I want to start this by saying I've been to this shop before and never had an issue, but this time the service was lacking. I had an issue with my abs, and there were multiple lights. The original diagnosis was that the rear wheel speed sensor needed to be changed ($250 reasonably), then they found out it was a cracked wheel hub, so they took off the newly installed wheel sensor and put back on my old one. I appreciate that they didn't charge me, and gave me a diagnosis, the issue is that they did not return my car in the same condition as I originally gave it to them and then treated me like I was an idiot. When the problem originally occurred the abs light would come on right after starting the vehicle, and then would stay on for the duration of driving. After they diagnosed and altered my car, the light does not stay on and has a worse issue with the abs flickering on and off while driving. It was noticable right away as soon as I pulled out, so I turned around and asked for further assistance and the man who talked to me was rude and dismissive. I attempted to explain to them that my car did not have this issue when I arrived and before they did the diagnostic. I understand that abs can be finicky, but they dismissed my worries and sent me home and with my car in worse condition, they also said to fix it it would be $700, but after going to another shop it was only $500. I felt that they didn't give me the respect I deserved and sent me home in a more dangerous situation.

I agree with other people stating that they don t want your business. I had a flat tire yesterday unexpectedly (which I found out from a different shop had no hole that needed to be patched, but just filled with air). When I walked in and asked if they could look at the flat tire and it s off the car, the person at the front desk just simply stated no, not for a few days .

Went in this morning with a flat tire just so happened I picked up a nail took me right in repaired it and was on my way within 1/2 an hour fast and courteous would highly recommend

Never going to this place again. I had an appointment at 11 for an oil change, showed up at 10:45. At like 10:55 a woman came in for an oil change at 11, they took her car instantly and finished it within 15 minutes. Im here over an hour still waiting for my car. They have terrible customer service with zero communication, never apologized for the terrible service, and is overpriced as can be. Will never be here again, this place is trash

I went to this establishment and was treated very badly. I asked them if they can help me with a exhaust problem. And the gentleman stated that they didn't fix exhaust there. When it clearly states that they do. I am not one to plays the race card. But the gentleman made me feel uncomfortable.

I went for an inspection sticker, but was treated as if they could care less about my business. Very rude and patronizing. And not just to me but also to several older customers who came and went while I waited. Is it seniors, women or everybody who gets this treatment? I ended up leaving before any inspection took place and will not go back.

I have had cars inspected for over 40 years. I have never failed. These clowns fail me and the excuse is tread on the tires. Usually in this situation a customer rep would approach a customer and discuss the situation. Not one word until I went to pay for the inspection. Worst part is the all four tires have well over 1/8" of tread on them. The tires probably have at least 5000 more miles of wear. I almost wrote a review about a year ago when they tried to fix the exhaust on this same car. After 4 trips they still could not get the repair correct. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this establishment. Sad as I try to stay local, not this time. They gave two options of four new tires, both almost 1,000 dollars. I just called my usual place, 650 and 680 dollars for a set of four tires. Poor service and a rip off, Stay AWAY!Service: Vehicle Inspection

Unusually friendly and honest service. Our minivan was giving us some brake issues on vacation, so we stopped by here on a Saturday morning, and even though they were busy, they made time for us and ensured that our brakes were safely functioning. Thank you! We will be back.

Great shop. Have been taking my car here for years and they have always done a great job. Very professional and always give a fair price for work performed. Y'all should ashamed of yourselves trying to legit ROB people! Charging $500 for a $45 part! Just because people aren't mechanics doesn't mean they are STUPID. I understand marking the parts up a little cuz you had to go gt it and such but Charging NINE times more than it costs is COMPLETELY unethical...and in MY opinion theft! You would have had my business if you weren't so greedy.

They special ordered a tire for us, and they were by far the friendliest tire shop out of all other places within 30 miles. Thank you for the great service!

This place is the best!! Took my Ram there for a nail in a back tire. Turns out it was a glancing blow and it laid down in the tread and did not penetrate.. This place was actually honest about that and did not charge me one penny!!!! This is unheard of in todays world.. Please give these guys your business and I will do the same..

Despite being listed on Google as Dennis Firestone, and despite the 25' tall FIRESTONE sign out front, this is not an authorized Firestone center. Drove 55 minutes here for an alignment (covered under my lifetime alignment plan from Firestone). The clerk at the counter barely let me ask him anything, especially not regarding my lifetime alignment plan. Did not quote me on the cost of an alignment or ask me anything else. Only after they aligned the car did they tell me they are not an authorized Firestone center and they do not honor Firestone's alignment plans. The manager told me the sign out front is no different than a Budweiser sign. He said "It may as well be a 'Continental' sign." If the sign said "Continental" I wouldn't have come in. In addition to the unnecessary frustration, the staff here, manager and clerk were both rude, impatient, and totally unprofessional. I would not recommend this establishment.

Great service! We had an issue with a valve core after checking my tire pressure on our RV. They were very busy but took the time to fix us up like a NASCAR pitstop...we were on our way again in no time.

This is only a one star review because I cannot give it zero. This is a conjob a classic bait and switch sales operation that blasts good reviews using local friends. We called a few locations for actual legitimate authorized firestones and all told us if firestone is on the sign nation wide then our alignments and rotations would be free of charge, and despite informing the sleezy gentleman behind the counter that we would be using our purchased service before the work, it wasn't until after the car work was completed that he informed us that he "couldn't find our information" and he's not a real firestone, they only sell the tires. He told us that we wouldn't be leaving with our car keys without paying and while waiting in the waiting room, we did not witness a single interaction that did not come with some unforeseen problem. I'm irrate and not only will I not be returning I will be telling everyone about this disgraceful location.

Had flat just as I was leaving cape to go home. AAA put on mini, I drove to Dennis Firestone and they ASAP pulled out the nail. Fixed! $25.Greatest place ever.

They worked on my parking brake and my car passed inspection. Also have had other work done by them and its always been a great experience. They are very professional

I had a defective rim, which the on a tire on my Malibu. Caused a slow leak.These guys diagnosed it on the spot, fixed it fast and only charged me about $20. Very fast and very reasonable.

Great service. Had an Allen wrench stuck in my tire. Arrived close to closing time, but they were able to fit me in and plugged the tire.

Exellent, forgot to get inspection end of JUNE, I was a walk in no problem ,was in and out10 min maybe, very friendly,professional. This was my first time, will certainly go back.

Absolute worst mechanics on Cape. Kept my car for 5 extra days to make the repairs. Ordered parts without permission. And now 2 weeks after getting it back, the problem they "fixed" is now happening again. Absolute Scumbags!
