Nobody likes replacing tires, but Dedham Wholesale makes it as painless as can be. The prices are more than fair and the service is ideal (competent, quick, and super friendly). I've used them several times throughout the years and dealing with them has been nothing but a pleasure. I honestly wish all corners of my life were as easy as having my tires replaced by Dedham Wholesale is.

A+ service from this shop. I took an F150 for an exhaust repair, and the work was perfect, reasonable and on time. They were very transparent throughout the process and very clear on the work being done. Best experience at a mechanic by far.

I stopped in this morning to get 2 tires and an alignment. They took me right away and had me out of there in an hour. Matt and Chris were behind the counter and were both great guys. Chris who is the owner, was a pleasure to speak with. He is a local figure in the community, a family man, and a youth hockey Coach. He told me how is father started the business when he was a kid and the way he spoke about it, I could tell Chris took a lot of pride in that. I will be getting my tires here from now on. I forgot to mention they came in $20 less than the big tire places on rte1! Great place!

Just an overall satisfying experience... Not skeptical like I've been in the past of Auto shops/mechanics, just generally comfortable. Great Accommodating staff- Matt at the desk is very friendly, courteous & helpful! Dan is as well and he does great car service, trustworthy & reasonably priced. Comfortable waiting area, actually didn't mind waiting! Glad I was referred here, thank you for your services, I appreciate it, your hard work & effort you put in doesn't go unnoticed !

They were great! I got a flat on the way to work. I went there and a very nice man told me it would be an hour. I had no choice but to wait. Next thing I know my car was fixed and ready to go within 25 minutes! I was pleasantly surprised. I'll definitely go back if necessary!

Would give them 6 stars if I could. I made an appointment online after having a leaky tire warning on my dashboard. When I dropped my car off they said it would take 30 min -- I popped over to the Greek grocery store and came back in 10 minutes to the job being done. It ended up only being a screw so they were able to patch it and then refused to let me pay anything. My family has been going here forever but this was my first time -- now I'll never go anywhere else.

I took my car to the dealer for service (oil change)and mentioned that one of the tires had a slow leak. After waiting for 2 hours I was told the tire had a nail in it (side wall) and would need to replaced($250 tire/labor). I couldn't wait to have it done and knowing that it was just a slow leak, I left and said I would come back next week. Instead of going back to the dealer I stopped in at DWT and saw Dan. He said he would take a look. Within 15 minutes he diagnosed the issue(it was a screw). He removed it, plugged the tire at a cost of $25. If your car needs break work done or tires, go to Dedham Wholesale Tire.

Can t say enough about these guys. Needed my brakes done with a very short turnaround and they delivered. Even offered to stay late till I could get the car. Very happy felt the price was fair and excellent customer service. Specifically from Matt at the front desk. Thanks a lot!

Always good prices, quick service, super helpful for little things when I've brought my car in for other things. I wish they followed through more with their mask policy but what they do they're good at. It's the most affordable oil change I've ever gotten for my VW, and they rotate my tires when I bring it for an oil change too!

Today was my first visit to DWT & Auto Service and won t be my last. I can confidently say they re now my mechanic. Only two years ago had my brakes replaced by another local Dedham mechanic and quality was poor- had to return in under the first 3 months of installation then due to squeaking noises. Was temporarily fixed and started noticing squeaking sounds more constant whenever making turns and thought it was due to weather. When it wasn t resolving, I knew I had to get it looked at. I have a RAV4 and only do 10-12k miles/year of standard commuting to work in Boston and highway travel. Upon inspection this time, needed all four brakes and rotors replaced. I was very pleased with the fair pricing of the service. I also live under a mile from the shop so the walk is exercise for me with traveling to and from. Thanks again!

I ordered 4 tires online and got installation from them. They found 2 tires are defective and replaced those to their stock tires right away. They took care of returning process and made everthing easy for me. Road force balance was great too. Great service!

I don t know how they have a 4.7 unless they had their buddies rating them! I called and was put on hold for nine minutes and when I called back it rang and rang until someone finally picked it up only to hang up on me!

I needed to replace the two rear tires of my car. They did not have that type of tire and explained that all tired have to be the same since the car is AWD. I bought the tires on Amazon, brought them to the shop and they did the replacement and alignment. Very good communication, professional service and fair prices. Great experience overall !

Dan helped me with a new set of tires the same day I walked into the shop. He was very accommodating and didn t try to upsell me. I ll be referring everyone I know to Dedham Wholesale Tires

Did a great job on my car. First time being there. Last place I went to wanted to charge me double what DWT charged and these guys did a fantastic job for half the price. They even did extra without charging me. This is my new place to go and I will tell everyone I know.Thanks Dan!

Honest and competent, these are rare and scarce attributes for auto mechanics these days. Fortunately, I was directed by a family member to bring my car to Dedham Wholesale Tire and Auto. I know when I take my car to them that they will evaluate and repair it quickly, professionally, reasonably and I will not have to worry if the job was done right or if I'm being overcharged. They are always busy, so you may have to wait to get your car seen. I think this is further proof of the confidence people have in them and their work (you wouldn't take your car back to a repair shop if you had a bad experience). I won't take my car anywhere else.

Great service at Dedham Wholesale Tire! Chris and Dan were very responsive and helpful! They ensured I was giving the correct information for what I needed and weren't trying to sell me anything I didn't need. I had a flat tire and was hoping it could be repaired rather than buying a new tire. They had the tire I needed/wanted in stock. When I brought my car in, Dan took the flat tire, checked it out and repaired it, saving me an unexpected expense and time. I was in and out in minutes. I had gone somewhere else before Dedham Wholesale Tire and was told I needed a new tire. Shopping for tires is not always an easy process, whether buying all 4 or just 1 or 2. I am grateful and thankful for their service and will return to them first should I need service on my car in the future.Thank you Chris and Dan!!!

I ve read many of the posted positive reviews and I have to tell you I don t see it! I say that be a I called on two separate occasions and each time I was placed on hold for over 10min. The first time I called it was near closing and NO one bothered to return to the phone. The second time I called I hung up call right back and I explained that I had been on hold for 10min and the employee stated well it wasn t me you spoke with . that guy is downstairs you can call back if you want my man . So much for customers service!

Do you ever leave the auto shop feeling more confused than when you went in? That always happened to me, but not here. These guys very clearly communicate what is going on with your car. I trust that they re honest and will take care of my car.

Walked in with a punctured tire. Wish I got the guys name who helped me but he repaired it in under an hour without an appointment and swapped it with my spare when I returned. Great fast service and great price! Really nice guy!

Great service!Went in to fix a flat, and they did a full tire inspection, pointed out what was wrong, explained why it needed to be fixed, and gave a very reasonable, detailed quote.I'm very happy to have found a reliable tire place!!

Great service, honest employees. I am very happy I came to this shop, they patched up my tire quickly and it was very affordable. If any of my tires go, I'll repair or replace them here.

Fantastic prices and service.I searched all the tire web sites, checked the local tire stores, the big box stores that sell tires, Dedham Wholesale had the tires I was looking for, in stock and hands down the best price.Don't waste your time searching, go directly to Dedham Wholesale Tire and see "Dan".

Great place for new tires! Fast service and reasonably priced. Good bunch of guys and Dan runs a tight ship. I highly recommend them if you want to save money on tires, alignments, etc.
