Thank you so much to everyone down at Parkway Toyota. Mike Hanna, James Brown over in service is always amazing! And Cindy has been so helpful and sweet each time I ve been there! I ve been a Toyota customer for over 10 years and they always take such good care of me. I ve been multiple vehicles from this location and I plan to continue to come back here.

The place changed name from Prime to Parkway. I wasn't aware when I entered the dealer, otherwise, I would have continued. The sale person were trying his best, until the finance person got involved and instead of giving the numbers for the two cars I asked, the sale person gave me the number of the priciest car, very deceiving. Then I noticed the sake manager hovering to push a sale. Too bad since I hate to be pushed. So I stood up to leave, and then the sales manager had the gut to talk trash about the car I own, which was expected to be trade. Then I knew that a business deal was off since I was already at a disadvantage. Being a female Latina doesn't give anyone the right to what I experienced. It's not a very friendly dealer for people like me. I'm taking my business some place else.

Karen in Service is awesome. Place is clean, free coffee and plenty of seating with news shows on tv if you want. Techs are great - will continue to go back...

This location was bad when it was Prime but since it's local & convenient I was hoping they'd improved. I called yesterday morning to inquire about an issue my 2018 Toyota is having. I simply wanted to know if it's covered under the power train warranty my vehicle still has (since I have an aftermarket warranty too.) The girl I spoke to seemed young & almost as if she didn't understand my question. She said "let me place you on hold" but instead transferred me to another line that went to voicemail.. I left a detailed message with my phone number & question but have yet to receive a call back. Bad customer service & I will not be going there. So much for trying..

You can t trust the service department here to do anything right, unfortunately. I brought my vehicle in for an important safety recall, and Jeff performed the wrong recall that doesn t apply to my VIN, without completing the correct one. Yikes.

Used to be better, service has gone down. Overcharges for simple fixes, tries to get you to buy things you don't need. People are friendly enough but don't update you on status of car at all like they used to. You could be there for 45 minutes or 5 hours. Bring a book.

Was a good experience? I can't tell, I'm not sure, I ended up spending $1600 for what I thought was going to be an oil change. How to know if they really did what they say would do?
