I would recommend this place to anyone! They took in my car right away when I needed repairs, they are friendly, easy to work with, and very professional. My car means everything to me and they did an amazing job with the work on my car and even detailed it to finish. I d put 10 stars if I could!

A few years ago, I purchased an SUV with a side mirror that was wobbling and not properly positioned. While driving in West Springfield, I chanced upon Arnold s Auto Body and decided to ask for an appointment. To my surprise, the owner who was at the front desk offered to check it out immediately. With his tools in hand, he meticulously worked on it for about 15 minutes and managed to restore it perfectly. What was even more astounding was that he didn t charge me a dime. Fast forward to today, I visited again with a new car that had a few rock chips. Without hesitation, the same gentleman offered to help, asking only that I bring in some touch-up paint. His willingness to offer time and expertise without expecting anything in return is a true testament to his character.In a world filled with cynicism, this man reminded me of the inherent goodness in people. Arnold s Auto Body is not just a business; it s a place where genuine kindness is at the forefront. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best shop out there. I had my QX80 repaired couple weeks ago. Job was done so well perfectly !The owner went an extra mile for us, had our car delivered to designated address!Would continue to use this shop for any of my car repairs or maintenance.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

I ve been bringing my cars here since I was 18. If I could give 10 stars, I would. These guys do a GREAT job, and they go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. I used to bring my mustang here a lot back in the day lol it was an accident magnet. I still bring my car here for any auto body needs, since they do work with insurance companies, I ve never gone anywhere else. Everything is always done so perfect, and everyone I ve dealt with is very friendly.

Have used Arnold's a few times for detailing (interior and exterior) and have always been incredibly pleased - this time when I called to schedule a service they were incredibly rude and basically indicated they were not interested in the business. I'm not sure why they would treat a returning customer that way, but, point taken. Best of luckService: Body & Trim

I brought my filthy dirty car to Arnold's to have a dent in my door fixed. I have to say I received five star treatment! Not only did they fix my car they detailed it too and it looked like new. They also handled all the car rental details and had a car ready for me upon arrival. Everything from dropping it off to picking it up was handled with excellent treatment and ease. I give Arnold's A five star rating.

I'd give 6 stars if I could. They did a fantastic job, much better then I expected, even though I knew that they had a good reputation before I went there. And, when they were done they even waxed my car and cleaned out the interior, couldn't ask for any more.

My name is Andrew! Arnolds garage is the WORST garage I have ever been to. I can say I have given Arnold's garage the benefit of the doubt and I tried giving them the Opportunity to fix their mistakes and they dont seem to care. I had body work done to my truck that they messed up on. The paint has bubbles and runs in multiple places. I've had to reschedule several times now because bill keeps telling me they do not have time or staff. Mind you I paid over a thousand dollars cash for this work to be done. On top of that when they took my doors off to paint and then they put everything back together the wrong way and some things were no longer working which caused me to have to purchase new parts and fix it myself. They took the money and did a piss poor job and they will not stand by their work and fix the issues they caused. On top of that I have had to reschedule the full detail that I have had an appointment for 3 different times over the course of 5 months. I waited the entire summer to have my vehicle detailed because they keep putting me off. Very unprofessional and I highly recommend to stay away from Arnolds garage! It's been nothing but a waste of money and time along with a headache.
