Joe does a fantastic job with all of the customers he services. The mechanics also are very specific and special in completing everything required and checking all requirements. I would highly recommend Balise for auto maintenance.

I was in a tough spot with no car, my friend brought me here and I got a new car in 1 week! Marc and Bill were super great to work with and they explained everything to me as a first time car buyer and they made the whole process go really smooth! I am very pleased with the work that was done on my 2016 Lexus NX200T! My service advisor Chris H. was very thorough in explaining the current needs of my car and did not pressure me into getting unnecessary work done. My service technician, Andre F. was detailed in explaining what needed to be done, via video, as well as any future work that I should consider the next time I have to do maintenance!! Overall, Balise Lexus s service department provided me and my car with top shelf care! I will always bring my car to them for any of my service needs!!

My car got stolen three weeks ago. I was actively looking for cars and the process was overwhelming and stressful. However, when my boyfriend and I came to Balise Lexus, Ashley, our sales agent and her team, including Greg, made the process less overwhelming for me. They were knowledgeable, personable and very helpful; making sure I understood the whole process. Now I am a happy customer driving the car I wanted!

Best experience that I could've ever asked for. Sales Reps made sure I got the model/style I wanted; explained every single detail about the car and it's technology and of course got a competitive price. Cannot express enough how happy I was with the outstanding customer service experience I had, I recommend Balise Lexus dealer 100%.

While Lauren isn't in sales, she answered a ton of questions for me about the difference in the RX and TX. I am still leaning towards the RX but I never would have even realized what the TX was without her guidance. Thank you so much for your assistance and I hope to chat with you again in the future! I had an issue with a friend s RX350 that needed servicing.I called and first spoke with Bianca (who was super-helpful in initiating the appointment process as well as in answering any questions that I had).Chris was then appointed as my service advisor and could not have been more helpful throughout the entire process.Scott- a new hire picked me up when I needed a ride to the dealership (upon service completion) and could not have been nicer.All in all- a fantastic experience with the team at Balise Lexus in West Springfield.

I highly recommend Balise Lexus! Marc, the sales rep was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, made suggestions and helped me select the appropriate vehicle for my needs. Everyone was extremely friendly and made the buying process enjoyable.

I love the car care I get here. I have had the same repair liaison everytime I come. I assume they plan it this way. The facility is the best I've been to. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. I don't ever feel like I'm being upsold or lied to. They even send a video explaining what service you need. No complaints at all.

The best service I ever received from a dealership it was complementary kris in the auto department was a great host. He made me feel comfortable. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family. My new slogan is if you re not in Lexus , you re not driving.

I highly recommend Anthony at the dealership. He helped me with my car and is generally such a very nice person. He is possibly about to sell a car to my sibling. I love my car and the time and effort that they put into the sale and helping me with numbers really made the decision easy

Dmitriy and Jimmy from the service department were great. Stayed in touch with us about the service status. Made service recommendations without pressure. Applied service discounts lowering the service cost. Accommodating our specific needs to get the car back to us. All this done while the car was 100 miles away from us. Very satisfied.

Overall I had a great experience starting from when I put down a deposit with my sales lady barbara spear and the day I picked up my new car was also an awesome experience, the sales manager who walked me through the all the functions of the car and set it all up with my phone and the app was awesome. Would definitely recommend.

As always, my experience at Balise Lexus was wonderful!It was easy to make the appointment, my service advisor (Joe Renzulli ) explained everything and escorted me to the loaner car. He called when the work was done. He explained all charges and called later to make sure that I was completely satisfied.

Always professional. Always personable. On time completion of routine scheduled maintenance. 4-year old vehicle purchased here at Balise still runs and feels like it s brand new. Service Advisor Chris always is a pleasure to work with and is an excellent representative of the Belize brand.

I went in for a basic 40,000 mile check up on my 2014 RX 350. I had just traveled from Florida back up to Massachusetts so my license was misplaced and I didn t have it on me for the loaner vehicle that I thought that I was going to get. The service manager named Joe told me that they could do the job in an hour and a half while I waited and put me to the front of the line so I said yes. They were fast. Efficient took a nice video of my vehicle, and told me that it was in great shape . I have been going to Ira Lexus of Manchester for years and was really quite nervous to make the switch, but now that I have, I m very glad that I did and I think that Balise Lexus is an awesome dealership with excellent service people! I look forward to my next visit.

Service department is excellent! Identify service issues to be addressed. All gets completed on a timely matter and the status is communicated via video and text. Joe makes the whole experience enjoyable and you leave with a good feeling.
