I went in one hour before closing with a flat tire. The manager.. I didn t get his name , was so graceful and accommodating. I was completely stressed! He was so helpful. He checked all my tires and showed me where there were two nails in one. It was not repairable. He gave me a choice of tires along with their rating. He soon replaced it and I went happily on my way.Today I am very satisfied and happy.Great customer service with a smile.Thank you.

There is an obvious effort to satisfy the customer. The estimate that I received was in line with others that I procured during my shopping for new brakes. The service manager was extremely polite and informative.

Service has gotten really bad. Appointments mean nothing. The last 3 times ive tried to get my car aligned ive had to leave without the work being done. Most recently, i had an appointment at 7am. I waited 45 minutes and there was no one there except the guy at the desk. Totally unreliable shop.

The service is bad. I have tire leak and they pull the car in to check for leak. After a while, I asked if I do the oil change as well, how much is cost. After I heard the oil change is too expensive. I said just repair the tire then. Since that I heard nothing and waiting another 40 minutes, I asked if the car is ready. The service guy said they can't repair the tire since the tire tread is low. They did not tell me first when I ask for oil change, also the tread is not low, it is the sporty tire, the tread is fine. They just want to milk more money. They did not come to me to tell what is wrong. If I did not ask if car is ready or not, they probably will let me sit there for another couple hours. Just outrageous.

I dropped my car off for an Oil Change and 2 new tires to be installed. I received a call back informing me that my car needed new brakes on both the front and rear which was odd considering I had just had the brakes on one of the axles mentioned less than 5000 miles ago but that was not the most disturbing part of the encounter. I was then told my car needed the 100k tune up which was completed when the car was in for an oil change at my regular garage at my last oil change. Then I was told the other 2 front tires needed to be replaced as well when I mentioned that those tires had been purchased at Firestone with the warranty it was mysteriously back pedaled and said I did not need 2 other tires. Needless to say any trust I had for Firestone has been lost after this experience.

They use cheap quality parts when doing repairs & installing parts such as brake pads. I got a brake job there in April 2022 and they used the cheap quality "ceramic" pads which are the cheapest quality but UPCHARGED /charged the regular rate as anywhere else. The pads were squeaking & almost worn away less than a year later & were 60% worn away down to #4 after only 10 months of regular driving when inspected at a local mom & pop mechanic service station for the inspection sticker who advised me of this. This was the first front brake pad change since I had bought the car from Honda across the street in Jan2017 & those pads lasted 5 years. Also, several years back, they damaged my trunk spare tire well and cover as well. Also, the wait time is very lengthy/ several hours long for even routine tire changes. Very hard to communicate with over phone or onsite. They have computer terminal with the invoices turned away from you so you can't easily see it without walking around the kiosk where the tech's seat is. Very dirty lobby and waiting area.

I wish there was an option to give zero stars! Made an appointment the day before for a front end alignment and even told them I was coming from an hour away. As soon as I arrive they tell me they couldn t take my car in for a couple hours and wouldn t be done until closing. They lack communication skills and they clearly over book and give long wait times for premade appointments. I wouldn t recommend coming to this Firestone!

Oscar is AMAZING!!!! His customer service skills are top notch. Definitely recommend asking for him when going here. He explained everything to me so that I understood exactly what was needed aside from what I came in for. He also made sure I was satisfied with everything before I left and double checked to make sure everything I requested be done was done. I also had a blinker out & had the new bulb in the car & he offered to switch it out. Thank God I accepted the offer because a problem I couldn't figure out was discovered & he told me the best way to go about it but also gave other solutions. Most places tell you the solution that only benefits the company & not the customer. I like having options. Thank you Oscar!!!!!!

Went to buy two tires. They had set up for a next day pick up. I showed up the next day and waited half an hour only for them to tell me to go to Quincy. 0/5

Also, my anger was triggered by the customer service. I post a review on google to let others know the problem with this store and then the customer service team told me they will let area manager take care of my case within 2 business days. However, today is already more than 3 days. Please consider going to other stores for your cars.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Firestone Tires and their store manager, Oscar. I cannot express how dissatisfied I am with the service I received from them.Firstly, I dropped off my car at the store, which had two flat tires, I expected to receive assistance, but nothing chenged after 2 days. However, instead of providing the service, Oscar outright rejected servicing my vehicle. He showed a complete lack of empathy and understanding towards my situation. To make matters worse, I was left stranded, unsure of what to do next. I had no choice but to call a tow truck to transport my car to another nearby shop. This not only wasted a significant amount of my time but also cost me additional money for the towing service. The behavior and attitude displayed by Oscar were completely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a store manager, he should have prioritized customer satisfaction and provided the necessary assistance in a courteous manner. His refusal to help a customer in need reflects poorly on the entire Firestone Tires establishment.I would strongly advise anyone considering Firestone Tires to think twice before entrusting their vehicle to this particular store. The lack of customer service and the unhelpful attitude exhibited by store manager Oscar are clear indicators of the subpar quality of service you can expect from this establishment.I sincerely hope that Firestone Tires takes my feedback into consideration and takes appropriate action to rectify this situation. As a customer, I deserved better treatment, and I hope that others are spared from a similar experience in the future.Services: Tires, Oil change

The mechanic, Ian, was able to explain the issue, update his opinion based on a prior history of the car, and ensured things worked fully before returning it. He and another staff member, Meily, worked overtime to sort out a new issue they found while diagnosing my problematic spark plugs. Personable and dedicated folks!Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Oil changeServices: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I was way overcharged for ordering tires which were the wrong ones. After they pulled the stem off, then they discovered the mistake. Then charged me for four stems after I said no to their outrageous new offer for tires. THEY ALSO TOOK THE WEIGHTS OFF THE TIRE. IT WAS NOW UNBALANCED AND VIBRATED THRU THE WHOLE CAR! I had it fixed with someone else.

Waited two hours for two new tires, a rotation and alignment. Price was right for the service I received however they recommended an additional 1,300$ worth of work which included replacing front and rear brakes and rotors, 10 lug nuts, coolant and brake fluid. They weren t too pushy but I can easily see how someone less knowledgeable could get taken advantage of. The guys working were very nice. Not the worst experience at an auto care chain but not the best either.

In the last 6 or 7 years, I brought in 2 of my cars for brand new tires. I've always scheduled for an 8 AM appointment. Thinking I would Would be out by 11 AM. They never have the tires on-site. So I have to wait for them to show up to put them on your car. The last 2 times I've gone out 6:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. and I had an 8:00 a.m. appointment that is ridiculous

Shaking was just as bad if not worse then when I brought it in for a balance. Ended up taking this a few weeks later to Chrysler Treasure Auto who showed me that the weights were place all over the wheels and in abnormal places (like someone did it who had never done it before). I ve been trying to get the shaking to stop for months. Multiple regular and road force balances, new tires, new brakes all from Firestone but they could never get the shaking to stop. It took Chrysler Treasure Auto a few hours to fix the issue. Unbelievable and you have lost a customer.

It is natural to worry about whether you will end up overpaying for products or services you may not need when you are doing anything with a car. At this particular Firestone, I have always found that that they are willing to talk through all of my options with me and let me choose what I get and when I do repairs and service. In my experience, there has never been a false sense of urgency to produce a rash decision or an upsell. I have gone there long enough to have seen this across multiple managers and service reps. I don't throw around trust lightly, but this Firestone has earned and kept mine.Services: Tires, Brake service & repair

Poor service all round. I went for simple oil change and wiper blade change and testing the status of brakes. Wiper blade leaves lump of water on glass, who knows if the installation is wrong or the quality is poor. After testing the brake, when they put back the tires and alas TPMS on one of the tires does not work. They did not bother to even check these simple stuff.PS - Add to this their poor quality products. This is not review of this shop but Firestone in general. They have worst quality tires, mine wore out within 20k miles. So, when they offered me to change brake pads there, I was like 'no thank you'.Service: Oil change

I got a good price for tires and alignment for about$700 ..but then got a call the lock nut was stripped and charged an extra $100 to take the locks off each rim so I'm guessing $25 per rim because the lock socket was stripped and then an extra $6.75 x 4. nut to replace the locks so everything cost around $840.00.the guys were good it got done pretty quickly.

I would not recommend this store because they give me a quote of a part of 34.9. But they replaced four of them and charged me two hundreds of dollars for labor. Not sure if that is a right way of giving a quote.

Poor communication. Took an hour for an inspection with an appointment. The advisor told us 1.5 hours for service. I called after two hours and he said it would be ready soon. We then waited in the lobby for another hour.

This was my first time at a Firestone Auto Care center. It was very easy to book an appointment next day online. A tech was ready to meet me as soon as I arrived and explained everything ahead of time. As soon as the work was done I was contacted as promised. Since some of work was very simple it was done at no charge - a nice surprise. It was a great experience and I will be back when the need arises. This location is much more convenient than the dealer.
