Asked for 30 and only 30...made sure he understood. He starts to walk away as I watch the pump-which apparently he didn't set to auto stop. Of course it goes over. I told him I only asked for 30. Twice. He starts to get aggressive...in my face...threatens me by saying I asked for a fill up and then changed my mind. Umm, I don't think so. If I asked for a fill up I would pay for the fill up. I'm not the only person they tried this with-other people have also complained.. Just run a decent business-especially since this is a neighborhood gas station.

Most dependable place and I have been coming here for over a decade. Genaro is an auto genius and he is so helpful, he once lent me his personal car when he needed some time to fix mine. I also bought my Acura MDX from here through Sam - best decision before prices for used cars went crazy with Covid.

Bought a SUV last year seemed ok until I ended up having to replace the alternator and the muffler also didn't realize my AC was also broken an many other issues I had let them know that it took me a long time to save some money because I had to pay for my mom's funeral and couldn't afford mechanical issues they informed me that the car was pristine which was a lie be careful purchasing anything from them can't really trust them an also paid for my inspection sticker which they took money for SMH con artists

I got my car here and the price was absolutely fair, no complaints there really. But I ve spent nearly 1k now extra in trying to repair the car. Splash guard comes off constantly, I ve had to order different parts at different dealerships to get it to stay on. Bumper is, according to a Toyota dealership, loose. They also noticed the battery tray was loose that was an easy fix thankfully. Many screws loose in the trunk, and under the hood aswell. Just glad everything else is okay, but unfortunately not wanting to even use my car because I ve had to put so much money towards it.. weird. Tired of spending time at mechanics when I am already incredibly busy. Service was great though to be fair. Now wanting to trade it in, but can t seem to figure out if it is worth doing so because there s so much wrong with it at this point and me and my family have put some miles on it already. Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

hilarious customer service. Asked for 30 regular. And there was a 150 dollar hold (which is common happens at some places) but then there was a $70 charge. When I called the man said you are charged for the gas you use. Besides that I don t know what you re talking about gotta love it

Jacob's Auto has never let me down. If I needed an inspection or oil change in a pinch, they have always accommodated my request within reason. Irving is especially warm and always greets me with a smile. I would recommend them to anyone.Update: The staff at Jacob's continues to provide exceptional service, and I always look forward to stopping by.

I brought my car in because my emergency light started going on intermittently. They told me I needed tires. They put tires on and then we re very fast with me when I picked it up and just told me to pay. I did and left and they all went flat. The filled them with tire filler instead of cleaning them and putting them on correctly and they never bothered to change the plugs. I called them and they kept hanging up and laughing at me. Told me I was invisible. Now I have a new shop digging out all the black gunk and doing all 4 tires correctly. Very expensive. And as for the emergency light I doubt they even checked it. That is also now being fixed correctly. MyStay away!! They are mean and they will take advantage of you.Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement

I have been going to these guys for 20+ years as my exclusive repair shop and have purchased multiple cars from them. It has been not only the same owners the whole time but also mostly the same mechanics. Both the cars I bought worked perfectly and I could not have been happier with them and I have NEVER, in tons of trips here for repairs (I used them in college when I delivered pizza in old, beat up cars), had to bring the car back because the repair didn t take on the first try. If you re looking for that local gem of a gas station/repair shop/used car dealer look no further. The Jacobs and their team are literally the best.

After shopping around for over a month at dealerships, I found a posting with the criteria I wanted for my new used car on Jacobs Auto site through Car Gurus. The prices aligned with my needs and I was able to book an appointment to see the car I wanted day of. Nathan called me before my appointment to let me know the car I wanted was sold. I was appreciative that he did me the courtesy of calling before I arrived, as many dealership don t do this. He sent me the rest of his inventory and I agreed to still come in. Although I had narrowed down my search and am rather picky, I trusted Nathan enough from our interaction on the phone to at least see what he had on the lot. I am a first time buyer so I was skeptical of each place I visited, but Nathan made me feel comfortable, especially as a woman going to the shop on my own. I felt he treated me fairly and even worked hard to meet my budget needs. He wasn t pushy at all, instead he was extremely patient and made sure I took my time and really loved the car. He answered each one of my questions, everything from airbag recalls and how that would be addressed to how to take out a loan. By the end of my visit, I ended up test driving 3 cars and fell in love with one. Nathan, allowed me to bring it to my mechanic prior to purchasing it. He made this process feel easy and introduced me to the mechanics who would be detailing the car and the owner of the shop. After going to the finance office out in Auburn, MA, the car took less than a week to be registered, inspected, plated and detailed. Nathan even stayed late to allow me to pick it up the night the work was finished! Nathan does his job with integrity and pride, and makes you feel good throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Nathan and Jacobs Auto, especially for first time buyers.Notable:-Good prices-Low mileage inventory-Easy process: one thing to note is the finance office is in Auburn, MA-Inventory comes straight from the dealership-Easy to book appointments-Trustworthy, responsive and friendly staff

If you want them to serve you a latte with a spacious waiting area, stick with your Lexus dealership and pay the cost of those frills.If you want quality work at good prices with good communication, I recommend Jacob's. They have been servicing my cars for 8 years or so and I've been very happy with them. They are clear with telling you what needs to be done and what can wait. Their replacement parts are quality and you get a really good vibe about their honesty and integrity. Highly recommended.

I went and politely asked them to change my plates. The pump attendant yelled at me and say WE RE BUSY!!! . Then when I clarified he got even louder and said YES WE RE VERY BUSY!!! , the other pump attendant came out and and also yelled at me LEAVE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! . I came home crying after that. I pity anyone who has had the displeasure of ever having an interaction with this shop

I would like to give a special thank you to both Nathan and Vinny for helping put me in my new car. My last car died in the midst of the pandemic, the absolute worst time for it to happen. I struggled with three different places trying to get a car. I was bait and switched, given the run around, and generally felt like I was being toyed with everywhere I went.And then I found these gems. I was treated like a friend, they took their time with me when I didn't understand anything, never pressured me and every detail, offer, and option we discussed felt like it was my choice (guided by an experienced friend.)If you are trying to buy, shop them first and last. I feel great about the deal I got, thanks again!!

Jacob's Auto Sales and Service has been my family's choice for many years. They have treated us well and have a deep knowledge of the cars that we have brought there.Gennaro (sorry if I mis-spelled your name!) does a great job of explaining his thoughts involving the cars he works on. This is nice because the person who owns the car is informed and not just told of a problem. This is a quality that I have not seen in many mechanics and I appreciate this talent.I recommend Jacob's for your automotive needs, they are responsible and work hard to make sure the customer is satisfied.

I've been going there for a long time to many years and they have a very honest mechanic, gas attendant, and the management is very kind they have been taking care of my car for so long. I'll suggest if you have any problem mechanically or you want to buy used car go there.

UNCALLED FOR BELLIGERENCEI live nearby and frequently gas up here...even got an inspection sticker here once, and no real complaints except that the attendants never seem to use the gas cap holder on the tank door, but rather let the cap dangle on its tether against the fender, possibly causing scratches or marks to the finish not serious or unusual behavior, but enough to cause me to avoid so-called 'full service' stations, in favor of pumping my own gas.But just this afternoon, I asked the attendant, who later claimed to be the owner, to place the gas cap into the holder on the tank door. His response was decidedly belligerent:ATTENDANT: (loud & defiant) What is wrong with it?! It cannot scratch--it is plastic against plastic--it is hurting nothing!"I was quite taken aback by his vehement response to a paying return customer. I would have left right then and there, but the gas was already pumping. Since he seemed older than the usual attendants, I asked whether he was the owner, which he affirmed.ME: "Well, I won't ever come here again."ATTENDANT: "Good! I do not need your money...what, $20? It is nothing." (I had him fill the tank: just under $30). "Do not ever set foot on my lot again!"ME: "I'm going to tell everyone I know in Newton how you have treated me."ATTENDANT: "Tell it to everyone! Put it on the internet!"I remained silent after that, handing him my credit card after the pump handle clicked off. (I did notice by that point he actually complied with my request: the gas cap was neatly sitting in the holder on the tank door). He returned with my credit card and receipt:ATTENDANT: (still loud & bitter) "Do me a favor and do not let me see you ever again!"So, now I have complied with his imperative to put it on the internet...During my subsequent fill up at the SUNOCO a few blocks east, I was about to make the same request, but noticed the cap was already properly in the holder...I actually thanked the attendant, and he was all smiles, and very pleasant. What a contrast.[Note: I composed this review before reading others...interestingly, Andy S. on another popular review site chose the same adjective to describe the staff behavior: "When I mentioned to the manager...he got belligerent with me."]

Awful customer service and looked at a vehicle with scratches and dents dings then test drove it and was making all kinds of noises as if it were a bad wheel bearing. Salesman tried to tell me it was snow tires. When looked at all tires before test drive and there all season tires. This vehicle had a "clean carfax" history and had scratches all across the hood and sheetrock screws fixing a front bumper.

This gas station consistently has great prices, plus is full service which is nice in the winter.
