I had a good experience with this mechanic shop, as my car needed an oil change and tire rotation. They tested the car and said it did not need alignment. I appreciated Steve's honest and straight forward approach, he was not pushy like other mechanics who try to scare you and sell you more work than necessary.There's also a convenient waiting room with a table, chairs, newspapers etc.

These people helped me when I was stuck in a bind. They did a very good job and I am pleased with their work. They offer a fair price for the work and I will definitely return in the future. If you re stuck on the VFW Parkway, rest assured, they will get you on your way doing quality work.

I ve been to this place 3 times and every time I ve felt confident that I chose the right mechanic for my car. The place looks very innocuous - just a shell station - but they are open late and pretty much always get my car done before their estimated time. I ve also never once felt like I was being overcharged or scammed because their prices are very reasonable. They are also flexible and very nice on the phone. Easy 5 stars.Services: Tires, Oil change

Went to dealership, was told oil may be leaking into engine, car was not worth addressing, it will die when it dies . Took it to McCracken for a second opinion. Worked with Steve, he found no evidence of a leak. He replaced a sensor, oil light went out, we are good. Thank you Steve for bringing sanity, common sense and a solution to our situation. Highly recommend!!!

Jason and his team are amazing. Courteous, honest people and I will not hesitate to refer anyone to their locations for any level of service. Excellent wheel alignment services and low prices for Top Tier gas. Nice pumps, clean, and well lit. Great service station overall.

The people at McCracken Auto are the nicest people I've ever dealt with they were very efficient friendly and courteous I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back for all repairs in the future!!!

Had an alignment done. Convenient that I could pick up in the evening on a Saturday because the mini mart was still open.
