wendy Charbonneau helped a ton throughout the purchase process, and all of the staff was very kind and helpful. The attention to detail when setting up everything with the car was top notch. Sorting through the paperwork and financing was a breeze. Overall, I'd highly recommend buying a car from BMW of West Springfield.

be aware of the hidden $1800 "coating fee" that is not optional when purchasing from this dealer.professional shops don't even charge close to that for a REAL ceramic coating
